(Readers POV)

I dashed at Ashley using 1,000 times of my Power. I hit her hand that was holding the blood knife, disarming her. I tried to kick her, but she made the blood knife fly right at me. I blocked the knife with my arms, thankfully not taking any damage because of the arm guards I'm wearing.

(Y/N): I seriously have to thank Top again for giving me these.

Ashley grabbed the knife and tried to hit me with it. I jumped back and landed on the side of a building. I started to jump from building side to building side, jumping around Ashley really fast as she tried to keep track of me. She tried slashing in the air, trying to hit me, but she missed every slash she did.

Ashley: Stay still so I can see your face!

I quickly went behind Ashley and punched her back, sending her flying into the air. I jumped towards her and tried to hit her again. She recovered and slashed at me. I managed to dodge it, but she kept slashing at me. I blocked and dodged her slashes. I felt a small cut on my hand. I punched Ashley down, making her land on top of a building.

(Y/N): I have to be more careful.

I saw a bit of blood coming out of the cut on my hand. It quickly dripped off my hand. I focused on the wound on my hand and used my Power to quickly heal it up. I felt something grab my leg. I looked down and saw the blood that came from my hand wrap onto my leg and started to pull me towards Ashley.

Ashley: Come to me!

I put my guard up as I was pulled closer to Ashley. She slashed at me, sending me back but the blood around my leg pulled me back to her again. Right as Ashley was about to slash at me again, I kicked the knife out of her hand and released a small bit of energy off my body, getting rid of the blood on my leg. I jumped away from Ashley.

(Y/N): I need to get some space between us so I can think of what to do.

I saw a blood knife fly past me. It turned around and tried to hit me again. I dodged it and looked back. Ashley is following me, making small blood platforms, jumping off of them.

(Y/N): Where is she getting the blood for that?

Ashley: You're not getting away from me! Not this time! Never again!

She made several blood knifes and threw them at me. I made chains out of my energy and whipped them around, knocking away the blood knifes. They all combined into a sword and Ashley grabbed it. She got close to me and tried to slash me.

Ashley: Let's take this to the ground!

I made my chains wrap around Ashley and her sword, but that didn't stop her as she crashed her entire body into mine, making the both of us crash into the ground. I got rid of my chains and jumped back, getting some distance.

Ashley: Hehe, that was pretty nice (Y/N). You don't mind if I try that myself, do you?

She got up and made chains out of blood and sent them at me. I punched any chains that got close to me. The blood chains broke apart, but they quickly wrapped around my body. They squeezed my arms and legs together, keeping me in one spot.

Ashley: Heh, there. You won't be getting away now. You can stop running now.

Ashley started to walk towards me. I closed my eyes as my red energy covered my skin completely. I screamed as I powered up, blowing the blood off my body and Ashley away.

(Y/N): Ashley, please. I don't want to fight you anymore. Surrender now, or I'll be forced to continue attacking.

Ashley started to laugh, putting her hand on her head and clenched on it tightly.

Ashley: This is giving me a headache... But that doesn't matter! I'll go through anything just to be with you! Anything!

Ashley grabbed all the blood around that I blasted off my body and made several knifes around her. I got ready just incase she threw them at me again, but she started to cut herself.

(Y/N): Ashley!

She started to laugh through the pain as a bunch of blood came out of the numerous wounds around her body, arms, and legs. She used her Power to grab all the blood and formed it into a blood scythe.

Ashley: I meant it when I said anything! Now I'm going to get what's mine!

She dashed right at me. She's definitely a lot faster than before. She slashed her scythe at me. I bent down, barely dodging it. I felt something stab into my leg, making me flinch in pain. I kicked Ashley up into the air and looked down at my leg, seeing a small knife, I was about to pull it out, but I saw a hand get placed on mine.

Alexandra: I'd keep that in if I were you.

(Y/N): I can heal the wound if I take it out.

Alexandra: Yes, but you'll be giving Ashley more blood to work with if you do. You can't heal instantly. You might want to watch out, she's coming right down at you.

