As the sparring session was over, the three riders were taking a breather checking on their chosen inheritors as they actually put a decent fight towards them. The day ended with the three riders tending to the care of the teens.

Day of the Exam

Jack was walking with Y/N to the lockers, apparently, Senkai won't be able to fight, since he is in the General Studies, they are more like of a written exam situation.

Jack: I still can't believe that Senkai doesn't have any practicals just like us.

Y/N: Yeah, and to think that Sougo would beat us to a pulp the last time. But in any case, you do know what will be the result of our training?

He asked as Jack chuckled, nodding a little bit as he looked at his friend, tapping on his shoulder for the moment.

Jack: Yes I do. Don't be a worrywart, everything will be fine.

Y/N: I'm not being worried, it's just that, we had come so far to just fail, right?

Jack: And I'm sure that this will pay off. Trust me, we'll be unstoppable this exams.

He assured him as Y/N let out a sigh, nodding a bit as both of them part ways, heading to the locker rooms to get ready for the exams.

A moment passed by as Jack was finished, heading over to where his class is as he was now in his hero costume.

His costume consists of a black ankle-length tailcoat, a high-necked waistcoat with gold accents, black pants, brown-black winklepickers, a pair of red gloves, and a pair of black pointed shoes.

Jack: It's been a while old friend.

He chuckled to himself as he reached the viewing room for the heroics class of 1-B, heading inside as his class were looking at the monitors.

Jack: Yo!

Monoma: Late again Jack? That's not like you.

Jack: What? Couldn't a guy take his time with getting ready?

He asked as Monoma glared at him for a while as he looked back at the monitor. Apparently, the finals exam would be between their class being a pair and would fight in a series of battles.

Awase: Luckily for you though, you're the only one that who isn't paired up with anyone.

Jack: What's so lucky about that?

He asked as this time, their homeroom teacher finally spoke up, and it was none other than Vlad King.

Vlad: Because, none of them will fight you.

Jack: So I get a free pass?

Vlad: Not quite, someone had volunteered to test you for this exam. 1-A have them too, this person won't be easy to be dealt with. I hope you have been training.

Jack: We'll see about that.

He said as they got back on watching the fight, as Jack was focus on his exam, but he kept on thinking on who would even fight him. Couple of moments later, the last pair had finished battling, earning a nod at Vlad as he was finished grading them.

Vlad: Looks like that's all of them. Jack, you're up.

He said as Jack nodded, walking out of the room as he was heading towards the training area. A little moment later, he found himself standing on the end of the training room, looking around for any signs of unusual sightings.

???: Ready to get your ass kick again?

A voice said as Jack knew who it was, chuckling a little bit as he looked forward, seeing Fuwa walking up to him.

Jack: Well, what a surprise. Fuwa of all people.

Fuwa: Pres had a small business here, so, I decided to tag along.

Jack: Looks like he's Y/N's opponent.

As the two of them chuckled a bit, the air grows thick as Fuwa suddenly charged, throwing a punch directly at Jack as he blocks it, sending him back a bit with force.

Jack: What in the world is that power!

Fuwa: It's my quirk, Hunt. It gives me enhanced speed and strength.

Jack: Like a gorilla.

He bluntly said as Fuwa had an irk mark, looking at Jack for a bit.

Fuwa: The heck did you just said!

He yelled as he charged again, throwing a punch at Jack once again as Jack disappeared, teleporting behind him as he throws a punch of his own, hitting Fuwa as he kept on throwing them.

This goes on for a solid minute as they began to have a distance from each other, panting a bit as Fuwa decided to kick it up a notch.

Fuwa: Let's end this warmup already.

He said as he took out the Shotriser as he took his progrise key out, pressing the side of it.

Progrise Key: Bullet!

Jack: Couldn't agree more. Cross-Z!

He said as the Build Driver appeared on his waist, hearing a small chime as a dragon started to float around him, compacting itself as Jack catches it.

