After hearing everything she's heard these past few days Destiny had a lot of thinking to do.

Between everyone thinking Romans a bad guy, Eric not approving of her feelings for Roman and Arlo hating Destiny all together she had no idea what to do at the moment.

She did know one thing though. She needed to figure out why everyone trusted her given the accident that happened thousands of years ago.

Later during that day Destiny was out exploring.

She wandered the woods, enjoying the fresh air that she never really got inside the home.

Yes it was beautiful but there was never much to do.

She looked at the beautiful trees and flowers, breathing in their beauty like a dream.

Suddenly something buzzed by her ear.

Destiny turned around quickly but saw nothing.

She didn't want to go home quite yet, she didn't know much about this world but she has figured out by now that you should always expect the unexpected.

Suddenly more buzzing sounds. Almost like bees but not quite that harsh sounding.

She whipped her body around the other way but still to her surprise, destiny saw nothing out of the ordinary.

That was until something landed on her shoulder.

She was afraid to look but knew it would only be worse if she didn't.

So very hesitantly Destiny moved her head slightly to peak at what had landed on her shoulder.

She almost gasped.

A small person. A woman. Very very small, wearing a lilac purple dress.

The woman's height wasn't the only thing that left Destiny breathless though.

This woman had wings.

A fairy.

Suddenly she remembered her conversation with Arlo.

"they all just welcomed you here like you're some lost fairy."

She didn't think much about him saying something like that at the time but now that she thought more about it, why would he say something about a mythical creature if it didn't exist in his world?

"Well hello there" Destiny greeted her in a friendly tone.

The little fairy just waved shyly.

"Are you lost?" Destiny asked.

The fairy just stared at her.

Destiny looked confused.

"Can you speak?" She asked.

The fairy shook her head, but then had a look of quick realization.

The fairy held her finger up to Destiny as a way of telling her to hold on a moment.

Destiny thought some crazy magic was about to happen but she could not have been more wrong.

The fairy made a face that to be completely honest looked like a face someone would make when constipated.

Destiny giggled.

"What are you trying to do?" She asked as she laughed.

The little woman gave her a serious yet frustrated look before making that face once more.

That's when the crazy magic began.

The fairy was no longer little, well still little but not nearly as little as she was.

She was now standing at a rough 5 foot.

Her body much bigger than it was before.

She looked small, yet had a slightly curvy body, her skin was very very fair, her lips pink, her cheeks flushed and her hair was a very very light blonde.

She had purple flowers in her hair and her dress was much bigger than it was before but still the same purple color and the same style.

Her wings were a pale purple with strokes of pink and her eyes were a very light blue.

"Hello there, you must be Destiny" the fairy greeted Destiny in a very soft quiet voice.

"So you can talk" Destiny smiled at her.

"When I'm in that form my voice is so quiet no one but other fairy's can hear me. We only really come into this form to talk with the element controllers...or humans like you" she explained.

"How did you know?" Destiny asked.

"Don't worry, your secret is safe with me" she promised.

"Im Lila by the way" she introduced herself.

"It's nice to meet you Lila, I'm Destiny, but you already knew that" Destiny smiled as they walked.

They walked in silence for a little bit before Lila's ears twitched.

She had pointed ears like they did in the movies, they suited her face very well.

"Is something wrong?" Destiny asked worriedly.

"Shh" Lila told her quietly.

Suddenly there was footsteps heard in the distance.

"You have to hide" Lila told her in a rushing tone.

Destiny moved very quickly to hide in a bush so whoever was coming couldn't see her.

Her heart was beating a mile a minute.

Suddenly the person came into view.

It was a man. He was big, much bigger than Lila, he was dressed in brown and green attire.

"Hello sir, how can I help you?" Lila asked the man very kindly.

"Who were you talking to?" He asked her suspiciously.

"Me? Oh no one, just the woodland creatures." Lila smiled at him innocently.

"Right" the man said but didn't seem to believe her.

He scanned the area.

He was very obviously am earth controller Destiny thought to herself as the man moved vines and flowers out of his line of sight.

Destiny was breathing so hard as the mans movements got closer and closer to her.

Suddenly the man froze and looked in her direction. Right at the bush she was hiding in.

Fuck.

The man stepped into the wooded area and much closer to the bush.

Suddenly the bush started moving.

Destiny's heart raced as the man moved the bush out of his line of sight.

Destiny gasped as she was left with nothing hiding her.

"Why hello" the man said to her in a sarcastic sounding voice.

"H-hi" she stuttered.

"Tell me dear" he stepped closer to her as Destiny stood to her feet.

"Why were you hiding?" He asked her.

"Me? Oh no no no sir. Im afraid you've misunderstood. I wasn't hiding, I was simply looking at nature." Destiny lied.

The man didn't look very convinced.

Destiny gave him an innocent smile.

"Tell me, what elemental control to you possess?" He asked her.

