~Lucy's Pov~ 

After a couple of days of being under Natsu's guard even more than normal, my training was put on hold. Erza would give me some lessons about the history of Fairy Tail but other than that it was put on hold. It has been four days since the weapons were taken. Natsu, Gray, Erza, Jellal and I were sent out to one of the warehouses near the church. From what we were told only high ranking in the Rebels knew of the whereabouts of the warehouses. I hadn't been out of the base in awhile so I was enjoying the breeze. 

"This mole, you really think it has this type of information?" Gray asked as Jellal nodded and explained even worse information was leaked in the other bases, causing them to get wiped out. Jellal was also explaining he believes this is how the other bases got wiped out. "What if this ain't the Darkness?" Natsu soon asked getting us all to look at him in shock. Gray was asking who else hated the Rebels while Erza and Jellal started thinking. "There are people who left the Rebels believing we were too soft, there are people like your ex Clan Master" Jellal soon spoke in a worried tone.

I felt a slight pain in my chest getting me to stop and put my hands on it. Natsu was next to me in a second asking what was wrong getting everyone else to notice and stop. "Lucy?" Gray asked worried rushing over to my other side. The pain was getting worse. "S-something's coming" I whispered as my legs gave out, Gray and Natsu both catching me in a heartbeat. Erza also rushed over to us as Jellal was looking around. "INCOMING!" Jellal soon shouted as Natsu picked me up bridal style jumping super high in the air. 

Where we were once standing was blown up in a second. A giant creator left in our place. "That is from one of us tester weapons" Natsu spoke worried as he slowly was heading back down to the ground. I saw Gray and Erza were fine looking around in full ready for an attack. Jellal was staring in the same direction. It was the same one we were heading. Natsu landed on the ground next to Jellal still holding me. "The warehouse was built to be like a fortress, they have to be held up in there" Jellal spoke as Natsu's eyes flashed into a red colour.

Erza and Gray came over as Erza was saying we needed to move me somewhere safer. I hugged myself with while letting out a yelp as the pain got worse in a shotting way. I knew this got the four other worried. "We head back as we are more likely dead, we have to rush forwards or they could wipe us out with mortars" Natsu soon explained as Jellal lifted his arm up a purple bubble going over the five of us standing here. Erza and Gray were in some shock. "I can take at least ten mortar hits, everything else won't affect the shield" Jellal spoke.

Natsu nodded as he asked Gray to carry me. Gray was in shock but agreed as Natsu passed me over to Gray who was holding me in a princess hold. Erza made a sniper rifle show in her hands out of thin air. "Just tell me the location of the mortars when we get closer to the warehouse" Erza spoke as Natsu and Jellal nodded. The four were soon moving forward pretty fast, Gray carrying me. Gray was asking how I was doing but I was unable to reply. "Normally this happens when the attackers are after her alone" Natsu soon explained.

He was correct, Aquarius informed me that when someone was coming after me, about to attack and kill even to get their hands on The Great Power I will get a warning. This warning was a pain in my chest, the first couple of times will be as painful as it was but sooner or later I would get used to this pain being able to stand it and fight. "What do you mean after her?" Erza soon asked as Gray looked at me then upward to see where we were going. It wasn't long for a mortar to hit the shield causing Jellal to look in pain. 

It wasn't long until we saw the warehouse. It really was a fortress. Mortars here and there, sniper nests and even had some type of aura around it. "Jellal, Gray, you both are to protect Lucy. Red Head and I will deal with the outer defence line" Natsu then spoke as his fist burst into dancing orange flames. Jellal and Gray nodded as Erza asked if she was able to shoot from inside the shield. Jellal nodded as she got on her knees, aiming her rifle taking out anyone she was able to see. Natsu moved fast out the shield, jumping up to the open gaps in the walls. 

Those gaps mostly having mortar blast coming out. Most missing the others only getting very close to where we were. Jellal was doing something to the shield as Gray was staying on guard. Gray soon was telling Erza where to aim as she wasn't missing a single shot. Every single time she sent out a shot, she was always hitting someone with a headshot. I was really impressed. Jellal was also as he kept looking at Erza in shock many times she killed someone. "RUSH IN!" we heard Natsu's voice as Erza got up.

She had turned her rifle into a shotgun in her own hands. "Erza's gift is basically being a War Goddess, able to summon weapons that can never run out of ammunition" Gray soon explained to me as I only nodded still very impressed. I even started wondering how long she had been training with this power. Jellal was able to blast down the doors with a single punch as we started heading inside. The aura around the warehouse starting to feel as if it was out of control, it was as if someone was draining it. 

"What race are you from Jellal?" Erza soon asked, this being the first time in four days she was able to even speak to him without any help. I wasn't sure why but she seemed to be nervous around Jellal. "Vampire and Human Hybrid" Jellal answered as we were running down some type of hall. It was filled with weapons of all sorts from all different time periods. The pain in my chest out of nowhere started to get worse as I scream in pain. This got the three to stop as Gray was asking me what was happening.

