Sandra Amaya's POV

I enclosed my opponent in an air ball and removed the oxygen content inside. This technique is what I am trying to perfect these past few days...and I guess I did it. The lad's angry face wrinkles as he tries to destroy the air ball. I noticed how his face turned pale first then violet as he lacked air to breathe. My opponent kneeled and coughed continuously until he choked to death.

A thunder roared in the sky, followed by a striking lightning. Natamaan ng kidlat ang apat na kakampi ko kaya't mabilis kong hinanap ang pinagmumulan nito. Sa taas ay nakalutang ang isang babaeng mayroong nagliliwanag na puting mata. Nililipad ng hangin ang mahabang puting buhok nito. Powerful ka na n'yan?

I flinched when lightning almost hit me. I looked at the girl with a mocking expression on her face. I smirked.

"That's it? Hindi mo pa ako tinamaan?" mayabang na sabi ko.

I know that a streak of lightning will go my way again so I leaned sideways to avoid it. Tumama ang atake niya sa lupa na nasa likuran ko. Her attacks were too obvious. Isa pa, lightning is somehow connected with air, so I guess she really doesn't have any advantage against me.

"Are you done?"

Ngumisi ito at tsaka ako pinatamaan ng sunod-sunod na kidlat. I moved swiftly and avoided the attacks easily. Yes, light is faster than anything but the wind can tell me where the attacks are going to hit kaya mabilis ko itong naiiwasan. I'm just moving like I'm dancing.

I moved fast like a gust of wind and appeared behind my opponent.

"That's your best, dear?" nakangiting bulong ko sa kanya.

I saw how her shoulders moved out of shock. I snapped my fingers without hesitation and the air surrounding the girl vanished, making her fall without warning. She screamed her lungs out while her body was falling and stopped when she reached the ground. Ako pa kasi ang kinalaban e.

Mula sa kamay ng isang kalaban ay lumabas ang naglalakihang vines na mayroong mga tinik. Some students are trapped and caught up screaming while the thorns are going deeply inside their bodies. Nakikita ko ang mga dugong-unti-unting pumapatak sa paanan nila. Oh, shit.

Katulad ng ginawa ko kanina, I improved my speed and moved like a gust of wind. Narating ko ang kinaroroonan ng pinagmumulan ng vines at pinutol ang mga baging na nanggagaling sa kamay niya gamit ang isang air sword. This boy needs to be eliminated first. He would be so troublesome.

I plunged my air sword towards his direction. Mabilis naman siyang nakaiwas at nahuli ng kanyang vines ang espada na hawak ko. He's a member of the Top 30. No wonder why he's not like my opponents a few minutes ago.

I ducked when a dome made up of thorny vines enclosed me. The thorns are getting bigger as seconds pass. I faked a scream like I was hurting because of the thorns. I made a scythe of air and cut the thorns slowly approaching me while I was at it.

Nang ma-bored ako ay isinunod ko na rin ang dome. Bakas ang gulat sa mukha ng lalaki nang makita ang kalagayan ko. Nakipagtagisan siya ng tingin sa kaya't hindi ko siya inurungan, tinitigan ko rin siya sa mata. As expected, vines sprouted from the ground and trapped my feet. What a cheap trick.

I showed my palm and raised it as I felt the air in my grasp. It is as if I'm taking his breath away, literally. The vines slowly withered and freed both my feet when the controller held his neck, gasping for air. I turned around as his body fell. Bahala ka r'yan.

"Hey, be careful!" sigaw ko sa mga kakampi ko. Nginitian ko sila para bigyan ng lakas ng loob. Tila nagningning ang mata ng ilang kalalakihan na nakakita ng ngiti ko. Sino ba namang hindi mabubuhayan kapag nginitian ka ng isang babaeng may maladiyosang kagandahan?

Napayuko ako nang tamaan ako ng isang air ball sa ulo. Karma ba 'yon sa pagyayabang ko? E sa totoo namang maganda ako e. Hinanap ko ang pinanggalingan ng air ball at nakita ang nakangising guardian ko. Oh, siya nga pala ang kasama ko.

"Huwag kang matulala, marami pang kalaban!" sigaw nito kaya't inirapan ko na lamang siya.

Tumalon ako sa gitna ng apat na kalaban na papunta sa akin at pinalutang silang apat. "Dancing air blades!" Blades started forming around me and moved in a circular motion together with my opponents. As the spinning of the air around me continued, the blades multiplied and danced around me, drawing cuts and wounds to my opponents. I surrounded myself with a barrier to prevent the blood of my enemies from getting on my uniform.After the motion stopped, the four bodies made a loud thud.

I did a somersault and kicked the girl who was about to attack me with her sword. She fell onto the ground, butt first. I went on top of her and punched her in the face, real hard. Umalis ako sa ibabaw niya at tsaka siya inihagis sa mga kakampi niyang papalapit sa akin.