Destiny hesitated. She was so screwed. As soon as this man found out she didn't possess any abilities like he did, he would surely kill her.

She took a shot though.

"Umm air?" She said hesitantly.

The man looked serious.

"Prove it" he told her.

Now she was really screwed.

"Umm I don't think that's necessary sir, we've really got to get going" Lila cut in, trying to save Destiny from this horrible scenario.

Lila tried to walk towards Destiny but the man held his hand up quickly, blocking her.

"Not until she proves it" he told her.

Destiny quickly thought of a motion that an air controller would do. Hoping maybe she could lie and say she didn't have her abilities fully under control.

Suddenly Destiny thrusted her arm forward in a pushing motion, but nothing came, not that she expected it too.

The man moved to take a step towards her when a gust of air blew right in the mans face.

Destiny and Lila took that as their chance to run.

"Sorry sir malfunction" Destiny yelled back as they ran.

But the man quickly recovered from his shock.

He reached his arms out in from of his and contorted his fingers in a controlling motion.

Suddenly vines from the forest began to move very quickly towards Destiny.

Before she had a chance to get away the vines wrapped tightly around her legs and arms, trapping her.

Destiny struggled against the vines, trying to get free but it was no use.

The more she tried to move the tighter around her they wrapped.

"You thought you could fool me human?" The man asked her angrily.

"I don't know what you're talking about sir" Destiny lied again.

"And yet you continue to lie you pathetic human" he yelled and the vines moved higher, creeping up her neck, cutting off her air.

"Sir please let me go" she breathed out before the vines completely cut off her air supply.

"I don't think so. You're kind isn't allowed here. I must destroy you" the man told her with an evil grin on his face.

Destiny wasn't ready for death but in that moment it felt like a peaceful solution to her struggling.

She felt the world go dark around her right before she heard a familiar voice.

The voice she had come to love so much.

The voice that made to stomach turn into a roller coaster. The voice that made every thought leave her head. The voice that she thought of when she needed help falling asleep.

Romans voice. It was Romans sweet, husky, voice.

Except in this particular moment it didn't sound so sweet.

"You let her go you dirty bastard" Roman yelled.

She felt the vines get warm, and then really really hot. It didn't take her long to realize what was happening.

Roman was burning the vines to get her free.

"And if I don't?" The man challenged him.

Roman suddenly looked down at his hand as the flames started to appear.

"I wouldn't take that chance if I were you."

The mans eyes widened and he made the smart decision of running while he still has a chance.

Suddenly the vines broke loose and fell to Destinys feet.

She gasped for air.

She looked over at Roman who until now she hadn't realized was staring right at her.

"Thank you" she ran over to hug him.

Roman stopped her just in time before she could.

"Don't. Please. My hands are still burning and I can't control it right now until I calm down" he warned her.

"Oh okay" Destiny replied, not at all trying to hide the slight sadness in her voice.

She covered it up quickly with a smile though.

"Thank you though."

Roman shot a smile right back at her.

"Of course." He said warmly.

Suddenly Lila coughed from behind them.

"Yep hi I'm still here" she told them.

Roman looked at her like he was noticing for the first time that she was even there.

"Oh hi Lila, nice to see you again" he gave her a slight smile.

"Nice to see you too Rome. And it was very nice meeting you Destiny. I hope you don't mind but I'm gonna go, see you guys again soon" she waved them off as she returned to her natural fairy form and flew away.

Destiny looked back at Roman with a smile.

"She seems nice" she told him honestly.

"She is, basically all the fairies are" he assured her.

They walked away together from the area that Destiny had been before.

They walked and walked until they reached their beloved tree home that Destiny didn't realize she'd been missing so much since she left that morning.

They opened the door to their precious home and walked in together.

This action caused a lot of worried eyes to look straight at them.

Suddenly they all rushed over to them in a worried panic.

"Destiny where have you been?" This question came from Wyatt.

"Des are you okay what happened?" Eric asked.

"Where were you? we were worried sick"-Elena

"What were you thinking going out all by yourself?"-Selene

"Are you hurt?"-Wynter

Thankfully Lady Willow stopped all the commotion.

"Alright alright, everyone calm down, give them some space and some time to talk. You don't need to bombard them" she announced.

Destiny looked at them all with a confused look.

"Have I really been gone that long?" She asked them.

They all gave her an are-you-kidding-me look.

"Gonna take that as a yes" she whispered to herself.

"Well there's no need to worry, I'm fine, I was just out exploring" she explained to them calmly.

"Fine??" Eric stepped in.

"You're hardly fine. There's marks all over your arms and neck and there's a slight burn mark on your shoulder. What the fuck happened to you Des?" He asked her worriedly.

This was when Roman stepped in to explain.

"Those marks are from an unknown earth controller. I found her in the woods when I came out to look for her. You guys didn't notice I left but I did to look for her. And I found her in the words with Lila and an unknown earth controller has attacked her. He had vines wrapped around her entire body, nearly crushing her and trying to suffocate her. The burn mark is from me burning the vines off of her. So that part is my fault." Roman explained to them.

