Ave Mujica's latest live turned extremely sour as Jiro and Sakiko's argument led her to inflicting harm upon her Senpai. However, this will change for the worse.

Third POV

While the crowd dispersed from the theater after the live, the sound of pain can quietly be heard behind the curtain. There Jiro was, being beaten continuously by Sakiko. Unfortunately, he isn't able to resist due to the blow he received to the head. Due to shock, the other members of Ave Mujica stood there unsure how to react in this situation.

*TWACK!!!*

Jiro: ARGH! Why?

Sakiko: Why? You made me!

*TWACK!!!*

Mutsumi: Saki-chan, stop!

Sakiko: You wanted to leave us after all we did for you! All so you can run off back to Tomori!

*TWACK!!!*

As Jiro tried to get up, Sakiko lifted the weighted prop sword and striked him across the face, sending him falling to his right.

Jiro: Saki...ko...

Sakiko: Don't blame me... blame yourself! And your stupid girlfriend!

*TWACK!!!*

Uika: Stop! You're hurting him!

Umiri: We said stop!

Nyamu: This is not right, Saki-chan!

After one final hard strike, Sakiko stepped on my chest and ripped my mask off before she delivered a kick to head, knocking me out. Seeing this, Umiri and Nyamu ripped her off me, as Mutsumi bent down to rest my head on her lap. As Sakiko stormed off clenching onto the mask that I once wore on his face, Nyamu and Umiri chased after her while Uika and Mutsumi stayed by my side. As they soon see blood start to run down the side of my head, Uika called an ambulance that took me to the nearest hospital.

Two hours later...
Yayogi General Hospital
Uika POV

At the hospital, Mutsumi told the doctors that it was a stage accident that caused my injury. It seemed she didn't want any negative attention towards Sakiko... not that she derseve it. As Jiro-senpai lay in bed resting, Mutsumi held his hand every since we got here. A few minutes later, I pulled Mutsumi aside and discussed something important.

Uika: Should we call Tomori and Yomi?

Mutsumi: I don't know. If this gets out to others... Ave Mujica is done.

Uika: Is that more important than your best friend's health?

Mutsumi: No. If the band ends tomorrow, I won't have any reservations.

Uika: Why would she do this?

Mutsumi: I don't know... we have known her since we were children... yet she is capable of this.

Uika: I had the staff bring us a change of clothes, let's change out of our costumes and call his family...

Mutsumi: Right.

After using the on-suite bathroom to change into their casual clothes, I called Yomi and Tomori to come to the hospital. Before I hung up... I warned them to be prepared. A few minutes later, the two girls entered the room and slowly realized who was lying on the hospital bed. Tomori slowly embraced her boyfriend while crying silently on his chest. Yomi, on the other hand, was furious and demanded answers.

Tomori: Jiro-senpai...?

Yomi: What happened?

Mutsumi: Mhmm...

Uika: Well...

Yomi: Answer me!

Uika: Sakiko has beaten him with a prop sword at the end of our show.

Yomi: How would a prop sword do this?!

Mutsumi: They were expensive items. Therefore, they had some weight to them.

Yomi: Why would she do this?

Uika: They had an argument before the show...

Mutsumi: Jiro-senpai said he was going to quit Ave Mujica.

Uika: He was?!

Mutsumi: He mentioned it the other day. I suppose Saki-chan did appreciate his plans to resign.

Yomi: So, she beats him?!

Mutsumi: It would seem so...

Yomi: Where is she?!

Uika: We don't know.

Yomi: Yes, you do! Tell me!

Mutsumi: My family's mansion...

Uika: Mutsumi-chan!

With her hearing the news about Sakiko's whereabouts, Yomi left the hospital silently. Fearing what she might do, Mutsumi went after Jiro's younger sister. Uika then looked at Tomori, who was sitting in the seat placed beside Jiro's bed.

Uika: I'm really sorry this happened to him.

Tomori: Why would Saki-chan ever hit him?

Uika: She really loved Jiro-senpai... unfortunately, he didn't feel the same way about her.

Tomori: He belongs to me...

Uika: Funny. I always took you for the timid type.

Tomori: It's one of the things Senpai taught me... realizing the important aspects of your life.

Uika: He's a great guy, a catch even.

Tomori: Why must fate be so cruel to him?

Uika: I can't imagine the reactions will be from the others.

One of the nurses entered the room and told the two vocalists that visiting hours were over. With a heavy heart, Tomori left her injured boyfriend to rest in his hospital room with Uika taking her home.

Meanwhile...
Wakaba Estate
Yomi POV

As I stormed into Mutsumi-chan's large home, I immediately went up to Sakiko, who was playing the piano. As she stopped mid song to acknowledge me, I hit with a hard slap to face, causing her to recoil.

Yomi: You bitch! You dare hurt my brother!

Mutsumi: Yomi-senpai, stop!

Sakiko: This is not between us, Senpai...

Yomi: I should put you in the hospital! See how you like it!

Sakiko: Good ahead... show us your ugly side...

Yomi: You'd like that, wouldn't you?

Sakiko: He's not going to see you any different of you defend him. He's your brother, nothing more...

Yomi: He still is my family. No one hurts my family.

Mutsumi: Yomi-senpai, let's go. Staying here will only insult you both.

Yomi: If you touch one hair on his head, you'll see another side of me you don't want to meet.

Sakiko: Go home, Senpai...

As Yomi and Mutsumi left the estate. Sakiko deep down was intimidated by Yomi's demeanor. The elegant and mysterious young lady was replaced by a person who would do anything to protect her family.