Ako na ngayon ang nasa unahan ng formation na binuo ko kanina kaya't mas marami na akong kaharap na mga kalaban.

Napatingin ako sa wrist watch na suot ko. Oh, shit. I only have six minutes left. Kailangan ko nang pumunta sa gates.

"Hey, guys, help me and throw your attacks here!" sigaw ko.

I felt my eyes glowing. I summoned a huge hurricane and threw it in the enemy's direction.

"I need to go! Fight them with all you got! Allies will come soon!" As if on cue, I heard neighs from the sky.

When I looked up, I saw the white pegasi from our kingdom, carrying our knights and famous mages.

I stopped the hurricane so that they can have a safe landing. As soon as they reached the ground, they started casting spells.

"Very well," sabi ko at tsaka ngumiti.

I summoned an air eagle and flew towards the gates of Magos Academy where all my friends were gathered.

As I fly and soar high in the sky, I saw how the students are fighting. Napangiti ako. Mukhang may pag-asa kaming manalo.

Nakita ko ang isang babaeng sunod-sunod na pinagsasaksak ang mga kalabang nadaraanan niya. She is crying. Maybe she lost someone of importance and her rage became her driving force.

When I reached the gates, I saw them talking with each other as if there's no war happening around them.

"Hello, guys! Missed my beautiful face?" tanong ko at pinaglaho ang eagle.

"Nope," sabay-sabay na sagot nila kaya't inirapan ko sila.

"Guys! Guys!" humahangos na sabi ni Mavro habang tumatakbo papunta sa amin. "The bodies of the five suspected traitors are nowhere to be found," pagbibigay-alam niya.

"Anong sabi ni Dr. Robert?" tanong ni Clyde. Sumagot si Mavro by only shaking his head.

"Sino naman kaya ang kumuha sa katawan nila?" nakahawak sa babang tanong ni Isaiah.

"Kami ba ang hinahanap niyo?" tanong ng isang babae na nakakuha ng atensyon ko. Nagtaka ako nang maalala kung kaninong boses ang narinig ko.

"Maureen?" tanong ko at tsaka hinarap ang nagsalita. Hindi nga ako nagkamali. Siya nga. How come? Dumating na ba si Ysa?

"You, guys, are fine now?" 'di makapaniwalang tiningnan sila ni Khiera.

"Yes, we are. Dahil in the first place, hindi naman talaga kami napahamak," sagot ni Sue at tsaka ngumisi. Ngayon ko lamang napansin ang mga numerong nakadikit sa uniform nila. They're Coler's top 5?

"You dare call us pieces of shit? Let's see who's going to feel like shit after a fight," sabi ni Jiro.

"Oh, I stepped on the poor little prince's pride," nang-aasar na sabi ni Maureen.

"Want to settle this with a fight?" tanong ni Clyde.

Ngumisi ang labing isang kalaban namin.

"That's great. I've been dying to see how powerful the 'Top 10' is," sabi ni Drac na nakangisi.

Sir Julius roared and turned into a giant as tall as the main building. Surprisingly, hindi nasira ang suot niyang damit. Imagine how flexible it is. Thanks to that flexibility, hindi ako makakakita ng hanging bird. He balled his hands into a fist and he swings his arms, preparing to smash us. Sa laki ng kamao at braso niya, siguradong mapipisa ang sinumang tatamaan nito.

"Don't you dare lay your dirty hands on my students, you filthy piece of trash," malamig at nakakatakot na sabi ng boses na nanggaling sa kung saan. I'm a hundred percent sure that it is the headmaster's voice. But where is he?

My question was answered when a white light appeared between us and our opponents. Slowly, it became bigger. Is this a portal?

The light it emits is so bright that I need to cover my eyes. Nang mawala ito ay ang headmaster at ang babaeng kanina ko pa hinihintay ang nakita ko, kasama ang white na wolf na pet ni Ysa. Ysabelle's white hair is flowing smoothly on her shoulders. Kahit nakatalikod siya ay alam kong seryoso ang mukha niya. Umuusok na ang mga palad niya, tanda na maglalabas na ito ng yelo.

Ysabelle is back, no scratches on her body and no traces of dirt. Humarap siya sa amin at ngumiti. She still stands out among any other magic folk fighting on this battlefield even though she's just wearing a pair of jeans and a shirt.

"Are you, guys, doing good?" tanong niya at tiningnan kami isa-isa. Her voice became more calm and full of authority. Mapapatingin ka talaga sa kanya kapag siya ang nagsalita. Her tone is forcing me to look at her while she speaks. Ano bang itinuro ng diyosa sa babaeng ito at ganito kalakas ang dating niya?

Sabay-sabay kaming tumango at tsaka seryosong hinarap ang mga kalaban namin. I smiled. Kumpleto na kami.

Excitement is running all over my body as I look through the eyes of our opponents. The sound of the explosions inside and out of the academy is making it more exciting. The real battle will start now...and this is going to be one hell of a fight.