He sounded worried as hell as I was unable to reply, hugging myself tightly as Jellal shouted 'incoming attack'. Erza moved forward shooting her gun toward others as Jellal kept the shield up. "Where is that useless Demon Prince?" Gray asked annoyed and loudly as he slammed his foot on the ground sending ice spikes through the floor, killing some of the people shooting from afar. Erza was dealing with anyone getting too close to the shield without a problem while Jellal was too busy in making sure the shield didn't go down. 

"HALT" we heard a deep male voice shout and echo across the room. My screaming finally stopped as I felt sweat going down my face. My grip on my own clothes getting tighter as an unknown came in front of the shield. The unknown was a tall, elderly man with long, slicked back, silvery white hair, revealing his forehead. He also had a moustache, and a similarly long yet mildly thin and curly beard, reaching down to his lower chest. His right eye was covered by an eye-patch but his left was a deep shade of green looking right at me and Gray. 

He was wearing a dark shirt paired with armoured shoulder pads and shiny gauntlets, as well as chain-mail covering the parts of his arms remaining exposed, simple light pants with flames near the edges, he also wore simple dark black boots over his pants. Over the outfit, he was wearing a large dark cape that was sporting a mantle with a high collar. "Master Hades!" some of the attacks nearly shouted in shock. Hades? The name of the Greek God of the Underworld. His eyes were on me and Gray as Jellal noticed, moving to stand in front of us both.

"Precht Gaebolg" Jellal nearly shouted in rage shocking Gray and Erza. Precht had the aura of an Angel but yet there was a demonic aura coming from him as well. "I was hoping to leak more information to my own armies and the Darkness Army before facing any of you" Hades or Precht spoke...I was so confused on what to call him. Jellal's hands turned into fists as I noticed some sweat going down his face. His was worried and scared. Natsu had told me Jellal was one of the strongest people in the Rebel army. 

"Natsu" I whispered worried as I noticed a crack show on the ceiling. Erza aimed her shotgun at him as she ordered him to call off his army. He only laughed. "I never thought any of you would deliver The Great Power herself to me!" he soon nearly shouted as Jellal and Erza both froze up, turning their heads to look at me. Gray only sweatdropped. H-he knew. He knew...Dammit. "Seems not all of you even knew" Hades/Precht laughed as the ceiling burst Natsu coming down from above in his hands two dead, bleeding out bodies of men.

He threw them to the ground as he was standing just outside the shield. "Precht, I have some questions for you" Natsu spoke harshly his whole body bursting into dark orange flames. All dancing around him in utter rage. Hades/Precht only laughed once more as Natsu's flames only got more out of control. I noticed Jellal sweatdropped as Erza was watching the small army all around us. "Precht died a long time ago, I'm Master Hades now" Hades/Precht spoke loudly as Gray turned his head to look behind him. 

"Our exit is blocked" he spoke quietly and annoyed as Erza had a calm look and aura coming from her. Natsu looked around seeing how many people were in the room. "Jellal, keep that shield up no matter what" Natsu ordered as his flames soon burst throughout the room. Jellal reacting fast to deal with the shield. We heard screaming from all around us, all sounding in pure utter pain. Erza and Gray were in shock. "He is pissed off, this ain't good" Jellal said turning his head to look at me. I was unable to move or say anything. 

The pain only getting worse. "We need to get Lucy out of here before Natsu loses it fully" Jellal then spoke as the flames soon returned to Natsu's body. The army that was around us was gone, every one of them was only black ashed bodies on the ground. Shocking us all was Hades/Precht who was still standing without a single burnt mark on him. He looked perfectly fine. Natsu gave out his normal annoyed 'tisk' as his flames went an even darker shade of orange. "Igneel's flames were able to hurt me, as his son you're nothing but a failure" Hades/Precht soon spoke loudly.

That was when the flames turned black, Natsu rushing at Precht fast. "NATSU DON'T!" Jellal shouted as Natsu was only punched by Hades/Precht sending him flying back through the ceiling. Jellal sweatdropped again pulling a stick from his pocket, he whispered something under his breath turning the stick into a staff slightly taller than himself. "E.N.D's flames did nothing to this guy..." Erza muttered as her shotgun turned into a sword. She and Jellal were both ready to fight. Erza ordered Gray to get me out of here before rushing toward Hades/Precht.

"Running now will only get you killed, now I have The Great Power in my sights, I won't just let you all leave with her" Precht spoke as I pushed myself. I was asking Gray to help me stand on my feet. He was in shock but listened, doing so as I made my keys and whip show on my belt. "Your damn Demon is going to kill me for letting you help out" Gray whispered with a chuckle as I smiled at him. I only thanked him as I pulled out Loke's key summoning him. Hades/Precht, Erza and Jellal all froze in shock. 

It wasn't long until Loke was in front of us straightening his tie. "An Angel and Demon Hybrid, a rare combination" Loke spoke looking at Hades/Precht as Erza kept her attack, swinging her sword toward Hades/Precht who only blocked each hit with his hand. He was a lot more powerful than anyone first thought. "From what is coming off his aura, he is a man-made Hybrid" Loke then informed us as his hands had a golden glow coming from them. Jellal turned his head looking at Loke. 

