(Super's POV)

I saw a group of people running away from some dark energy that was chasing after them. I quickly got in front of the energy and punched at it. The force of my punch blew away all the dark energy in the area.

Man: Super!

I looked back at the group of people. They all started to cheer for me. I smiled at them.

Super: Are any of you hurt?

They all said that they were fine. That's good to hear.

Super: Everyone! Make sure to hide somewhere safe! I'll make sure this threat is dealt with before you all can call my name again!

I dashed forward. I was also looking for my Shadow Copy. It has to be somewhere close by. No evil can hide away from me forever. I jumped up into the air, trying to get an aerial view. I saw a huge stream of dark energy fly at me. I punched at it, getting rid of the energy. I looked over at the top of a building where the stream came from and found my Shadow Copy.

Super: There you are!

I punched behind me, making the force launch me forward at my copy. When I got close enough, I punched at it, making it punch at me too. Our fists clashed together, making a ton of pressure come out of the clash.

Super: It's time that you got out of here.

I reeled my other hand back and threw it forward for a punch. I punched my copy in the face, sending it back. I landed on the building and quickly jumped off of it, heading towards my copy. I got ready to punch it again, but it flipped around in the air and kicked my stomach, sending me high up into the air.

Super: Oh, that one kinda hurt! Wait, does that make me weak or strong?

I quickly dived down, heading towards my Shadow Copy. I punched it in the face, making it head down towards the ground. I quickly made it down to the ground first and got ready to catch my copy. It spun around again to reorient itself and tried to punch me. I punched it's fist. A bunch of pressure came from our clash.

Super: So this is what it's like fighting someone with the same strength as me.

My copy grabbed my arm and started to spin me around. It let go of me, sending me flying back. I I got my feet on the ground to slow down my momentum. I looked ahead and my copy is already in front of me. It punched at me, but I ducked down under its attack. I punched my copy in the stomach. I quickly kicked the back of its head, sending it forward and heading towards the outskirts of the city. It was about to leave the city entirely, but a huge wall of dark energy formed. My copy landed on the wall and jumped back at me.

Super: Ok didn't know you can do that!

My copy went behind me and punched me forward. I went to the dark energy wall and crashed into it, bouncing it off slightly. Before I could recover, my Shadow Copy went up to me and punched me, making me bounce off the wall again. It started to repeat this process as I tried to recover.

Super: RAGH!!

I quickly reeled my fist back and punched at my copy, making sure my punch was extra strong. It connected with my copy's body, sending it back at a really high speed. I dashed forward to chase after my copy. I looked over and saw (Y/N) dashing around, dodging dark energy that tried to stop him.

Super: Hey sweetie!

(Y/N): Huh? Hey mom!

He stopped right by me. Some of the dark energy was still going after him. I quickly punched it away from (Y/N).

Super: There, you shouldn't have to worry about that for a bit.

I looked back at (Y/N), seeing my Shadow Copy right behind him.

Super: Sweetie!

I grabbed (Y/N) by his shirt and pulled him back as I used my other hand to punch at my copy. My fist hit its face, but the copy's face started to warp, making my fist go right through its head. My copy punched my face, but I managed to keep my footing. I let go of (Y/N).

Super: Get out of here!

(Y/N): If you say so mom! Times 100!

A red aura surrounded his body. He jumped away, but more dark energy lunged at him. I was about to go over to him and get rid of the energy, but my Shadow Copy jumped forward and punched the dark energy away from (Y/N).

Super: Huh?

I was confused. I thought my Shadow Copy was supposed to be on the same side as the dark energy. My copy grabbed onto (Y/N) and went down to the ground. I was about to attack my copy, but I saw that (Y/N) didn't have a single scratch on him. I saw the way my copy was holding onto (Y/N), like it was trying to shelter him from any danger.

(Y/N): Uh... This is kinda weird.

Super: Hey! You let go of him!

Shadow Super: No.

Oh great, it can talk now. I dashed at my copy, getting ready to attack it. I punched at it, but it jumped away from me and taking (Y/N) with it.

Super: You get back here with my kid!

I jumped after it. I tried to attack it, but it would dodge my attacks. It landed on a big building, with me landing on it too. It was about to jump away again, but dark walls of energy covered the building, keeping my Shadow Copy from jumping away.

Super: Now that you are cornered, let (Y/N) go.

(Y/N): Yeah, you don't have to do all this-

My copy covered his mouth with its hand.

Shadow Super: I won't let him go. He's my baby boy. I don't ever want to let go of him!

I looked at my copy. So this is one of my negative qualities. I'm too clingy on (Y/N). Now that I think about it, I have been babying him for a long while now. Maybe Top was trying to show me something when she said we should train the other's kid for that month.

Super: (Y/N) isn't a baby anymore. He's grown up into a strong man. We can't keep holding his hand, or he can't grow.

Shadow Super: Are you kidding me?! He isn't strong enough yet! He still needs me! He almost died against Growth!

Super: I understand that, but he still survived. He's strong without us. His time of having to rely on us is over. We will only hold him back, just like what you're doing right now.

I nodded at (Y/N). A large red aura surrounded his body as he broke out of the grasp of my Shadow Copy. (Y/N) started to walk forward, walking past me.

Shadow Super: No! He can't leave me!

My copy tried to run at (Y/N), but I stopped my copy. I punched through its back, having my fist exit out of my copy's chest. (Y/N) looked back at me and my copy.

(Y/N): It's going to be alright mom. I'll make sure that I will become the greatest Hero there ever was. I'll make you proud of just how strong I'll become. You won't have to ever worry about me. I'll make that a promise.

