In a distance at the temple entrance with the moon shining behind it.

The three hippos dance like they're mocking the opponent which gongenzaka didn't like it at all.

Gongenzaka: What the..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?. Said with a annoyed look and yelled at the end.

In a control room a eighteen year old yuzu hiragi who is also annoyed at her friend's act.

Yuzu: Come on and play seriously yumi. Said with a annoyed look.

But suddenly she hit the monitor by accident causing it to short circuit and start to explode as she panics.

Just then her father shuzo hiragi appeared who as well panicked.

Shuzo: What's happening yuzu?. Said with a concern look.

She looks at her dad with a panic look.

Yuzu: Sorry dad. Said with a fear look.

He checks and began to panic even more.

Shuzo: Oh man if this breaks the entire solid vision system will go out. Said with a panic look.

As the system began to malfunction.

At the observation room a boy who reveal to he tatsuya and beside him is his mother who are watching the duel, but his mother not interested at the girl's antics but tatsuya noticed the arena started to glitch and slowly vanishing even gongenzaka noticed which he tried to warn yumi but she didn't listen.

Yumi: This is the entertainment dueling specialty of you show duel sch-. Before she could finish her sentence.

Suddenly everything turn off as she felt the gravity and falls to the ground hard which tatsuya flinch at this and looks to see if she's ok.

Which of course she noticed him looking so she did a funny face.

Just outside of the city of maiami zooming on some surrounding areas as people on their own day, the city filled with posters of various duel monsters characters for businesses or restaurants even schools.

By the center of the city is that is a glass looking tower with the Letters of LDS also known as Leo Duel School.

By the riverside as some kids are playing, some couples enjoying the sites and some people pass by till right behind them is the school known as You Show Duel School.

Then (y/n) glances at his left by the window seeing someone there which he knows who's there and listening.

Y/N 'thought': I still wonder in a very lifetime why that guy have that mustache that way, I'll never know. Said in his mind with a neutral look.

Then yumi places her hands behind her head.

This got surprise gasp from yuzu and gongenzaka.

Then tells her about the duel monster game which is called yugioh series that confused her about it but never heard of these before except the summoning methods that this world currently have.

Now he tells her what will happen in three years which she is surprise at this that her daughter will partake a duel against strong ishijima that will unlock a new summoning method pendulum summon, next is to tell her the other events especially the other dimensional summon method, the counterparts of yumi and yuzu especially the truth of the dimensions original before separation.

Even told her what happened her husband on why he disappeared, truthfully he was not a coward he just been taken to teleported to the other dimensional world to stop the war.

But what her horror is the truth about yumi and her counterparts that they're split personality of a dangerous duelist who was corrupted by the thugs cheering because of hurting people.

After telling her everything processing everything and looks at (y/n).

Yoko: Please there has to be a way to prevent her to become something that she won't like. Said with a concern look.

He shook his head.

Y/N: No they're isn't, if preventing something originally will happen before it does, then something else far more worse will take it's place. Said with a concern look.

This made her worried even more she doesn't want her baby girl to become a monster.

Yoko: What should we do?. Said with a concern look.

Y/N: Support her. Said with a serious look.

Then he walk back upstairs heading to his room as yoko looks at the picture again while smiling feeling the burden has been lifted.

Yoko: You didn't abandon us after all yusho. Said with a smile.

Now the two of them are now have to face this.

Y/N: I understand your against this miss yoko but it's for the best. Said with a neutral look.

She nod of understanding and sigh.

Yoko: I know but promise me that everything will go well. Said with a concern look.

He nod of understanding to her concerning for yumi and her counterparts.

At the stadium.

Thousands of people cheer at the events that is going on with duelist at their match and in the center nico smiley appear.

Yuzu, shuzo and gongenzaka have arrived after got the message of yumi that she will face strong ishijima.

Nico: And now the time has come for the main event, the champion strong ishijima against yusho sakaki only daughter yumi sakaki. Said with a smile.

Yuzu: Yumi. Said with a concern look.

Gongenzaka: So she will face him after all. Said with a concern look.

Shuzo on the other hand.

Shuzo: Alright, I can smell the new s-. Before he could finish his sentence.

Suddenly yuzu hit him with he paper fan.

Nico stood at the center.