"Lila?" Lady Willow asked and looked at Destiny.

"You met Lila?" She asked her.

Destiny nodded.

"Well how did this earth controller even find you?" Wyatt asked.

To this Destiny explained.

"I was out exploring, I was looking at nature when I found Lila, or better yet Lila found me and we were just talking when I guess a man heard us and so I hid but he found me and he found out that I'm human. He didn't like that very much and tried to kill me" she explained to them.

"Oh my god" Wynter exclaimed.

"Someone else knows about her, what if they come back for her and try to kill her again?" Wynter asked extremely worried.

"Wynters right." Lady Willow told everyone.

"And because of this I'm afraid that you will no longer be allowed to leave this house Destiny I'm sorry" Lady Willow told her disappointedly

Destiny looked down at her feet, a little disappointed.

"Okay" she said.

She understood why she would no longer be allowed to leave. She knew it was just to keep her safe, but she couldn't help feeling a little disappointed in herself.

Maybe if she had taken someone with her, none of that would've happened.

She also wasn't too heartbroken about not being able to leave because this meant she could spend more time getting to know the family better.

Or better yet getting to know Roman better.

Destiny really liked the thought of that.

She still couldn't wrap her head around the fact that he thought about her, or that he even liked her.

He looked so god like and she looked so "average teenage girl".

There was nothing special about her to catch his eye.

Yet everything about him was extremely eye catching.

This made her think.

What did Roman see in her?

Was he just in it for sex?

He probably hasn't had sex in actual centuries. This thought made Destiny feel sick to her stomach. She didn't want him to only want her for her body.

Everyone left the living area to go to their rooms. God these people were worse than teens.

The only two left in the lounge were Roman and Destiny.

Destiny sighed and sat on the couch, expecting Roman to stay with her but out of the corner of her eye she saw him start to head upstairs.

"Wait Roman" she stopped him.

"Yes?" He stopped and turned around to look at her.

"Could we maybe.. Hangout?" She asked him shyly.

He smiled down at her. "Sure" he answered.

That answer warmed Destinys heart as they walked up the stairs to the fire area.

Rather than going in his room like she expected him to do, he sat on the red couch of his lounge area.

"So umm...it must be pretty great having an area all to yourself huh?" She asked him as a way of trying to make some sort of conversation.

Roman nodded.

"It is pretty great sometimes because I really enjoy being alone, but other times to just reminds me that they gave me an area all by myself because they didn't want me near them." He said sadly.

Destiny reached out to grab his hand.

"I'm really sorry about that." She told him.

He shook his head.

"Its whatever" he responded.

"No no it's not, and I know it probably doesn't mean much but I like having you near me" Destiny smiled at him.

This caused Roman to smile happily.

"I like having you near me too" he told  her honestly.

Destinys eyes lit up.

"You do?" She asked.

He squeezed her hand.

"Yea of course. I love having you near me, I have been unable to get you out of my head since the moment I saw you" Roman told her happily.

Destiny felt like her heart was doing back flips in her chest.

She couldn't believe what she was hearing.

He's been thinking about her? Since the moment they met?

Destiny smiled so big at him.

"I haven't been able to get you off my mind since I met you too" she told him and blushed.

"Oh trust me little one, I know" he gave her that sexy grin he was so good at doing.

That caused Destiny to giggle.

"And how do you know?" She challenged him.

Suddenly Romans hand moved from her to hand slowly to her thigh, which caused Destinys heart rate to pick up extremely fast.

Roman positioned his head so his lips were in line with Destinys ear.

"I see the way you look at me love. The way your eyes take me in. The hunger, desire, and lust in your eyes and your body is impossible to miss when you're around me" he whispered to her.

Destiny loved when he whispered in her ear. It always sent shivers throughout her entire body.

She wanted him so badly.

"You can tell all that just from looking at me?" She asked him.

"Oh darling. I think anyone could. You don't exactly try to hide it" he told her.

That made her giggle softly.

"You're not wrong" she laughed slightly.

He moved his head so he was no longer whispering in her ear but looking at her instead.

"Oh I know" he told her.

He couldn't help but just stare at her beautiful face.

The curve of her jaw.

Her beautiful green eyes and angelic golden hair that glowed in the sun.

She was unbelievably gorgeous.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked him.

"Like what?" He asked her innocently

"Like you want to devour me" she laughed as she said it.

"Because you're gorgeous" Roman told her which made her breath catch in her throat.

"Besides who wouldn't want to devour you?" He asked her with a smile as his eyes lingered on her lips.

Destiny wanted to kiss him so bad, almost as badly as Roman wanted to kiss her.

Destiny placed one hand on Romans face and the other in his hair.

As they both leaned in, their lips a breath apart, a voice was heard from the staircase.

"What the fuck?"