Jack: Let's get this show started.

He said as he shakes the Dragon Fullbottle as he places it on the slot of the dragon.

Cross-Z Dragon: Wake up!

It said as he places it on his driver, having Fuwa placed the progrise key on the shotriser as he aimed at Jack.

Build Driver/Shotriser: Cross-Z Dragon!/Kamen Rider! Kamen Rider! Kamen Rider!

Jack turned the lever around as mechanical sounds where heard as his armor comes to life.

Build Driver: Are you ready?

Fuwa: Show me what you got!

He said as the both of them smirked, looking at each other as they begin to transform.

Jack/Fuwa: Henshin!

Build Driver/Shotriser: Wake up burning! Get Cross-Z Dragon! Yeah!/Shotrise! Shooting Wolf! The elevation increases as the bullet is fired.

As the both of them transformed, they didn't waste anytime as they begin to punch each other again, taking hits as they go. Vulcan won't be having any of it as he used the shotriser to his advantage, shooting Cross-Z down as he backed away slowly.

Cross-Z: I won't lose!

He said as he took out his Beat Crosser, teleporting behind Vulcan as he slashes him down. Sparks were flying as the two of them kept on going. Vulcan managed to dodge the last slash as he open fire again, shooting him down as he begins to end the fight.

Vulcan: I guess you didn't improved one bit. Are you sure you wanted to be a hero?

He said as he presses the progrise key, as he aimed at Cross-Z once more.

Progrise Key: Bullet!

The strings of the first time they had fought came back, pulling the trigger as he sent out the last shot, hitting Cross-Z directly, leaving a trail of explosion and smoke.

Shotrise: Shooting Blast!

Vulcan: I guess I'm done here.

He said as he looked at the blast site one last time, only to see Jack still standing up as he looked at Vulcan.

Jack: I wanted to be a hero, for the sake of the ones I love. I want them to feel safe whenever I am around, and I won't let it end this way! Sclash Driver!

Sclash Driver: Sclash Driver!

He said as out comes a new driver in his hand, seeing a blue driver with a yellow wrench on the side signs that he had improved, his will and strength had improved.

Jack: This is my will! For love and peace! I will protect them no matter what!

He said as he was holding a different bottle, placing it on the driver as he looked at Fuwa.

A pounding sound was heard alongside a mechanical sound as Jack got ready to transform once more.

Jack: Henshin!

Sclash Driver: Tsubureru! Nagareru Afurederu! Dragon in Cross-Z Charge! Buraa!

Vulcan was surprised at what happened, Cross-Z was now different, he felt that he is stronger than ever before. The class was surprised by this as they were cheering now for him after the last attack as Cross-Z lifted his left arm as he looks at Vulcan.

Cross-Z: Twin Breaker!

Twin Breaker: Twin Breaker!

His weapon appeared as he switches it to attack mode, looking at Vulcan as he teleported to his side, striking him down as he was a little late on blocking it.

Once he made a huge hit, he didn't stopped, he kept on swinging as he throws in a kick at every strike.

Cross-Z: I have a feeling, that I won't lose!

Vulcan: Where...did he get this strength?

He was struggling to get up as Cross-Z is about to give the finishing blow, he placed the Cross-Z Dragon in the Twin Breaker as it glowed.

Twin Breaker: Cross-Z Dragon! Ready Go! Let's Break!

The Twin Breaker glowed a bright blue as it swirls around an immense power and heat as Cross-Z teleported behind Vulcan, hitting him directly as the force of it sent him flying a little, groaning in pain as Vulcan de-henshined. Leaving Cross-Z the winner.

At class 1-A

Y/N: Who knew we would end up meeting like this again?

Aruto: Yeah, I hope that you have improved.

Izu: By my calculations President Aruto, he will put his heart into this battle.

The three of them looked at each other as the stage is set for one final battle. They took their respective drivers as they begin to transform.