(Y/N): What?!

I looked up and saw Ashley diving down at me. She started to spin around with her scythe. I jumped back, making her crash into the street. A bunch of smoke came out where Ashley landed. I saw several blood knifes get thrown through the smoke. I made a small blast of energy come out of my hand, destroying the blood knifes and getting rid of the smoke, but I didn't see Ashley anywhere.

(Y/N): Huh?

Alexandra: Behind you!

I turned around and saw the road start to crack. Ashley came out of the road and slashed at me, I felt the scythe start to cut into my side as Ashley swung me into the air. I coughed up a small bit of blood, but saw it flying away from me.

Alexandra: You need to focus.

(Y/N): Yeah, I know that!

Alexandra: I understand that it's hard for you to fight her because she's your friend, but that's not the Ashley you knew. She's someone else entirely.

(Y/N): ...I don't want to believe that. That's still the Ashley that I made friends with a long time ago. I just need to bring her out.

Alexandra: Geez, you're as stubborn as me.

(Y/N): What can I say, me and mom get it from you.

I quickly went down to the ground, landing in front of a cafe. Several people are looking at me confused. I looked ahead and saw Ashley running at me. She slashed at me, but I caught her scythe in my hands and threw her back behind me. She threw her scythe towards me. I dodged it and it went right into the cafe, thankfully not hitting anyone. Ashley pulled the scythe out of the cafe, not hitting anyone still. She dashed at me. I saw my leg go up, seeing the blood knife still in it was the reason my leg is moving. The knife got pulled out by Ashley as she tried to stab me with the knife. I threw a punch at her. She quickly turned the knife into a shield, making me punch it, but the force of my punch knocked her away.

Cafe Owner: My shop!

(Y/N): Sorry about that! Make sure you put it down as Collateral Damage From A Villain! That should cover the damages!

I jumped towards the direction Ashley went. I quickly healed my leg as I saw Ashley still flying from my punch. She took her scythe and stabbed it into a wall of a building, slowing herself down. I quickly caught up to her and tried to punch her, but she swung around her scythe and went behind me, kicking my back. She quickly got her scythe out of the wall and slashed it at me, sending me forward. I spun around and landed on my feet, I looked around and I saw I'm in the middle of a playground.

(Y/N): Crap, I need to get out of here.

(Ashley's POV)

I jumped I got eh playground (Y/N) landed at. I saw him standing there, trying not to make a move so he doesn't accidentally hurts any of the children around.

Child 1: No way! A Hero is fighting a Villain!

Child 2: That's so cool! We get to see a Hero beat down a Villain up close!

These kids consider me a Villain? I'm not a Villain. I'm just getting what's mine, that's all.

Ashley: Come on (Y/N). Why aren't you attacking?

(Y/N): Ashley, if we are going to continue fighting, we have to do it somewhere else.

I smiled as I got my scythe ready. I heard a kid crying I looked over and saw a little girl on the ground as tears are coming out of her eyes. Two kids are standing over her, pushing her around.

Bully 1: You have such a useless Power!

Bully 2: You really think you can be a Hero or something?!

Bully 1: You're just dead weight with that Power!

They started to laugh as the little girl started to cry more. I got mad and turned my blood scythe into several knifes.

Ashley: You leave her alone!

(Y/N): Ashley don't!

I launched the knifes at the two kids bullying the girl. Right as they were about to stab into them, (Y/N) got in front of them, making all the knifes stab into him. His back is facing towards me and his arms are stretched out.

(Y/N): Are you kids... Ok?

They nodded their heads yes. I started to shake as I put my hand over my mouth. I started to get memories of all the way back to when (Y/N) and I first met. Him being in front of me, his arms stretched out to make sure that no harm came across me from the bullies.

Ashley: N-No...

I looked around and I saw all the kids staring at me with fear. Oh no, I'm becoming the thing I've always hated. I really am a monster, a Villain. Tears came out of my eyes as I quickly ran away, trying to get as far away as possible.

Ashley: I need to get back to father, he'll know what to do.

