"-Echo." I said softly.

"Pay up." Crosshair said calmly.

"How did he guess right, but we all guessed wrong?" Tech asked as he and the others handed Crosshair some credits.

"Didn't see that coming." Hunter said as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"Neither did I." Echo said as his eyes went wide.

"Let's give them some space." Hunter said as he led the others out.

I watched them leave before I looked over at Echo.

"Are you... a hundred percent sure? I mean look at me, I'm not fully human. I'm more machine than-"

I instantly cut him off by grabbing a hold of his face and pulling him into a deep and passionate kiss. He let out a groan and pulled me closer.

"I love you. Not for your appearance.... But for your heart. You are an amazing person and a great friend. You have been by my side since the beginning... when I was struggling with my past, you helped me overcome it. There is no one else, that I could ever be with other than you." I said as I gently cradled his face.

"I love you too." He said softly.

I sent him a smile and then let out a laugh.

"What's so funny?" He asked with a chuckle.

"We never finished our date." I explained with a laugh.

"True... how about I take you out for dinner?" He asked with a smile.

"I'd like that." I said as I smiled up at him.

Beep beep

I let go of him and walked over to my comm.

"When is the wedding?" Fives asked happily.

"Wedding?"

"You and Echo finally admitted your love for each other, right? So you're getting married now."

"Fives how did you figure out that I told Echo I love him?" I asked with a frown.

"I have eyes and ears everywhere." He said as he wiggled his eyebrows.

"Crosshair." I said calmly.

"Crosshair, anyways when is the wedding? What do I need to wear! Do I have to make a best man's speech?" He asked happily.

"Fives, we aren't getting married."

"Well at least not now, and how do you know you are going to be best man? I could pick Rex or Tech." Echo said calmly.

We both shot Echo a look and he let out a sigh.

"Okay yea Fives would be best man. Anyways, we aren't getting married, yet." Echo said quickly.

"Well I better be the first to know when you do." Fives said sternly.

"You will, bye you piece of shit." Echo said as he hung up on him.

I let out a laugh and sent Echo a smile.

"You know, I'm actually surprised that Rex hasn't-"

Beep beep

"You just had to say something." He said as he hit answer.

"Hurt her and I will make your life miserable."

"Rex, I live next to Tech and Wrecker... you can't make it any worse." Echo said calmly.

"Want to live with Fives and Jesse?" Rex asked with a frown.

"I promise you that I will never hurt you, ever and if I do... kill me." Echo said as he looked down at me.

"Oh I won't have to and besides that sounds like a fate worse than death." I said calmly.

"Anyways, have fun and be safe.... And make me an uncle. Bye love you." Rex said as he hung up.

"We just got together and they already want us to have a kid." Echo said as he shook his head.

"I'm just surprised that it was Rex who wanted us to have a kid."

"You would think he wouldn't want us to give him another thing to stress about."

I nodded my head in agreement and sent him a smile.

Time skip

A lot had changed in the three years of my relationship with Echo. A year in we got pregnant and I gave birth to my son. Rex and Fives moved down with the rest of the 501st.

The bad batch ended up leaving to go explore, sometimes they come and take Echo and Omega. But for the most of the part we stay in touch.

Wrecker and Tech both have found beautiful wives. Crosshair and Hunter both said that they weren't looking for marriage, but Hunter still treats Omega as if she is his daughter.

Crosshair as taken to becoming an over protective uncle to my son. Out of all of them he is the closest to my son.

"Echo! Get back here!" I yelled as I chased after my husband.

"Never!" He yelled as he continued to run from me.

"Echo! He needs a bath!" I yelled as I continued to run after him.

"Fives help! My wife is trying to drown our son!"

"Sorry, can't help." Fives said as he cleaned the outside of Jesse's hut. (Prank gone wrong)

"DAMN IT ECHO I AM JUST TRYING TO GIVE HIM A BATH!" I yelled as I chased after him.

When I finally caught him and took my son from his arms he followed behind me with slump shoulders.

"Echo, he will be fine."

"But we have never given him a bath! What if something happens?" He asked with a pout.

"You worry to much, love." I said as I kissed his cheek.

"Do you blame me?"

"Not in the slightest." I said as I sent him a reassuring smile.

After the bath, my son instantly fell fast asleep. I put him in his bed and watched as Echo peaked over my shoulder.

"We made a cute kid." I said softly.

"Are you surprised? Have you seen Omega?" Echo asked playfully.

I rolled my eyes and sent him a smile.

"I love you." I said as I smiled up at him.

"I love you too." Echo said as he leaned down and gently kissed me.