Nico: This special match will be conducted with the official action duel rules. Said with a smile.

Then a golden glow a card materialized in his hand.

Nico: I activate the field spell, Frontier castle. Said with a smile.

Then the entire arena start to glow as the system activates as the field start to form.

Nico: Look at the sight ladies and gentleman, this castle could be mistaken as a real thing because is brought you by LDS solid vision system. Said with a smile.

As on top of the castle someone appeard.

Nico: Now look on the castle, the champion three years running the ultimate action duel king, strong ishijima. Said with a smile.

That's when ishija did a war cry shout which the audience cheer.

Nico: And his challenger to face the ultimate king, yumi sakaki. Said with a smile.

As shuzo cheer but stopped because she didn't show up.

Nico: Ummmm yumi. Said with a smile but a bit nervous.

Then the crowd start to talk amongst themselves about being like her father not showing up.

Yuzu getting mad about that and was about to say something but gongenzaka stops her.

Ishijima grit his teeth.

Ishijima: I thought he would show up if we drag his little girl in this, I can't become a true champion until I beat him. Said with a serious look.

Unknown to him a figure to be revealed a female clown is behind the champion doing some funny dances.

The crowd are surprised at the sudden appearance of that person.

Tatsuya whos amongst the crowd with his mother to see the match but then noticed the clown girl did the same face that he saw earlier which he recognized it.

Yuzu, shuzo and gongenzaka well don't know how to feel about it.

Yuzu: Please tell me is not who I think it is?. Said with a deadpanned look.

Y/N: Yes it's her. Said from behind.

They turn to see (y/n) walking to their side as he looks at the tower with his arms crossed.

Which brought attention at some crowd which are surprised to see the you show duel school undefeated dragon emperor but leave it for later.

As some crowds shout to ishijima to see someone behind him which got his attention to turn around seeing the clown which he got annoyed.

Ishijima: WHAT THE!?. Yelled with a annoyed look.

As she flips back he knew who it is.

Ishijima: So you show up little girl, is that how you respect the champion. Said with a serious look.

She then removed her hat.

Yumi: Oh my apologies, then with the greatest respect, allow me to duel you. Said with a smile.

Then she raised her left arm up as her duel disk activate to duel mode and ready to duel.

Yumi: Let's see great a champion you are. Said with a serious look.

Then ishijima activate his duel disk.

Ishijima: How great I am, know your place little girl. I'll show skills of a pro and give you some well needed discipline. Said with a serious look.

Yumi smile but she's a little nervous.

Nico looking up to see the two of them are ready.

Nico: Oh my what a turn of events, both duelists are ready to throw down, now draw your five cards. Said with a smile.

Nico: Now ladies and gentleman let's recite the action duel chant, Duelists locked in battle!. Said.

Yuzu/Gongenzaka/Shuzo: Kicking the earth and dancing in the air alongside their monsters!, They storm through this field!. Said.

Y/N: Behold!, This is the newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!. Said.

Everyone: ACTION!!. Said in sync.

Yumi and ishijima: DUEL!!. Yelled in sync.

Nico snap his fingers as the sphere that hold the action cards has popped as the action cards.

Nico: The action cards has been scattered to the field and the match begins. Said with a smile.

Ishijima: I'll let you go first. Said with a smirk.

She smile and walk toward the edge.

Yumi: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!, allow me to show you what a classic action duel looks like. Said with a smile.

Then she grab a zipline to go down as she grab a card.

Yumi: I normal summon perfomapal hip hippo. Said with a smile.

As she places the card in the duel disk as he monster appeared.

(Y/N) hearing this and sigh at the crowd not understanding about action duels.

Yuzu: What are you doing yumi. Said with a annoyed look.

Ishijima seeing this.

Ishijima: It won't take long, I draw. Said with a serious look.

He looks and grin to see he draw his ace right of the bat and grab one card.

Ishijima: I activate the spell card, Feast of the wild LV5. Said with a serious look.

As his spell appears and glow.

Ishijima: With this card I can special summon two level 5 warrior type monsters from my hand with their effects negated, so I bring forth swamp battleguard and lava battleguard. Said with a serious look.

His two monsters appeared.

Then by the forest a pillar of light appeared but something came out and crushes all the trees in its path and hearing its roar.

