(One week later)

Mage felt free again, he wasn't worried about Darkita or her threat. He felt better, but, he felt somewhat empty...

Although most of what he had with Darkita was bad, he enjoyed the company, the affection, and feeling something for another person...

He was walking down the street, looking at his phone, calmly enjoying the walk. He disconnected from his device for a while, and saw someone familiar, it was his enemy Gabo.

Gabo, on the other hand, was at his worst. He had gotten depressed, Sebas was his best best friend, his boyfriend, a person he loved with all his heart. But he didn't know if he really was his friend, he didn't want to trust, nor fall in love ever again...

By not paying attention to the road, he collided with a light poster.

- Well if it's not my favorite furry...- He said approaching the pink one

- Leave me alone, I don't want to deal with you -
said walking away

Mage was confused and somewhat worried, Gabo wasn't in a good state... he didn't want to worry too much about it, but he didn't like seeing him in that way

Walking with his eyes to the ground, he collided with someone

- Hey! -

"I'm sorry" Mage said looking at the other one

- Watch where you're going, you stupid ball of fur! -

- I already told you "I'm sorry" Sebas! -

Sebas rolled his eyes, and decided to leave. But before he was stopped by the following question

- Hey, a while ago I saw Gabo, it's not that I care but I saw a scratch on his face, why don't you go see how he is? -

- Why? I'm sure he doesn't want to see me and I don't want to see him either, and besides, I have to go somewhere else -

-But he's your boyfriend, shouldn't you- -

- We're not together anymore, so shut up once and for all, and leave me alone - he said interrupting

Mage looked at him surprised, Sebas left, Mage already understood what had happened to Gabo, and why he was in that state.

Mage POV:

I started to wonder if Sebas was the one who left that scratch on Gabo's face...
Sebas and Gabo were friends for a long time.

Mage wanted to go see and even talk to Gabo, he didn't know why, but he wanted...

(In the apartment)

Mage knew where to go because once Magenta went to leave a mocking note for Gabo and Sebas, and he was forced to go.

He hesitated before knocking on the door, but he did.

The door half opened, only part of Gabo's face could be seen. Mage saw the scratch on his face. There was no life in his eyes, he was pale and his hair was kinda messy. Gabo sighed and said...

- What do you want? -

- We-Well I saw Sebas a while ago and- -

-Look, I don't want to talk, and even less about him, save the pityful speech for someone you really care about-

Gabo tried to close the door but Mage didn't let him, after a while fighting to open and close the door, Gabo, since he didn't sleep much and ate little, he couldn't stand it and he fell to the ground

- Go away! - He said on the ground covering his face.

Gabo had tears in his eyes, he seemed ashamed of himself, when he fell to the ground, he transformed into his dragon form (Gabo is a dragon, right, I remember that). With his wings and tail he covered himself, Mage hates furries, but he had compassion, and offered to help him get up. Gabo looked at him surprised and doubtful, he accepted the help, grabbed Mage's hand and got up. They looked into each other's eyes, Mage smiled at him, Gabo, on impulse, gave him a hug and that calmed him down, Mage, surprised, decided to hug him back, and decided to give him some support...

They talked for a while, Gabo told him about Sebas, and Mage about Darkita. They felt better after talking about it. Gabo, due to exhaustion, fell asleep on Mage's shoulder. Mage left him and he also fell asleep.