"Man-made? They are normally more powerful but have more limits" Jellal then spoke looking at Hades/Precht again pointing his staff at him. Unknown seals showed above Jellal's staff as Erza was blasted by Hades/Precht. She was sent flying through the wall of the building. Loke ran toward him as Jellal sent a powerful white blast at him also. Jellal kept the blast up as Loke was standing right next to it, getting ready to jump on Hades/Precht. My chest only started hurting even more as I nearly fell forward if it wasn't for Gray.

"You are pushing yourself too far" Gray spoke worried as I was taking deep breaths. It wasn't long until Jellal stopped the blast, he himself breathing heavy. We were in utter shock once more to see Hades/Precht had not even a dent done to him. He was standing there looking disappointed. Loke rushed at him sending a clear punch to his face. Hades/Precht was finally affected sending him backwards slightly. "Jellal, you keep your shield up no matter what comes toward it, someone get the Red Head back along with that annoying ass Demon" Loke soon ordered loudly.

Right after he spoke another part of the ceiling broke, Natsu coming from it fast punching Hades/Precht to the other side of the room. "Took your time didn't you?" Loke asked as Natsu didn't answer or even look at him. Natsu's full attention was on Hades/Precht. He was the last person to see Natsu's father. He was the only person who knew what happened during and after their fight. Hades/Precht was laughing a smirk growing on his face. "That is more like it E.N.D, training under Gildarts and your father has been good for you after all" Hades/Precht nearly shouted.

"Gray is this man is part Demon, your gifts will be more effective" I spoke still catching my own breath as Jellal walked over, saying he would watch over me. Gray looked at me more worried asking if I was sure. "Jellal can be trusted, kick his ass for me" I then spoke while forcing a smile on my face. Gray sighed as he let Jellal help me stand before walking to the others. He ended up taking off his top as I noticed the tattoo on his right arm started glowing. "Makarov's little pets even joined us" Hades/Precht spoke as Erza showed up as well, standing next to Loke.

"This won't be easy" Loke spoke as Natsu moved faster than normal throwing punches and kicks toward Hades/Precht. He was able to just use his arms to block each attack, not caring about the powerful flames. "Natsu's black flames are the most powerful, something is stopping him from using them to their full potential" I whispered worried as Jellal chuckled getting me to look at him and raise an eyebrow. Jella had a smile on his face while watching. "You are that reason he is holding back, he still cannot control the black flames, pushing them to be any more powerful will make him go out of control" Jellal explained.

I was in shock for a second but then looked toward the fight. Erza and Loke were rushing in to help Natsu while Gray made a giant ice bow and arrow set. He was shooting toward Hades/Precht who seemed to notice him more than the others. He moved his arms sending chains flying at the three who were attacking him up and close. Each chain grabbing hold of the three and soon started to electrocute them and stop them from using their gifts. The glow around Loke's hands vanished along with Natsu's flames and Erza's sword.

The three were screaming in pain falling on their knees. "FORCE CLOSE, LOKE!" I shouted fast forcing Loke back to his world. Hades/Precht soon went after Gray making him turn his bow and arrows into swords, blocking his attacks. "Running will just get us caught and badly hurt but if we stay he will get his hands on you either way" Jellal muttered annoyed as Gray was struggling to keep Hades/Precht back. My eyes soon widened as I watch Precht sent a spiked chain through Gray's side sending him flying back onto the ground. 

"GRAY!" I shouted worried as Jellal shouted 'crap' pushing me out of the shield fast as a purple blast hit the shield with Jellal in it. I was stuck on the ground only just able to push my top half upwards. Once the purple blast was gone the shield was gone with it, Jellal on the ground, blooding coming off his head and side. Hades/Precht was then walking toward me as my hands turned into fists. "Dammit" I whispered feeling useless. Hades/Precht only laughed as he was right in front of me bending down to grab my arm. 

Right as he was about to grab it he was sent flying away from me. I turned my head fast in shock to see Natsu struggling to stand, bruises, blood and dust all over him. "Natsu" I spoke worried as he was out of breath, the chain that was on him falling to the ground. Natsu only asked 'if I was hurt' not caring about himself or any of the others. I was unable to reply as Natsu moved fast blocking a punch from Hades/Precht who was in front of him faster than a blink of an eye. Natsu was pushed back slightly while Hades/Precht laughed.

"I was wondering what that Personal Demon mark was doing on The Great Power, seems I'm going to have to kill you earlier than planned, E.N.D" Hades/Precht spoke sending a powerful purple blast from his hand as Natsu went to block. The blast out of nowhere going a darker shade of purple as the speed of it picked up fast, hitting Natsu before he was able to be ready for the attack. I shouted his name as he fell forwards onto the ground, unable to move. "NATSU!" I shouted even louder, tears starting to build up in my eyes. 

"Even Igneel could take a blast like that, you are nothing like the great Fire Dragon King are you boy?" Hades/Precht asked as Natsu was unable to reply or even make a noise, blood starting to form a small pool under him. I felt my body shaking slightly seeing it. Hades/Precht turned around to look at me as he only had a wicked look on his face. "Time to leave, Miss Heartfilla" he then spoke as he went to move forward until we heard the wall near by get destroyed...
