Two weeks has passed and Sonic and Nala are already starting to have more in common like having them both to be super fast and having to love chili dogs as well. They went out to see glorious sights of nature around Gaea, and Sonic spent more time together with Nala then with anybody else. He wanted to go to a carnival tonight and Nala agreed. He went home to find his things to get ready.

Sonic: That deodorant must be somewhere. I mean I couldn't just leave it in my....backpack. There you are.

He hears a knock on his door.

Sonic: *Opens door* Hello?

Amy: Hello Sonic.😏

Sonic: Not you again.

Amy: So you got any plans tonight?

Sonic: Yes, in fact I do. I going with my friend.

Amy: Ugh why do you always have to hang out with her but not me?

Sonic: Cause unlike you, she agrees with what I want to do for both me and Nala.

Amy: I do agree with you too sometimes.

Sonic: Yeah, and it's with a goddamn hammer.

Amy: Please just say you'll–

Sonic: No Amy. For the last time, I'm not going out with you ever.

Sonic slams the door shut and calls for Brock.

Brock: Need something Sonic?

Sonic: Yeah. I need you to keep Amy inside and to not let her follow me while I'm with a friend.

Brock: You got it.

He thinks of a way to go out without Amy stopping him. He goes out the window slow and steady and makes it. Later on that night he sees Nala at the entrance and they both go in.

Sonic: I see you're also wearing a jacket since it's cold out tonight.

Nala: And so do you.

Sonic notices that he and Nala are wearing the same brand of something.

Sonic: So I see that you're a Marvel fan. I like the Spiderman one on yours.

Nala: And Avengers looks pretty good on you too.

Sonic: Thanks.😊

They go to balloon dart booth to see who can shoot darts the fastest.

Sonic: Darts for two please.

???: Of course.

Sonic: K.Rool?!

K.Rool: Don't be surprised even villains have jobs. Like your hero friends too.

Sonic: Oh yeah I forgot we had that.

K.Rool: So who's the lovely lady?

Nala: I'm Nala. It's nice to meet for some reason.

K.Rool: I get that with most people.

They go at it with the darts and Nala wins. She gets a stuffed Tiger.

Sonic: Wow that Tiger looks neat.

Nala: You know it kinda reminds me of a certain Tiger but I just can't tell.

Sonic: So you wanna play another game.

Nala: I see why not.

They go to a ball game to see if they can knock the cans with one ball.

Sonic: Let's see if I can get this.

He shoots and knocks the entire stack down winning a little stuffed frog.

Nala: It looks so cute.

Sonic: It sure does.

They go to other games and ride on several fun attractions of the carnival. They go to a table that's not too occupied. They rest up a bit and enjoy the chocolate ice cream they brought and see the night sky in fireworks that loom the night.

Sonic: The night is just beautiful isn't it?

Nala: It feels like that In my home too.

Sonic: You know I've always seem to be happy with you around, and I know it's crazy but I think I fell like we've known eachother for years now.

Nala: That's what I'm feeling too.

They both share a laugh and see that there's something one is not telling the other that they want to say because it might sound a bit...crazy.

Nala: Can I say something crazy?

Sonic: Sure. I love crazy.