His monster appeared and roars.

His monster went for the attack but hippo ran when yumi saw the action card and grab it in time.

Yumi: Lucky me I got an action card, the action spell: evasion, this card negates your monster attack, rolling hippo. Said with a smile.

She activate the spell as hippo evade it in time.

Gongenzaka: You can't win just evading, she needs to fi-. Before he could finish his sentence.

Yoko: She is fighting. Said from behind.

They turn to see yoko walking towards them as she stood beside (y/n) and looking at the match.

Shuzo: Yoko. Said with a surprise look.

Yoko: She's reinventing herself while fighting. Said with a smile.

But she glance at (y/n) who glance at her knowing this is the event that will happen soon.

Yumi continues on the move while battleguard king is after them.

Ishijima: So she mastered the usage of the action cards, I expect nothing less of yusho sakaki's daughter, but a pro goes beyond that. Since I used 'Battleguard' as tribute summon battleguard king he can attack twice in one turn, now attack they hippo again. Said with a serious look.

This got yumi surprise.

Yumi: Eh!?, attack twice. Said with a nervous look.

That made (y/n) thought of this anime effect.

Y/N 'thought': Why can't the real world have the cards anime effects, I mean come on it is really useful and fun to duel in that way, but no it has to be different IRL. That takes the fun away. Said in his mind with a neutral look.

Battleguard king goes on the attack and hits the target.

Nico: And there it goes, battleguard king crushes hip hippo with its three thousand attack points. Or did he?. Said with a smile but be little surprise.

As the dust cloud hippo came out just as nico said the last part much to the audience surprise that her monster is still standing.

Ishijima: No way!!. Yelled with a surprise look.

As they look the screen to see what happened.

Yumi: That was close, glad I grab another action card in time which is miracle. This card negates the destruction of my hippo and the battle damage is cut in half. Said with a smile.

Yumi LP: 4000-2900

That got the crowd to star to be surprised at this and see she's going to to toe with ishijima.

Ishijima: Not bad, I place one card facedown and end my turn. Said with a serious look.

His facedown card materialized and disappeared.

Ishijima hand: 1

Back with the you show crew who are looking at yoko.

Yuzu: What do you mean by yumi reinventing herself?. Said with a questionable look.

Yoko: For the past three years yumi lived behind a mask of buffoonery. Making fun of herself before allowing anyone to make fun of her for her father running away. Said with a smile.

Then looks at her little girl.

Yoko: But yumi wants to become like her father. The legendary duelist she always admired when she was a little girl. Said with a smile.

She still remember those days very well and seeing her smile.

Yumi: Now is my turn, I draw. Said with a smile.

She draws her card and revealed to be her ace monster odd-eyes dragon.

Yumi: I got it. Said with a smile.

Then hippo climb up to look to the crowd.

Yumi: Now everyone we are approaching the finale of our show today, with my perfomapal hip hippo can act as two monsters for an advance summon. Said with a smile.

Then hippo turn to run to a direction.

Yumi: I tribute hip hippo to advance summon. Said with a smile.

Then hippo jumps and disappeared in a gold particles as yumi removed her costume to reveal her regular clothing.

Yumi: Everybody put your hands together for the main attraction, a rare dragon with two different colored eyes, odd-eyes dragon. Said with a smile.

Her ace monster appeared as it roars.

This got the crowd to cheer at the famous yusho sakaki line.

Even shuzo cheer to hear that line.

Yoko and (y/n) looking at the match as exactly predicted, much as the mother wanted to tell her but the events must continue as is.

She glance at (y/n) who is till looking at the match extremely focused to see the events play out.

Ishijima scoff.

Ishijima: Using the same line from your father the chicken, are you?. Said with a annoyed look.

Then his duel disk a screen appears as yumi looks at her duel disk too.

Yumi: My father isn't a chicken. Said with a serious look.

Ishijima: Oh yeah?. Said with a serious look.

Yumi: I'll win using the dueling skills he taught, to prove that he's stronger than anyone else. Said with a determined look.

Ishijima: With that dragon only has twenty-five hundred attack points, it's no match with my battleguard king three thousand attack points. Said with a serious look.

But then she grin a bit grab one card.

Yumi: We'll see about that, I play my continous spell wonder balloon. Said with a smile.

