(Readers POV) (One Month Later)

I activated my Power at Times 1,000. My mom jumped over at me and tried to kick me. I blocked it, but mom quickly punched me in my side, sending me sideways. I was about to crash into our house, but she got in front of me and caught me.

Super: I think that's enough training for now. Good job.

I sighed and stopped using my Power. I've had no luck mastering it. No matter how many times I try to get the original holder of my Power, Energy Multiplication, he doesn't respond or move at all.

Super: Is something wrong sweetie?

(Y/N): No... It's nothing mom.

I started to think about the situation. No one has found Growth or Ashley yet. It's really weird that they haven't done anything for the past month.

(Y/N): Actually mom... I was wondering if you could answer a question that's been on my mind.

Super: Sure thing. What is it about?

(Y/N): Well, if you had to fight against a friend, what would you do?

Mom looked down at the ground and turned around, having her back face towards me.

Super: I don't know, guess I'll have to find that answer out myself.

Mom let out a sigh before looking back at me.

Super: So how has everyone else been this past month?

(Y/N): Oh, they're doing great. All of them are training as hard as they can for Growth.

Super: Good. They're going to need it.

I heard something start to ring. Mom pulled out her phone and answered it. I can see the contact from where I'm standing and it's Agent Smith.

Super: Yes?... Right now?... Fine, me, Kane, and (Y/N) will be there as soon as possible.

She hung up the phone and put it back in her pocket.

Super: Ok, get your dad. Agent Smith needs us.

I nodded my head and stepped inside my house.

(Y/N): Hey dad! We need to go! Agent Smith needs us!

Kane: Alright!

Dad walked past me and went outside. Me and him walked over to mom. Dad pointed at me and her, making a purple aura surrounded both of us.

Super: Hold on tight!

Mom jumped high up into the air, making dad fly up with her. I was quickly to follow as the purple aura forced me to fly up next to dad. After flying through the air for a couple seconds, me, mom, and dad landed on the ground in front of a building about in the middle of the city. We walked into the building. A woman in a suit was at the front.

Secretary: Welcome. Agent Smith would like to see you.

She started to walk off, making me, mom, and dad follow her. She stopped at a door and opened it.

Secretary: He is inside this room.

(Y/N): Thank you ma'am.

Me, mom, and dad all walked into the room. The door closed behind us. I saw Agent Smith turn his head to look at us.

Smith: Just on time.

I looked over and saw Katie, Grace, Ivy, Isabelle, Tyler, Top, and Dave also in the room.

Smith: Now that everyone is here, we can get down to business.

Top: What is this about?

Smith: Turbo reported to me recently that he spotted Growth in town. I called you all here so I can inform you all.

Top: Ok, but why did you bring children here and not more pros? That seems rather stupid, doesn't it?

Smith let out a sigh.

Smith: Please, I've already informed of all the other pros about this and they are at the ready. Darkness has told me of the strength of (Y/N) and Davidson, so having them along would be a good idea, both for their abilities and for their future growth.

Kane: That doesn't explain the other kids in the room, now does it?

Smith: I had a feeling they would tag along, no matter what anyone said. After all, they decided to leave school to fight during a lockdown.

Tyler: Wow, you really think me and Isabelle would be less useful than Dave and (Y/N)?

Smith: ...(Y/N) did beat both of you, correct?

Tyler: ...Damn it.

Smith: Back on topic, everyone will split up into groups to search for Growth. The moment someone finds him, inform everyone else and wait until everyone is there. Do not engage Growth alone.

Super: So who are going to be in groups?

Smith: Super, you will take (Y/N) and Katie. Kane, you will take Isabelle and Tyler. Top, you will take Grace, Ivy, and Davidson.

Top: Alright. Come on, we are going to waste any time.

Top walked out, with Dave, Grace, and Ivy. Dad walked up to Isabelle and Tyler and grabbed them by their shoulders.

Kane: Come on you two pipsqueaks.