(Readers POV)

I let out a sigh of relief when I saw that none of the kids got hurt. I fell down to my knees, feeling all the blood knifes in my back, I quickly pulled them out and got ready to heal the wounds. I took a few deep breaths as I stopped using my Power as I couldn't heal the wounds on my back. I'm starting to get really tired.

Little Girl: Are you going to be alright, mister?

I looked over at the girl that the two kids were bullying.

(Y/N): Y-Yeah, I'll be fine. Don't worry about me. Just need to walk it off.

I tried to stand up, but a bunch of pain surged through my body. I went back down to my knees, feeling like I'm about to pass out.

Little Girl: H-Here.

I saw her walk up to me and put her hands on my body. A small glow covered my body as I felt my body recover all of its energy. I got up and used my Power, healing the wounds on my back. I looked back at the little girl.

(Y/N): What did you do?

Little Girl: Th-That's my Power. I can refill peoples energy.

I smiled at her and gave her a thumbs up.

(Y/N): Thank you so much for helping me when you didn't need to. You'll be a great Hero someday.

Her eyes started to shine as she got a big smile on her face as she nodded her head.

Little Girl: I'll make sure to be the best Hero I can be!

(Y/N): And bullies, if I ever find out you two bully anyone again, I'll be sure to punish you! Times 1,000!

A red aura surrounded me as I jumped up into the air, trying to find wherever Ashley ran off to. I saw her running down the street.

(Y/N): Ashley! Stop running!

Ashley didn't listen to me as she kept running. She ran into an alleyway. I landed on the sidewalk and went into the alleyway too. I stopped using my Power and tried to find Ashley. I looked around and saw her hiding behind a dumpster, she's crying and trying to hide her face from me.

Ashley: D-Don't look at me. Go away.

I walked up to her and sat down next to her. I put my hand on her shoulder, but she pushed my hand off her.

(Y/N): Ashle-

Ashley: Just leave me alone! I know you don't want to be with a Villain like me!

She looked away, her tears flowing from her eyes and falling down when they reach her chin.

(Y/N): Ashley, please just listen-

Ashley: No! I don't want to hear it! Nothing you'll say will-

I interrupted Ashley by placing my lips on her. She stayed still for a moment before she wrapped her arms around me and melted into the kiss. I wiped the tears away from her face using the scarf that I gave her years ago. After awhile, we broke the kiss. Ashley looked at me.

Ashley: (Y/N)...

(Y/N): It's alright, it's going to be ok. That's my job as a Hero after all, to make sure people feel safe.

Ashley rested her head on my chest and held onto me tightly. I made sure to hold her tightly in my arms.

Ashley: Why... Why be nice to me even after everything I did to you and your friends?

(Y/N): Well... That's because I know that isn't the real you. You're just confused about what to do, which honestly I'm in the same boat as you. I love you and I know you love me too. You just don't want anything bad happening to me and I don't want anything bad happening to you either. I'm just glad to have you in my arms now.

Ashley looked up at me and gave me a small smile. I saw her wounds around her body. I started to use my Power and my red energy started to surround Ashley's body. Her wounds quickly healed up and I stopped using my Power.

Ashley: Thank you... I feel a lot better now. I'm so sorry for all the trouble I caused...

I rubbed her back, trying to calm her down as much as possible.

(Y/N): It's fine. That stuff is in the past now. I forgive you.

I picked Ashley up and stood up.

(Y/N): Now let's get out of this alleyway. You're too beautiful to be staying in places like this.

Ashley's cheeks went pink as she looked away from me.

Ashley: You don't have to say that stuff... But I wouldn't mind if you continued.

I smiled and as I left the alleyway with Ashley in my arms. I looked around and I saw my dad running down the street. He has Isabelle and Tyler on his shoulders as he's on the phone with someone.

Kane: I found him honey! I'm going to whoop his ass!

Crap, he's on the phone with mom!

(Y/N): Let's get out of here!

I started to run as fast as possible as Ashley looked back.

Kane: I'm going to teach you a lesson for running off without your mother's say so!
