The students went back to their class bleachers as they get ready to witness the first match, not until, Jack looked at Y/N.

Jack: I'll see you in the finals.

Y/N: Likewise Jack.

They shake their hands as the friendly rivalry had continued to reach the peak of the school festival. Once they were all sitting on the bleachers, the first match was about to begin. It was Midoriya against a student from 1-C of the General Education.

Bakugo: THAT NERD WON'T LAST A SECOND!!!

Kirishima: Bakugo calm down.

Bakugo yelled as Kirishima tried to keep him quiet at least as everyone's eyes are directly at their class. But Y/N isn't concern about Bakugo, he was focused on what will happen on Midoriya's fight.

As the introductions were done, the two students were looking at each other until one of them make a move. That wasn't long until the purple haired teen, in which, his name is Shinso asked Midoriya a question, answering as Shinso smirked, making Midoriya fell for his trap. Shortly after it, Midoriya was walking towards the end of the arena.

Y/N: His quirk can manipulate a person when they answer his question.

The H/Cnette said as he kept a close look at them. Midoriya is inches away from losing as a sudden gust of wind started to blow as they took a close look at Midoriya, having to use his thumb to break away from the quirk as the crowd couldn't believed it.

Y/N: Interesting choice Midoriya.

He said as Midoriya charged at Shinso, punching him on the face and throws him out of the arena, making him the winner of the first round.

Y/N: Careless, but effective.

He said as the second fight was going to start, this time it was Todoroki versus Sero. This will be a total eye catcher from the crowd as all of them are glued to see the son of the number 2 hero can do.

Y/N: 'Show me that you have the guts to bring us down Todoroki.'

He thought as the match began, Sero was seen stretching his neck as he begins to use his quirk, expelling some tape out of his elbows just to get frozen in an instant, making an iceberg that almost reached the crowd as Todoroki stopped.

Y/N: That was a bit...extreme.

He said as the cold air blew towards them and felt the chills of the iceberg hit them. Once the fight ended, Todoroki melted it away as well as Sero who was covered in ice.

Ochaco: Who knew Todoroki would go that far.

Tooru: Yeah, who knew he would be this dangerous.

Jiro: Let's not get ahead of ourselves, everyone is giving their all.

She said as the class nodded as the H/C haired teen was still focused on the fights that they will be having. After a moment had past, it was Jack's turn to fight.

Present Mic: And for our next match! She has a beautiful personality along with her hair, give it up for Shiozaki Ibara!

He said as a green haired teen walked out of the side of the entrance, walking up to the arena.

Present Mic: And on the other corner, he is quirky and full of fire, give it up for Jack Storm!

He said as Jack walked out of the entrance, waving around as he walked to the stage.

Y/N: This would be over soon.

He said as he looked at them, signalling that the match is underway, Ibara went in for the offensive, using her hair as she wraps Jack in his place.

Jack: I hope you'll forgive me for this.

He said as blue flames started to appear as Jack uses the Dragon Fullbottle to his advantage, making Ibara retreat her vines in the process.

Jack used this leverage as he uses his quirk, to teleport behind Ibara, grabbing her by the shoulder as he teleported near the edge of the arena and dropped her out.

Midnight: Winner, Jack Storm!

The crowd cheered as Jack looked at Y/N, smirking a little bit as he walked out of the arena, making sure that Y/N was watching closely at him. This however, didn't go unnoticed by his class.

Denki: What's up with him?

Y/N: Let's just say, a friendly competition.

He said as he stood up and went over to the waiting room, just to get prep up for his match. Once he reached the waiting room, he was clear from the beginning that he would win the festival, but, what would he use for the finals.

Once the last fight, which was Iida versus a teen from the support class named Mei was done, Y/N took a deep breath and walked out of the room, heading to the arena.

Present Mic: I hope you listeners are still with us cause here comes the fifth match! On the left corner, she is pink and preppy, but make sure you don't make contact with her quirk, from class 1-A, Mina Ashido!

He said as Mina walked out of the entrance, waving as she smiled as she waits for her opponent.

Present Mic: And on the other corner, he has magic, he has bottles, he has everything he needs for battle. Give it up for Y/N L/N!

He said as out comes the H/C haired teen, walking out if the entrance as he looked at Mina for a bit.

Mina: I won't hold back!

Y/N: I won't as well.

He said as they get in position, making sure the he will end the fight early.

Midnight: And begin!

Y/N: Wizard!

He said as he started to run towards Mina, but she didn't move, she started to use her quirk as she throws some of her acid at Y/N.

Y/N dodged it as he changes position, making sure that he won't get hit by them as he puts a ring on his finger. Once he got close to her, he placed his hand on the driver.

Wizard Driver: Light, please.

A massive bright light flashed at the ring as Mina got blinded by it, stunning her for the moment as Y/N places another ring on his finger as he places it again on the driver.

Wizard Driver: Bind, please.

A wizard circle appeared as chains started to appear, wrapping Mina as she can't move by it. Y/N pushes her to the ground as she rolled down the arena, signalling the fight was over.

Midnight: Winner, Y/N L/N!

The crowd was surprised by this but cheered on, checking if Mina was okay as he went back to the bleachers with her. As the rest of the matches were over, being Tokoyami beating Momo, Kirishima winning against Denki, and Bakugo winning against Ochaco who were quite shocked at the last match went.

The students looked up at the board to see who will they be facing next round.

1st Match: Izuku Midoriya vs Shoto Todoroki
2nd Match: Jack Storm vs Tenya Iida
3rd Matc Y/N L/N vs Fumikage Tokoyami
4th Match: Eijiro Kirishima vs Katsuki Bakugo

Y/N looked at Jack for a while as he knew what he needs to do in order to win, but he must show the crowd, that pure talent won't beat hard work and determination.