Dad dragged them out of the room. Katie walked over to me. She looked down at the ground.

(Y/N): Hey Katie.

Katie: Hey...

I can tell that what happened a month ago is still bothering Katie. Before I could do something, mom interrupted me.

Super: Ok (Y/N) and Katie. Make sure to stay safe.

Katie: Yes Super.

(Y/N): You got it mom.

Me, mom, and Katie walked out of the room. We left the building. I saw Top's group going to the the east and dad's going to the west.

Super: Let's head north and try to find Growth.

Mom jumped up into the air. I picked up Katie.

(Y/N): Times 100!

I jumped up into the air too, following mom. She landed on a pretty tall building and I landed next to her shortly after. She started to look around.

Super: If you two see anything suspicious, you tell me immediately.

(Y/N): Got it.

Katie just nodded her head. I put her down on her feet.

Katie: We really are high up. It's going to be hard to see anything specific.

I went up to one of the edges and looked down at the streets below me, trying to see anything that might lead to Growth. I heard something ring. I looked back and saw mom answer her phone.

Super: Yes honey... What do you mean Isabelle and Tyler ran off?!

Katie: Huh?!

(Y/N): They did what?!

Super: Crap. With their Powers combined, they'll be impossible to track down.

Mom kept talking to dad on the phone. I thought about what to do. Katie walked up to me and put her hand on my shoulder.

Katie: (Y/N)... You don't think they went back to Growth's side, do you?

(Y/N): I don't know Katie.

I gently pushed her hand off my shoulder. I used my Power in my strongest state, my red energy completely covering my skin.

(Y/N): I'll find them and find out myself!

Super: Wait! (Y/N)! Don't!

I jumped up and flew off. If Isabelle and Tyler went back to Growth's side, then I'll just have to beat them until they join back on my side!

(Isabelle's POV)

I was trying to find Tyler. Idiot ran off by himself. I saw him teleporting around the streets. I started to use my Time abilities to jump around too, getting right behind Tyler.

Isabelle: What the hell are you doing?!

Tyler: Growth found us! It would be suicidal to stay out and wait for everyone else!

Wait, Growth found us? Before I could do anything, I felt something hit my back. I looked back and saw a green energy ball was on my back. It sent me forward, making me crash into Tyler. We both crashed into the middle of the road. I can hear the streets be filled with screaming as I got out of the rubble. I saw Growth standing a few feet away from me. I can see Ashley standing behind him.

Growth: Isabelle. Tyler. It sure has been awhile since we've last spoken to each other.

Tyler stood up.

Tyler: Yeah, long time no see old man.

Growth: Say, I am curious. Have you two thought about rejoining me?

Isabelle: Rejoin you? Please.

Growth: You didn't hear me out. Since what I promised you two wasn't good enough the first time, I'll give you two a different proposition. If you two join me, I'll help you reach new heights of strength. With your Powers, you two can become gods. You just need that little push, I can provide.

Isabelle: I've already made up my mind a long time ago. I'll never join back with you. I've made friends that I would never have with you.

Growth: ...Such a shame. What about you Tyler?

I looked over at Tyler. He took a step forward at Growth. He can't be serious.

Tyler: I've been locked up for a good amount of time. All I've had was my thoughts for that time. So with that thinking, I realized that if you really wanted my help, you would've broken me out. But the people who helped me out was Isabelle and (Y/N). Even when I was considered a villain in their eyes, they still found the kindness to let me free again and I'll repay them by helping them stop you. If I saw myself joining you again, I wouldn't want to continue with that life, fallen down to your hands.

Growth smiled at Tyler.

Growth: I'm impressed, truly. You certainly have grown up, haven't you. So I see where you two stand... Daughter, make sure no one tries to intervene.

Ashley: Yes father.

Me and Tyler got ready to fight Growth. I felt this feeling of fear overcome me. I took a deep breath and stood my ground. I won't let something like fear stop me from trying my best to stop Growth's plans.