The following day...
Hanasakigawa Academy
Sayo POV

When I arrived in class, I noticed I hadn't seen Jiro-kun having his morning coffee in the Council Room or reading at his desk. That boy doesn't normally break his routine. Matsubara-san and Shirasagi-san approached me and asked if I knew about Jiro-kun's whereabouts.

Kanon: Sayo-chan, have you seen Jiro-kun?

Sayo: I have not. He would normally message me if he was going to be absent.

Chisato: Do you think he's sick?

Sayo: I am not sure.

Teacher: Settle down, ladies. Before we take attendance, I want to let you all know that Chisaka-san had been admitted to the hospital last night. He's recovering and should be able to join us in class soon.

Kanon: Do you know what happened, Sensei?

Teacher: I was told he was in an accident and suffered a concussion. Unfortunately, he hasn't woken up yet...

Chisato: That's awful!

Rinko: Jiro-kun...

Kanon: No...

Aya: I-I can't believe it...

Sayo: Something is going on.

As Sayo heard the news, she started to piece things together. She remembered that Ave Mujica had a live last night. Suddenly, she got up and immediately made her way to the first-year classes to confirm her suspicion. Entering Class 1-B, she angrly approached the desk of Uika and Umiri, causing a scene inside their class.

Sayo: Talk! What happened!

Uika: Mhmm...

Umiri: Uhh...

Sayo: Answer me!

Taki: What's going on?

Uika: Let's talk in private...

The four girls made their way towards the back of the school, where Uika and Umiri revealed the horrible events that transpired last night.

Taki: What exactly is going on? Where's Jiro-senpai?

Umiri: Something happened last night.

Uika: Senpai was planning to quit  Ave Mujica... and Sakiko didn't take time very well.

Umiri: The two had an argument when we met up with them.

Uika: During the live, she was shouting what seemed like personal insults at Senpai. Of course, the crowd thought is part of the act.

Umiri: At the end... Sakiko picked up a prop sword, and...

Sayo: Togawa-san struck Jiro-kun, leaving him in the hospital.

Uika: Yeah...

Taki: That girl...

Sayo: You girls have been nothing but trouble for him! Now look, he is in the hospital!

Uika: Sayo-senpai, I know you're angry, but...

Sayo: But, nothing! He should have stayed away from all of you, and maybe none of this would have happened!

Taki: Umiri?

Umiri: She's right...

Uika: What?

Umiri: All we ever did was make Jiro-senpai's life hard. If he didn't meet any of us, he would be well, and alongside Tomori...

Taki: You don't know what you're saying!

Sayo: You finally realize what you have done.

Umiri: We should be ashamed of ourselves, Uika...

A few hours later...
Haneoka Academy
Tomori POV

At the end of the school day, I made my way towards the shoe lockers to find Saki-chan. When I arrived, I found her putting away her inside shoes. I approached her and started to ask questions. Saki-chan tried to leave and ignore me, but I grabbed her wirst.

Sakiko: What do you want?

Tomori: Why? Why did you hit senpai?

Sakiko: He tried to leave Ave Mujica without... I can't forgive that. I did it out of love...

Tomori: He's been nothing but kind to you... you didn't have to hit him!

Sakiko: You weren't there!

Tomori: My boyfriend is in the hospital. You put him in there! How could you?

Sakiko: Heh, you seem to have found your voice. Did senpai teach you that?

Tomori: He taught me how to stand up for myself.

Sakiko: Well... aren't you a lucky girl.

Tomori: This isn't you, Saki-chan...

Sakiko: I know what you and Senpai did the other night...

Tomori: What are you talking about?

Sakiko: Don't play dumb you walked into school with a limp.

Tomori: That proves how much he loves me...

Sakiko: Let me ask you a question. Do you like Senpai?

Tomori: I really love him.

Sakiko: Me too...

Tomori: N-no, stay away from him.

Sakiko: I'll take what I want... even from you.

Tomori: How could you continue to ruin my life? And Jiro-senpai is getting caught in the middle.

Sakiko: You wouldn't understand...

Tomori: You hate me, even though I never left CRYCHIC. You were the one that started it.

Sakiko: Excuse me?

Tomori: You run away from your problems by hiding under a mask. You don't even have sympathy for any of us who loved being in that band.

Sakiko: Don't act like you know me!  You would still be the shy and timid girl if you hadn't met Jiro-senpai. Don't think you're better than me, just because you're in a relationship with him!

Tomori: He's my boyfriend! He isn't yours!

Sakiko: We'll see...

Tomori and Sakiko's little argument had caused a small scene with on-lookers seeing Tomori, who is normally very quiet and reserved, raise her voice at Sakiko. With Tomori walking away and leaving her with her thoughts, Sakiko decided to visit Jiro in the hospital.

A few minutes later...
Yayogi General Hospital
Sakiko POV

Sitting inside the hospital room, Senpai's heart rate monitor fills the room with steady beeps. As I looked at him, the very thought that I inflicted harm on the one I love began to eat away at me. I'm beginning to lose the respect of my band and the for the others too. As I was deep in thought, I heard a groan coming from the bed.

Jiro: Ugh... where... am I?

Sakiko: Senpai? You're awake!

Jiro: Who are you?

Sakiko: Don't you remember me?

Jiro: N-no, I don't really remember who I am either...

The Ave Mujica composer slowly began to realize Jiro may have amesia. Therefore, she began to feed him false information.

Sakiko: Your name is Jiro Chisaka. You're a third year student. You've been in the hospital after saving from getting hit by a car.

Jiro: I saved you?

Sakiko: That's right, I'll be forever grateful.

Jiro: May I ask your name?

Sakiko: Come on, silly, you remember me... I'm Sakiko Togawa... I'm your loving girlfriend...
