The city of Pansy was a quite beautiful town at the border of Fiore and Bosco and since it was spring, the flowers that gave it its name, were in full blossom and it made the town even more beautiful.

Juvia was buying some flower seeds – she was trying to get better at gardening and maybe she could grow some of them back in Magnolia – while her boyfriend, Gray, wasn't too far behind, absolutely bored, but indulging her.

Earlier that day they finally delivered a very expensive old scroll to the City's Mayor and since they would take the seven p.m. train back, they decided to see the sights and, as they were finally paid, Juvia decided to buy some things as well.

"Are you done?" Gray asked, stepping closer to her when she got the small bag with the seeds and Juvia nodded.

"Yes, Gray-sama!" She beamed. "Do you think Juvia will be able to grow them?"

It took Gray a second to answer, since Juvia had been trying to grow some flowers and hadn't been successful yet. Since they started dating, Gray had learned a lot on how to talk to Juvia.

"I... I think you'll do your best." He told her, honestly.

The Water Mage grinned, tip toed and gave him a quick peck on the lips, making his face many faces redder – he was still new at public displays of affection, especially in front of their friends but since they were in a town no one knew them, the rules were a bit looser.

"Thank you." She told him and he nodded in acknowledge, still blushing. "Shall we get something to eat before we go to the train station?"

"Sure." Gray shrugged. "I think I saw a nice restaurant a couple of blocks back. It's a bit fancy, but we just got paid and we deserve it."

Juvia gasped in fake surprise. "Is Gray-sama taking Juvia in one of our it-is-but-we'll-not-say-it-is dates?"

"Shut up." He said with no real bite and rolled his eyes, pretending to be annoyed. "You know what, forget it, I'm sure we can get some cheap place to..."

"Noooo!" Juvia said, knowing he wasn't serious. "Sorry, sorry, sorry." She joined her hands and bowed to him a couple of times. "Juvia wants to go to the nice restaurant. We've been eating at crappy places for a week."

"Will you behave?" He asked, trying to be serious – it made butterflies fly inside her stomach, he was so much looser when it was just the two of them and she loved him more and more every day,

Juvia laughed. "You like when Juvia misbehaves." She winked and Gray's lip curled at the same time his cheeks got redder once more, letting her know she was right.

She was about to say something when she heard from behind her: "...que acabaram de ser pagos. Se os pegarmos de surpresa, não terão chance, estão flertando, não estão prestando atenção aos seus arredores." [...just got paid. If we catch them by surprise, they'll have no chance, they are flirting, not paying attention to their surroundings.]

"Tão fáceis de roubar." [So easy to rob.] Another voice said. "Eu vou pela esquerda e você pela direita." [I'll go left and you'll go right.]

The Water Mage tensed and took a few steps to her side so her back was to the owners of the voices and Gray frowned, but moved too, standing in front of her.

"Gray-sama, put your arms around Juvia as if you are hugging her." She was in battle mode and Gray knew her well enough to see she wasn't joking around and something had caught her attention so he did as told and held her closer to him. "There are two men behind Juvia-no, don't look yet." She whispered when she pretended to kiss his cheek. "They are going to attack us in an attempt to rob us."

"How...?" Gray was confused to how she knew that.

"They think we are distracted and don't know what they are talking about." She said. "One will come from the left and the other from the right."

"Alright." Gray was in full-on battle mode as well. "What's the plan?" He let her plan it since she seemed to have more information than he did and he casually glanced around and spotted two shady men that were looking at them and Gray whispered to Juvia. "I saw them. We don't have much time."

"You keep a lookout and at the moment they attack, you make an Ice Wall and we do just like them: Juvia will go left and you'll go right."

Gray actually chuckled. "Boy, will they regret it."

Juvia laughed. "So much."

"Okay, they will make the move." Gray told her. "One, two, three... Ice Make: Wall!"

"So, how did you know they were going to attack us?" Gray secured one of the criminals while waiting for the police to appear while Juvia did the same.

One of the man, with dirty blonde hair and dark skin, asked: "Você fala bosconês?" [Do you speak bosconese?]

"Sim. Juvia morou por anos perto da fronteira, ela entende e fala bosconês muito bem." [Yes. Juvia lived for years near the border, she understands and speaks bosconese very well.]

"Merda." [Shit.] The man sighed in defeat. "Pensei que eram somente mais um casal idiota de turistas." [I thought you were just another couple of idiot tourists.]

"What are you talking about?" Gray asked, exasperated. "How are you talking to him in this weird language?"

"Oh, Juvia was raised a little south from here, at the border of Fiore and Bosco. She speaks bosconese quite well and she overheard him."

"Piranha." [Bitch.] The second man said, clearly angry.

Gray raised an eyebrow and looked at Juvia: "What did he just say?"

"Oh, just called Juvia a bitch." She shrugged, not really bothered, it wasn't the first and wouldn't be the last."

"Did he, now?" Gray's face darkened and he punched the guy on the face. "Oops, my bad."

"Filho da puta." [Son of a bitch.] The man said, groaning in pain.

"I don't speak bosconese but I assume he's not too pleased with me?" Gray wondered.

"Not at all." Juvia chuckled and saw the police coming.

"How come you never told me you spoke bosconese?" Gray asked while at the fancy restaurant Gray talked about earlier – they had explained the situation to the police and the two men who trued to rob them, were known criminals.

"Juvia forgot." She shrugged. "She didn't even know she could understand and speak it that well until she heard them talking."

"That's very impressive." He told her. "And handy. Come one, say something else. Something cool." Gray asked, curious about this new discover about his girlfriend.

Juvia thought it over for a moment and she put her elbows on the table, the romantic vibe of the restaurant helping a lot her intense glare at the man in front of her. "Que tal acharmos um hotel por aqui e essa noite Juvia irá falar bastante bosconês enquanto..." She left the words in the air and Gray gulped.

Boy, his girl was sexy.

"What did you say?"

"Juvia said we should find a hotel for tonight and she'll speak a lot of bosconese while we're..." Again, she left the words in the air. "Was that cool enough?"

Gray's face became red. He looked around for the waiter and once one took a look at him, he said, making Juvia giggle: "Check, please!"
