As the new Kamen Rider emerged, the two teens get into their fighting stance, shaken at what they witnessed as Swartz grinned.

Swartz: I'll leave them to you, Aku. I have more pressing matters to do.

Build: Whatever. After this, I might go and take your head off.

Swartz just chuckled at his remark as he was long gone, leaving Jack and Senkai against Aku.

Build: So, I'm waiting.

He said as the two gritted their teeth, opening their hands as they focus on what is in front of them.

Jack/Senkai: Brave!/Ryugen!

Both of them yelled as out comes two belts that was already holstered on their waist, having the numbers "18" and "15" engraved on their belts.

Build: This sounds interesting.

He said as he took a look at the two teens, getting ready to transform.

Both of them held their transformation devices on their hand, pressing the buttons on them.

Gashat: Tadoru Kuesuto!

Lockseed: Budou!

A background of a game appeared behind Jack as a zipper opened up on top of Senkai, from it a huge grape started to appear as Build kept on looking.

Build: Try to make this interesting. It's a shame if you are weak, I didn't exist to fight who are weaker than me after all.

Jack: To your existence, I say no thank you.

Senkai: We'll beat you up until you tell us where the hell is our friend.

Jack/Senkai: Henshin!

They yelled as they put their transformation devices on their drivers as they begin to transform into riders.

Game/Sengoku Driver: Gachan! Level Up! Taddle meguru! Taddle meguru! Taddle Quest~!/Hai! Budou Arms! Ryu! Hou! Ha-Ha-Ha!

As the both of them had finished transforming, Jack had turned into Brave having a knight themed armor while Senkai turned into Ryugen having a grape design and a somewhat dragon motif.

Game Driver: Gashacon Sword!

As they grab hold of their weapons, the three of them stood still, having a thick tension in the air as slowly the two riders started to charge at Build, signaling their fight.

Elsewhere...

Y/N: Why does my body feel... heavy?

The H/C haired teen thought as he opened his eyes, looking around the area, as he sees that he was in a room that was vaguely familiar to him as he stood up. Walking around the place as he noticed that the room was in fact his room.

Y/N: What the hell?

He thought as he was quite confused, remembering that he was with Swartz, using him to create another version of him, but why was he at his old house?

Back to the riders...

Build was unfazed as he attack, having both Brave and Ryugen on the ropes as Brave kept on attacking, teleporting at every angle as Ryugen kept on shooting having a hard time to predict the opponent's move.

Ryugen: Damn it! At this rate, we're going to get killed!

He thought as Build delivers a powerful kick towards Brave.

Build: Jeez, is that all you've got? Did you train at all?

He asked as if he was bored as he kept on tanking all the damage that they give to him. Jack didn't stop as he kept on attacking, taking every precaution just to save his friend.

Back to Y/N...

Y/N: Wait! Don't go!

He yelled, but his plea had fell on deaf ears as his parents and little brother went away heading to the hospital. They weren't a great family, but they do deeply care for each other. His heart went broken after what he had heard the following days about their tragic death.

Y/N: I remember that day, apparently the car crashed into the front of a truck. Whether it was an accident or what Swartz had said that it was his doing. I tried to bury that memory deep inside me, but, I couldn't help to feel helpless during those times.

He thought as three figures started to appear in front of him, his mother, father, and little brother. As if that they are telling him to move on from that tragic memory, and look in to the future.

Y/N: That's why I decided to be a hero, I don't want any more accidents to happen to the ones I love. I want to protect them with all I can. I want to be that hero that they can depend on. And I won't let anyone to suffer anymore.

He thought as he tried to wake up from the dream, having that new found will inside him.

Build: Looks like you two are tuckered out. Couldn't last one bit.

He said as the sight of the two fallen riders on the ground was enough for them to stop the attack, receiving both rider kicks from Build was the most painful thing that they expect.

Build: Guess time to finish this.

He said as before he crank the lever, their scenery changed as they were now on a destroyed part of a city, seeing that two figures were standing, a blond male that is skin and bones, and another man wearing a tuxedo duking it out earlier.

Build: Ah, The Symbol of Peace. Looks like he won't last for long.

He said as he looked at the other part and saw three fallen riders and Swartz standing tall as Zi-O, Geiz, and Woz all writhe in pain.

Swartz: Looks like you arrived at the most exact time.

Build: Yeah, some thing tells me that will change.

