As they kissed ever so passionately, they knew their moment couldn't last forever.

As a pounding knock sounded at the door they both jumped away from each other.

"Gee I wonder who that is" Roman rolled his eyes because he already had a pretty good feeling of who it could be.

Destiny rolled her eyes with him as she got up from her bed to open the door.

"Hey Destiny I've been thinking-" Eric started as he walked into her room before she could even say anything.

"Its not fair to you that--" he started to say but stopped as he looked over at Roman sitting on the edge of her bed.

"Destiny what the hell is he doing here?" He asked her angrily.

"I can speak for myself Eric. I'm in here because I want to be" Roman told him as he stood up and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Now continue, it's not fair to her that what?" Roman asked.

Eric looked at him with a dumbfounded look before shaking his head.

"No nothing" he said.

"No really Eric what were you gonna say?" Destiny asked in a hopeful voice.

Eric shook his head.

"No I change my mind because you still have continued to not listen to me" he told her clearly getting more angry by the second.

Roman laughed slightly.

"Now Eric that's just not true, she did end things with me for a few days, but couldn't resist when she saw me this morning" he smirked at Destiny from across her bedroom.

Eric rolled his eyes "yeah I can't see why"

Destiny smiled at Roman "that's because no one sees what I see"

Eric scoffed.

Roman glared at Eric with a cold expression.

"You got a problem Eric?" Roman asked

He looked down and shook his head in response.

"Des can I speak to you alone for a moment?" Eric asked her kindly

Destiny looked over an Roman quickly before nodding her head.

They both stepped outside the bedroom to speak.

They closed the door to the bedroom before speaking.

"Destiny-" Eric started but Destiny cut him off quickly.

"Look Eric I know what you're gonna say, you don't think Romans the one for me, or he's too dangerous, or I should stay away from him, and I could get hurt. But Eric I don't care about any of that what I feel for Roman and what he feels for me I'm return is worth getting hurt for" she told him bluntly.

Eric was silent for a while before nodding slowly.

"You know what Destiny, I completely understand that, I really do. The thing I wanna know is, why him? Why did you start feeling something for him? He barely talked to you at all when you got here. You know what I did when you got here? I comforted you, I showed you around, I protected you Destiny. And out of everything I've done just for you, you to and fall for him." Eric explained.

"Why do you care so much if I have an attraction to Roman? What does it have to do with you?" She crossed her arms over her chest.

"It has everything to do with me" Eric spoke softly.

Destiny scoffed.

"How?" She asked.

Eric looked up at her with soft warm eyes.

"Because I want you Destiny, I've foje everything I possibly can to prove myself worthy of you, but all you see is him" Eric spoke in a sad voice.

Eric was in love with her? How had she never noticed this? Why didn't he just tell her?

Destiny shook her head in denial.

"What? No"

Eric walked closer towards her.

He nodded his head "yes Destiny, I've done so much to prove myself to you and you haven't noticed in the slightest. I thought eventually you would but when I saw you that heartbroken over not seeing Roman anymore...I realize now maybe theres a deeper reason behind why you haven't" Eric told her.

Tears welled up in Destinys eyes.

"I'm so sorry Eric."

Eric pulled her into a hug and whispered "it's okay".

Destiny rested her head on Eric's shoulder as she whispered...

"But my heart belongs to Roman"