As then multi color box appeared in front of battleguard king.

Then she rides odd-eyes through the field looking every action card she could find and sent it to the graveyard.

Nico: Look at this, yumi is grabbing all those action cards and sending them to the graveyard. Said with a smile.

She only found three.

Yumi: Fly away, wonder balloon. Said with a smile.

As the box opens as three balloons heading to the champion's monster.

Yumi: Wonder ballon gains a balloon for every card I send to the graveyard when it enters my hand, then by sending it to the graveyard the balloon burst, decreasing the attack points of your monster by one thousand each balloon till the end of this turn. Said with a smile.

She snap her fingers as the spell disappeared, which the three balloons exploded covered battleguard king which revealed it's trapped by the balloon.

Yumi: Three balloons burst meaning your monster loses three thousand attack points, making it zero. Said with a smile.

This made the crowd cheer.

Nico: What a twist, who would have thought that action cards could be used in such a fashion. Said with a smile.

Ishijima: You can't have more than one action card in your hand at any given time, so that's your game it's to find where they are. Said with a serious look.

Yumi holds her pendulum and smile.

Yumi: I'm good at finding things. Said with a smile.

The crowd are surprised at this sudden turn around.

Yumi looking the applause and cheering is something her father felt.

(Y/N) looking at this with calculated gaze knowing it's near the main event of the pendulum summon.

Y/N 'thought': It won't be long now. Said in his mind with a neutral look.

Yumi: Let's do this odd-eyes, let's make the crowd even more wild. Said with a smile

Her dragon roars.

Yumi: When odd-eyes destroys a level fiver or higher monster, it deals you damage equal to half of it's original attack points. Said with a determined look.

This got ishijima surprise.

Ishijima: Next I play the quick play spell, battleguard magic, with this card I gain life points equal to half of odd-eyes attack points. Said with a serious look.

Yuzu: His life points are restored back to four thousand. Said with a concern look.

Ishijima: Your lucky that battleguard king can attack twice on monsters, so I place one card facedown and end my turn. Said with a smirk.

Shuzo, yuzu and gongenzaka worried for her.

But yoko looks at (y/n) who he narrow his eyes a bit seeing that he knows it.

Yumi 'thought': So it was hopeless after all, how could I take dad's place?. Said in her mind with a sad look.

That's when she remembered his words.

That's when a flashback appeared as a little girl with her father showing the pendulum swinging side to side.

This made (y/n) wide his eyes seeing it and his body pulse as he felt his right arm start to burn which he smirk.

She draws he next card with a light happened there.

Which then suddenly her pendulum glows whole swinging along with the cards of timegazer magician, odd-eyes dragon and stargazer magicians as well.

She noticed her three cards glow which they changed to something she never seen before.

Then she made a determined look and grab the two cards.

Yumi: I place scale one stargazer magician and the scale eight timegazer magician to set the pendulum scale. Said with a determined look.

This she set the two cards at the edges of her duel disk which the rainbow word of pendulum appeared and two pillar of lights appeared with her two magicians in the air as the number underneath them appeared.

Yumi: With this I can now summon monsters between levels two and seven at the same time. Said with a determined look.

Ishijima is surprise at this.

Ishijima: WHAT'S HAPPENING!?. Yelled with a surprise look.

Yumi: Swing pendulum of the soul, draw the arc of light across the ether. Pendulum summon!!. Said the chant and yelled at the end.

She raised her righ hand up to the portal.

Yumi: Now appear my must trusted monsters. Said with a determined look.

As the portal opened three beams appeared as her monsters performapal whip viper and sword fish.

Zooming close to it leading to a cave where something is in there looks like its a sleep.

As zooming close to reveal its a shadow figure serpent dragon from before sleeping.

Until it opens its eyes glowing crimson red feeling a surge of power coming from a certain location as it moves to look up to a open hole looking at the sky.

???: The girl has awakened her pendulum summon at last. Said.

Then looks at the five crystals but looking closely seeing it is shadow figures of dragons looking like their sleeping.

???: The time is near my brothers, our return is at hand. Said.

Then it looks up unleashed it's roar that heard all over the land and beyond.

Which resulted more roars have heard far and wide seeing is other dragons.

???: Soon our master will wield us once again. Said.