He said as if right on cue, a huge pillar of ice appeared, gaining the attention of all people, including the villains as a loud explosion happened.

Build: Well, that was on cue and interesting.

Swartz: No matter, we'll have to leave. We have nothing left to do here.

Swartz said as Build didn't budge.

Build: Actually, there is one. 

Swartz: And that is?

Build: You.

He said as Swartz started to look at him, clearly not happy about the small joke.

Swartz: Funny, but I am not impressed. You will follow my orders or you will be scraped like those Timejackers.

Build: Psh. Those old news? Newsflash, you're history. I am free to do what I want.

Swartz: I gave you life and I can take it all away in an instant.

He warned as Build step forward, looking at him as he scoffed.

Build: Think that will stop me from erasing you from existence?

Swartz: You ungrateful bastard!

He said as he was about to attack Build, not until a surge of fire hit Swartz, making him stagger as he looked at the direction, from where the flames came. On the side, a figure with H/C hair standing, wearing Ryuki's Strike Vent as he looked at Swartz.

Y/N: I still have a score to settle with you, Swartz!

Swartz: You! How are you still alive!

He yelled as the riders and the teen were glad to see Y/N alive, as for Build, he wasn't particularly happy, but he had a plan in mind.

Y/N: Let's just say, that I had a little push from my loved ones.

Build: Touching. You know what, I do have a proposition for you.

Build said as Y/N glared at him, but kept his guard up as he listens.

Y/N: I'm listening.

Build: Let's call a truce, but in return, you'll help me take Swartz out. You in?

Y/N: I don't make deals with devils. But, if it's for mankind, then what else to lose?

He said as Build scoffed, getting ready to attack as Swartz couldn't believed at what he is seeing. Two riders have formed a truce and it wouldn't be long before he falls.

The two riders started to charge as Swartz started to raise his hand, making Build shoot him down with the Drill Crusher as Y/N kept on running.

Y/N: Faiz Accel!

He said as a watch appeared on his wrist as he presses a button on the watch.

Axel: Start up!

Swartz: Too slow!

He yelled as time slowly slowed down as it wasn't enough for them to make Swartz stop.

Swartz: What ever you do, you will not slow me down!

Y/N: Then let's turn it up a notch! Drive!

He yelled as his speed gradually increase as he was now in front of Swartz getting ready to attack.

Swartz: You won't stop me!

Y/N: Tridoron!

A car started to run around them in circles, making Y/N bounce over Tridoron as he delivers high speed kicks as red pointers from Faiz started to appear, surrounding Swartz.

Swartz: What!

As he was about to open his hand to stop time, Y/N finishes the attack with Tridoron as he landed behind Swartz leaving Build in front of Swartz as he cranks up the lever.

Build Driver: CLASH! CLANG! CLASH! CLANG!

Build: Looks like game over Swartz.

Swartz: Idiots! I can still make my escape! I can still stop time!

Y/N: Sorry, but this is as far as you can go. Kabuto!

He yelled as he hurriedly pressed the side of his belt.

Y/N: Clock up!

Kabuto Zecter: Clock up!

Time completely stood still as Swartz can't move on his own, leaving his hand half open as Build gets ready to attack, while Y/N prepares to deliver one final attack. On the other side, All Might was ready to deliver his final attack towards to All for One.

Build: Good bye, Ma-s-ter~

Build Driver: Ready Go! Hazard Finish!

He said as Y/N started to press the Kabuto Zecter pulling the horns to the front.

Kabuto Zecter: 1! 2! 3!

Y/N: Time's up Swartz! Rider Kick!

He said as he pulled the horns as he was ready to deliver the final blow.

Kabuto Zecter: Rider Kick!

Faiz Axel: 3...2...1... Time's up!

All Might: United States of Smash!

As the speed starts to kick back in, All Might landed one final blow to his riveal, Build delivered a high powerful kick with black energy along with it as Y/N delivered one roundhouse kick behind Swartz, leaving the Faiz pointers dug deep within Swartz as an additional damage from all the attacks that they had made.

The people of Musutafu along with the other riders couldn't believed at what they had saw. Two heroes stood tall as Y/N's polar opposite stood behind him.

Aku: I'll see you around, hero.

Y/N: I'll make sure that you'll be next in line.

Aku: I doubt it.

He said as Aku got inside the portal as Y/N stood tall from what had happened. His new found will and his usage of powers from the riders is the start to what he will become in the near future.
