Grayson x Armen
I had more fun with this than I thought I would! I got an idea from AvaMarieSchneider, which made writing this a lot more simple.

Grayson's point of view-
I held Armen's unconscious body in my arms, looking up at the large square of obsidian that was once a portal to the most treacherous place known to mankind, The Nether or as most people know it as, H**l. My eyes were wide and heart raced as the purple within the obsidian base shattered like glass and the connection between our worlds was broken. Drake was still in there. He was trapped now.
He told me to escape while he fought the monsters that were attacking us. I made it out okay, but Drake wasn't so lucky. There was something powerful in there that I didn't get the opportunity to see face to face. It was more powerful than that hydra and wickedly familiar in a sense. I just remembered turning around and seeing two white orbs before Drake pushed me through the portal.
Why would he do that? Why didn't he come through too? Was it already too late by the time he pushed Armen and I through? I knew that he wanted to protect us, but I never thought that his protective nature would go this far. He's gone, my best friend. How am I supposed to get him back?!
"Drake!" I called out hoping to get a reply or something, but no such thing came back to me.
"No... No. No. No. No. No!" I screamed, not being able to bare the thought that he was stuck in that nightmare.
I looked down at Armen as he stirred but didn't open his eyes. A tear drop escaped my eye and landed on his pale white cheek, which I wiped away with my finger. His skin was surprisingly soft and clean considering that he was in a place filled with ash. He was so skinny, almost to the point where you could see his bones beneath his skin. His ash black hair was greasy and a tangled up mess.
My eyes looked back at the portal before I started coughing, feeling the air beginning to grow heavy. For a moment I forgot that we were in the dead lands. As much as I hated leaving Drake in there, I just felt that I had to leave and take care of Armen. Wouldn't Drake want that?
I looked around for my dog only for him to be no where to be seen, but I didn't want to take the risk with staying in this dreadful place to look for him. After looking at the portal one last time, I turned around and sprinted away.
"I'll find a way to get you out of there buddy." I spoke to myself as if Drake was right beside me. "I promise."
...
Once I reached my own home, which wasn't too exceedingly far from the portal, I went inside and placed Armen on top of my bed. He whimpered in his sleep like he was having a nightmare, but yet he looked so at peace at the same time.
I let out a sigh, going and grabbing a chair then placed it next to the bed so I could watch over him. My eyes scanned his body, watching his chest rise and fall at a steady rhythm. I could hardly wait for him to open his eyes; to finally look at those bright cyan orbs and know that he was finally okay, that he was finally free. To know that everything Drake and I have been through and done was not in vain.
I jumped when he shifted, turning onto his side and his arm moving up to his face. My cheeks started burning slightly as he stated making little puckering noises, his thumb in his mouth and sucking on it like an infant. I tried holding back a laugh in my throat, my cheeks puffing up as I tried to hold it in. Man, that's cute!
I took in a few breaths once I stopped laughing, and his little sucking noises stopped. My back straightened in the chair as he stirred and groaned, his eyes slowly fluttering open. His left eye was no longer white and both of his eyes were the bright soothing cyan that Drake and I missed seeing. I forgot how pretty they were...
"Ar-Armen..." My eyes were actually tearing up. Honestly, I didn't expect myself to be this over joyed to see him as himself again.
His cheeks turned red and pulled his thumb from his mouth, sitting up straight and pushed his back onto the wall behind him. He started stuttering, not even finishing a single word before I lunged and wrapped my arms around his skinny, frail body.
He was tense in my grip and his arms remained hanging limply by his sides. He almost felt like I could break him in half from how fragile his body felt.
I only wished that Drake could be here to see him. After so long of trying to rescue him, it's a pity that the hybrid couldn't see him awake and well after everything he had given up for him... that he couldn't tell him that they were brothers from the start.
"Finally! W-we've missed you so much! Dr-Dr..." I was going to continue, until he abruptly pushed me away.
I stared at him with wide eyes as he looked up at me with fear and confusion. I never imagined that I'd see a look like that in those bright orbs.
"Uh, I-I think you're mistaken mister... wh-why am I here? Where am I? Wh-Who are you?!" I could never mistake that panic in his light, squeaky voice.
I took a step back, tears welling up in my eyes once more. I put my hand over my chest. "I-It's me! Gr-Grayson! Remember? We were good friends!"
He shook his head slowly. "I'm sorry mister, but I don't remember you. Maybe you have the wrong guy."
No. This has to be a joke right? But why would he joke around about something like this? After four years of being apart and clearly seeing that Drake wasn't here with us?
"No, I don't. Please, try to remember! Me, and Drake, and everything that we've been through together. Pl-please...try. It's me, Grayson!"
Now he looked confused and suspicious. "Drake and Grayson? That's sound familiar, but I just don't remember you."
"We're your best friends! We've always been there for each other! Please remember me Armen!" I pleaded, despite knowing that it wasn't his fault. I took his hand, blushing once I realized then I released him.
He looked down at the ground, staying completely silent. He looked uncomfortable yet focused as if trying to regain his memories. My ears perked up and my eyes widened when he gave out a weak laugh. His bright eyes looked back up at, with a small halfhearted grin on his pale lips and cheeks.
