The End is Our New Beginning
I wasn't always this way. I originally did have good intentions for my coterie. I never meant for it to turn out the way it did. Our hideout used to be a place of calmness and serenity; now it's all gone. Only ashes remain of it; mine too. It's depressing, honestly. But I've come to forgive those who tried to steal my throne. I may have overreacted during certain parts of my journey, but that isn't the moral of this story. The lesson is: do not trust anyone. Trust got me nowhere and none of it was worth it. I only found that out just before they executed me. Pathetic, right? I know.
If only I had played things out right, then we might have all still been together. Oh well, it's over now and there's absolutely nothing I can do. But I do have another weapon of last resort set to replace me on Earth. "What is it?", you may ask. Well, my friend, what you should really be asking is: Whom is it? I may have been a crazy bitch but I still have Aaron. Aaron will avenge me for what they've done. He'll kill them all- every single last one of them. They'll get what they deserve. I can't wait to see them all here, rotting in Hell with me.

[The Beginning]
There once was a young girl named Catherine Hunter. An average twelve year old girl, you might say. She blended in with the crowd, but was significant enough to be known for something.
"Catherine? Y-Yeah... I know her. The brunette one, right? I haven't really talked to her before, but she seems nice."
Is what most people would generally say about her, if questioned. Everyone just knew Catherine as the girl who had a moderate life. Although she didn't seem to have a noticeable friend-group, she still had a lot to be recognized for. For one, she was the fourth smartest girl in sixth-grade. She also had won 1st place in numerous track events. She was accounted for but not really "there".
But it wasn't just her peers who thought she was just another person to pass by, she thought so too. She couldn't think of a single exciting thing in her life- well, that was until today: June 21st. She was out on the field during recess, doing a bit of unfinished mathematics work. That was when she noticed a specimen she had never seen before: a new kid. At Tallengail Public School only the same kids and their families attended. There was never anyone remotely "new"- ever. That is, until now.
Catherine was curious. There was something about this new student that really drew her in. So, she decided to go ahead and introduce herself. She got up and trekked across the desert like field, avoiding footballs and running children. It was like this new student was a magnet and she was a piece of metal being drawn towards them. As she approached them, she spoke:
"Hello there."
The person looked up at her.
"H-Hi..."
They responded. She couldn't quite tell if they were a boy or a girl, though. The person had light-brown long-ish hair, hazel doe-eyes, and androgynous-like clothes. Their voice didn't help differ either. Catherine stuck out her hand, gesturing at the person before her.
"I'm Cece- well, my real name is Catherine, but I like the sound of Cece better."
The person shakily grabbed her hand and shook it gently.
"Nice to m-meet you, Cece. I'm Aaron."
Now hearing the persons voice more throughly, she could tell that they had an accent.
"Your voice sounds different from the voices we've got here. Where'd you come from?"
"I'm-m from England- Oxford, England. Pardon my English, I understand that it isn't as clean sounding as yours."
"No way. I love your English! It's far better than any English I've heard 'round here!"
Catherine exclaimed, smiling. She sat down in front of the person, ready to investigate some more.
"Tell me about Oxford, Aaron."
She interrogated.
"A-Alright."

That night, Catherine went home feeling... happy. This had never happened before. Sure, after getting some good grades she would strut home feeling prideful- but that was not "happy". For the remainder of recess Catherine has spent her time getting to know Aaron. Aaron was a boy. She felt a bit bad for thinking he could have been a girl, because now mostly everything about him fit into place. Of course, some of his attributes like the way he wouldn't make eye contact, or how he constantly stuttered, were yet to make sense to her, but none of that would matter, yet. She still had so much more to know about him.
As she approached her house, she strolled up the porch's stairs and opened the door. After closing it behind herself, she proceeded to take off her shoes and place them neatly on the rug she stood on. Usually by now Catherine would have already dug into her homework, but today was different. She felt like she was lost, or like something was missing. It definitely did not feel like the right time for homework.
Catherine felt something that she had never felt before. She felt like she needed a companion, and as if she wanted to socialize. "I can just go play with Aaron", she thought. But she then remembered that she couldn't because she didn't have any of his contact information. What a bummer. Catherine plumped down on one of the chairs at her kitchen table, and sighed.
"What am I supposed to do? I don't want to do my homework. I want to make friends."
She thought aloud. Catherine groaned and swung her feet up onto the table. She had never done this before. Such an unsanitary thing was not performed in her household. But she did it anyway. Today she was feeling risky and unlike her "normal" self. So, she decided to do something rash.