I smiled at (Y/N). He really has grown a lot since he was a little kid. My copy closed its eyes as it started to break away. I took my fist out of its body and got down on one knee, gently laying down the copy on the ground. It's body crumbled away in the wind, leaving behind a floating orb of dark energy with a white aura surrounding it. It flew towards the dark tower in the center of the city.

Super: What was that?

(Y/N): Same thing happened with Katie and Ashley after they defeated their Shadow Copies.

Super: So I can only assume the same happened for everyone else. The question is if it's a good thing or a bad thing.

(Y/N): Well... I guess there really is only one way to find out.

(Y/N) jumped away, leaving a trail of red energy before it faded away. I popped my fingers as I got ready to jump away.

Super: Just because (Y/N) is going to become a greater Hero than me, that doesn't mean I can start slacking off!

(Top's POV)

I dashed forward, getting ready to strike at my Shadow Copy. I swung my trident at it, but it blocked my trident with its own.

Top: You are getting on my damn nerves!

I kicked at the copy, sending it back. It got back on its feet and started to run away. I quickly chased after it. I quickly looked around and saw a ton of dark energy heading at me. I slashed around me, destroying all the dark energy that got close to me while I was still on pursuit at my copy.

Woman: Someone help me!

I saw a woman get cornered by some dark energy. I quickly toward her and slashed Al the dark energy near her away. I looked ahead and saw my copy right in front of me. It swung its trident at me, sending me back into a building wall.

Top: Did it use that lady as a distraction? Damn thing...

I got out of the building's wall. I saw my copy right in front of me again. I swung at me, but I blocked it. It tried to kick me, but I used one of my legs to block the kick. I stabbed my trident in the ground and used it to jump over my copy. I kicked the back of its head, knocking it down to the ground. I got my trident out of the ground and stabbed it down into my copy's back.

Top: There. Don't try to get up.

It tried to get its head up, but I stomped my foot down on it, slamming it into the ground.

Top: You don't really listen well... Wait.

If this thing is a copy of me... Damn it, I've been insulting myself!

Super: Yo! Top!

I looked over at my right and saw Super running towards me.

Top: What the hell are you doing here?!

Super: I wanted to see how Number 2 was doing against her Shadow Copy.

Top: It's none of your concern! Do you see that I'm doing fine all by myself?!

I felt my foot stomp on the ground. I looked down and saw my copy disappeared. I got my trident ready. I felt a strong strike to my side. I looked over and saw my copy was the one to hit me. I was sent flying, but I stabbed my trident into the ground, slowing me down.

Super: Top! Are you good?!

Top: Shut up already!

I felt another hit to my side. I crashed into a building. I saw my copy dashing right for me. Crap, I can't keep getting distracted by Super!

Top: I got- AGH!!

I spat out some blood as I saw my copy stabbed it's trident into my stomach. I got mad and slashed at my copy, knocking it back away from me. I yanked the dark trident out of my body and threw it at my copy, piercing it's neck with it.

Top: Damn thing.

Super: You need to chill out Top.

Top: I don't need advice from you!

I looked at my copy, it took the trident out of its neck and looked over at me.

Super: That's the problem.

I looked over at Super confused.

Top: What do you mean by that?

Super: You may not realize it, but you actually helped me a lot to beating my Shadow Copy, so I'll do the same for you. Ever since the day you lost your arm, you always refuse to get help from others. You always want to look tough and strong, that you could handle everything on your own. That's great that you want to be independent, but sometimes you need someone to help, even if a little bit.

I was shocked to hear Super say that to me. I looked down at the ground and scoffed. She's right and I can't believe I'm thinking that. Ever since I lost Phoenix that day, I never wanted anyone else to help me. I didn't want anyone to suffer the same fate that Phoenix did.

Top: Damn... I really am pathetic.

Super: You're not pathetic, you're Number 2 after all. You just need some help, like how I did. That's all.

I saw my copy stare at me with a pissed off look on its face. I smiled as I pointed my trident at it.

Top: Super.

Super: Yeah Top?

Top: Make sure this copy can't go far.

Super smirked and nodded her head.

Super: I'll limit its ability to move.

Super started to punch the air over and over again, making a ton of high pressured air fly past me and my copy. My copy took a step back, it's arm going into the pressured air, blowing its arm away. It tried to get away, but I backed up into the other side. Part of its back got blown away.

Top: Since you like to go all over the place, I figured I would have this match be the way I want it. Up close and personal.

I dashed forward and slashed right through my copy, cutting it in half. The two halves went into the pressured air, making them start to break into a ton of pieces. Super stopped her punches.

Super: Above you!

I looked up and saw my Shadow Copy's trident above me and tried to stab me, but I jumped out of the way. My copy started to reform, but Super got it into a headlock.

Super: Here you go Top. Ain't going anywhere.

Top: ...Thanks.

I walked up to my copy and stabbed it in the stomach.

Top: You can stop the fighting now. Once I accepted some help, you're fate was sealed. You should accept that too.

I yanked my trident out and slashed the copy's head off. Everything about the copy started to crumble away. Strangely a small orb of dark energy that was surrounded by a similar color of the dark energy was floating where my Shadow Copy was. It flew up into the air and went towards the dark tower.

Top: Hmm.

I started to walk away.

Super: Top! Where are you going?!

Top: What does it look like? To save people! Or did you forget about that part?!

As I continued walking, I looked at the large dark tower. If I know my son at all, then I know his Shadow Copy would be standing on top of that tower. With that strange orb going towards it, I get the feeling that this is only a fraction of what's to come.

Top: Something bad is going to happen. I can feel it, I can feel it in my blood.
