~Lucy's Pov~ 

From early morning I was in the basement library with Natsu. He was getting me books the Rebels had on the Heartfilla family and The Great Power. The books mostly were handwritten notes made by Natsu's father. Most of it was in riddles or just theories but it helped me get an idea of what I really was. I knew myself I wasn't human or a normal girl. I was made by The Great Power alone. My father was used to make sure I was brought into this world. Nature itself wanted this power to live on and grow. 

It wanted the Heartfilla bloodline to go on. Natsu helped out when it came to thinking about our own theories and what his father meant by some words. These books were so old there were words that even I never knew were a thing. When it hit around two in the afternoon, Natsu put the books we had to the side and started teaching me more about the world of Demons, Vampires, Hunters and Rebels. Another hour or so Gray came down getting Natsu to watch him carefully and growl every so often. 

That was a slightly annoying. It wasn't long until Gray helped out with teaching me. Natsu wasn't fully happy but only allowed it as he knew I needed all the help I could get. I was soon asking about the Zodiac spirits, shocking Gray while Natsu sat down. "Not much is known. Leo The Lion is the leader of the Zodiacs but the most powerful would be Aquarius. Capricorn is great in defence though. Each Zodiac is different and holds a different power set which you can use and learn" Natsu soon explained.

Gray soon asked what Natsu meant to me being able to 'use' and 'learn' the power sets. Natsu only gave out a 'tisk' not answering him. This was upsetting Gray. I only took a deep breath. "Gray, can you keep something from everyone else. Even my brothers, you clan Master. Keep it from everyone?" I soon asked as Natsu looked even more annoyed about the fact I wanted to trust Gray. I knew before he wanted me to ask him before doing so but he didn't know anything about Gray. I also had a feeling.

I just somehow knew that Gray was needed on our side. That he was someone to trust. I wasn't sure on how to explain anything about this. These feelings, the fact I am some walking power, the fact I really shouldn't have been born or the fact I'm only stuck here because of Natsu and Gildarts promising my father to protect me. "That serious huh?" Gray asked as I nodded with a serious look on my face. Natsu crossed his arms, sitting down and closing his eyes. He was still annoyed that I wanted to trust Gray.

"I vow on my life, I won't tell another person, soul or creature" Gray soon spoke sounding so sure as Natsu kept his eyes closed giving out another 'tisk' like before. I smiled at Gray. I just knew that he could be trusted. I wasn't sure how or why but I just knew. I stood up and summoned the keys and whip on my belt. Gray's eyes widen. He was holding back slightly as my keys started glowing. I was in shock until Loke showed up next to me, the glow vanishing straight after. "Loke?" I asked as Natsu opened his eyes right away.

His eyes glaring toward the spirit. He was watching him carefully from that moment. "So the fact you can summon us is a secret, why inform a Fullbuster?" Loke soon asked his eyes were only on me. Gray shouted 'what is wrong with a Fullbuster?' upset as Natsu was telling Loke he 'did not need to know'. "It's weird to explain, it's a weird feeling just telling me to trust him" I answered honestly as Loke smiled toward me. He soon looked toward Gray welcoming him to the team. All three of us were slightly shocked and confused.

"You agreed just like that?" Natsu asked harshly as he himself still wasn't agreeing on letting Gray know just about the weapon. Loke only rolled his eyes asking if we could tell Gray 'about the other thing'. He meant the power. Natsu was shouting 'no way in hell' in rage, his body bursting into flames. "Natsu that alone is my choice" I spoke getting his flames to die out in a second, his head moving slightly, looking at me. I took a deep breath looking at Gray. I wasn't sure on how to explain it as Gray raised an eyebrow.

"We know what The Great Power is and where" I soon started explained as Gray was soon asking many questions at once getting Natsu to shout at him to shut up. Gray glared at him for a second as I put a hand on my chest. "I'm The Great Power, that was the reason I was made to keep this power alive in this world" I then explained as Gray's eyes widened even more than before. I was looking at the ground as I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up to see Loke smiling at me. I was slightly confused.

"Yes the reason you were made was to keep the Heartfilla line and the power alive but you pick who you want to be or do" Loke spoke as I smiled. His words did make me feel better. Gray sat down still in shock from the facts. Natsu rolled his eyes as he soon said I needed to start learning about the power inside of me and train about it. "Very true. The best teacher would be us spirits" Loke then spoke as Natsu wanted to object to the idea. It was easy to see he didn't like Loke very much at all. 

Teacher? "I suggest having Aquarius as your teacher Lucy. She seems to have a liking for you and that is rarer than a female Heartfilla being born" Loke said with a chuckle. Aquarius. I had to ask if she was the mermaid I saw in the forest when younger. After seeing her, it was nagging at me that we had met before. Like how I met Gray when younger also. "Would Aquarius agree to that?" Natsu soon asked as Loke nodded and soon explained she already demanded that she would be my teacher. 

I was in some shock hearing this as I soon asked when the lessons could start. Loke only chuckled, smiling at me after hearing my words. "Soon as you summon her, everything will start. I warn you now though, it will be very hard Lucy" Loke then replied as I nodded in understanding. So much was going on, I was in the heart of some war and it turned out I was some great power that everyone wanted. I had a feeling everything was going to get harder but I knew I had to keep trying.