"Well, you remind me of an old man I think I once knew."
My cheeks grew warm again, embarrassment washing over me. I don't look that old, do I? Sure I've had a child and such, but he doesn't know about that.
"I-I'm not old!" I replied, knowing that a dark red blush had spread on my cheeks.
He giggled, causing me to smile. I missed that laugh and light voice and bright eyes. I never realized just how much I missed him after all these years. I wiped the tears from my eyes as I laughed. A good comeback came to my mind...
I put my hand down, exchanging a smug grin to him. "At least I don't suck my thumb when I sleep."
His face became flushed and he pulled his legs up to his chest in embarrassment. I laughed again before my smile faded and dread slowly began to come back to my being. So he doesn't remember anything we've been through together. He rememberers nothing about me or what the three of us had been through together. That fact truly did pain my heart.
I stood up and went to my backpack reaching through it and pulled out some water and old mutton I had collected. It seemed to still be fresh.
I walked back over to him, handing both of the items to him. "Here. I know that you haven't eaten for...awhile."
He laughed as he took the water bottle from my hand and opened it. "Yeah. Feel like I haven't eaten in years. But if that were the case then I'd be dead."
I mumbled under my breath. "You have no idea."
Before he placed the bottle on his lips, he stopped and hummed. Once again my cheeks warmed up. I told him that it was nothing, then he shrugged it off and took a drink, chugging the bottle until there was nothing left. As he handed the bottle back to me, I didn't say a word about it. I understood why he drank it so hastily. I got up and put the glass bottle back into my bag.
"So, how do I know you and... Drake, was it?" He asked after eating a piece of the mutton I gave him.
I looked out of the window, trying to think of how to answer. There were clouds in the sky now, gray and sprinkling water onto the small glass pane of the clear window. My heart was racing for some reason, so I tried to keep myself relaxed as best as I could.
I swallowed a lump in my throat, and turned around to face him again. For a moment I didn't look him in the eyes. "Well, it's a very long and complicated story. You probably won't believe me..."
He interrupted. "I'll keep an open mind. Please I... I need to know."
I let out a deep breath and then sat back down at my seat. "Okay. Bare with me, okay?"
So I told him everything I could. Everything about his family, and Collin, and Drake, and Herobrine. It was difficult to explain those parts, such as Drake's creation but Armen didn't question anything. He stayed silent.
I told him of that house, and the arctic base, and myself. Iron mere, and when he sacrificed himself for us to protect us from Herobrine. He looked slightly horrified when I told him that he was possessed for four years.
I told him about everything that Drake had done for him, putting a piece of Herobrine into his own body to save him, spending every waking moment searching for ways to free him. I told him about myself, and my family and the dragon egg. Lastly, I told him about the events at the magic library and our little journey to h**l. I started to cry when I told him that Drake was left behind in that nightmarish place.
"I believe you." He spoke softly, a smile on his face. "It's okay. He's...my brother. We'll find a way to get him back."
I smiled at him and chuckled. That's another thing I missed about him, his optimism and hope. I nodded, feeling my body starting to shake. He stood up from the bed and almost instantly I got up and wrapped my arms around him.
"We missed you so much." I hiccuped, tears going down my cheeks.
This time he returned the hug, his arms slowly wrapping around me. We both just stood there for awhile, unmoving. It was comforting and relaxing having him in my arms. I just felt so sorrowful yet overjoyed at the same time, the mix of emotions draining me. I held him tightly against my body, my hand coming up and resting on the back of his head, letting my fingers entwine in his soft yet greasy black locks.
"I love you." I said, not really knowing myself if I meant it as family or something more.
...
Third person point of view-
Purple light flickered in the hollow opening of the obsidian square. Clouds rolled in above the dead lands, dark and beginning to let down heavy rainfall. The wind howled, rustling the dead shrubs, and the leaves on the bushes and trees. The rain water splashed to the earth, puddles forming on the ground and rolling down the stone. The portal lit up, the swirling light reigniting and linking the bridge between the two worlds.
The Enderman hybrid slowly emerged from the other realm, stepping one foot onto the ground followed by his arm that shot straight out from the portal. The rest of his slender body emerged, taking in a deep breath with closed eyes as he took in the aroma of the rainfall.
A grin spread on his face as he chuckled lightly. The feeling of rain against his skin was so different than the burning sensation that constantly covered his skin in that place of unextinguishable flames. It was a welcomed change of atmosphere.
His head faced straight ahead of himself, the feeling of the mortal world strange, yet he adored it. This was his new kingdom. His toy chest filled with his little toys that he couldn't wait to play with again, and now a new marionette; a puppet to pull strings at.
His eyes opened, his eye that was once two shades of purple, now nothing but a blank canvas. Pure luminous white eyes, ones that this world has and forever will fear...

I'm thinking about writing a one-shot about Drake's time in The Nether. Might be interesting, but I'll only do it if you guys want me to. (I might do it anyway.)
Hopefully you guys understood the ending!
