"You are actually the weirdest person I have ever met," I watch Hoseok eat his sandwich in disgust. "Are you even a person?"
"No I am your angel!" He smiles before taking another bite. "What's wrong with pulled pork and strawberry sandwich?"
"Everything," I fold my arms and look away. "You can't put meat and fruit together."
"What is your problem with pork?" He asks, his mouth full with brown and red. "I love meat, do you not like it."
"I always thought pork tasted dry," I glance over his shoulder to see three girls in the class below staring at his hair. "I'm also vegetarian."
"How?" Hoseok's mouth nearly falls from his face. "Meat is everything!"
"I like animals more," I sigh, taking out my maths book. "Don't you ever think about the animals you are eating?"
"Never," he shakes his head vigorously. "Also, why aren't you eating anything?"
"I'm on a diet," I answer, hoping he will take the hint. "It's summer soon, I have to get my body ready before the sun comes out."
"You don't need to go on a diet!" I roll my eyes at him. "If anything, you need to gain weight."
"I don't want to be mistaken for a whale when I'm swimming, thanks." I begin to revise equations. "By the way, we have a maths quiz next lesson."
"Maths is easy," he smiles. "It's just numbers, and a few letters."
"Great work on battling stereotypes," I watch his dimples bounce whilst he eats. "Nerd."
"You're too mean!" He whines, folding his arms like a toddler having a tantrum. "I might go and sit somewhere else because you're being so mean."
"Go ahead," I look down back at my book. "I don't care."
"Arya," Hoseok unfolds his arms and leans across the table to me. "Can you give me a tour of the town after school?"
"No." I shake my head. "I have stuff to do that don't involve showing you around everywhere across this boring town."
"What's wrong with this town?" Hoseok rests his head in his hands, watching me closely. "It's so warm and welcoming."
"Are you sure about that?" I laugh. "This town is full of alcoholics and drug addicts, warm and welcoming if you're a criminal just coming out of prison."
"Really?" He cocks his head to the side. "But everyone and everything looks so happy."
"It's all pretend for tourists," I go back to my maths. "Anyone can see through their masks if you look close enough."
"I don't care about the people in this town," Hoseok grabs my pencil out of my hands. "I still want a tour."
"Then get someone else," I try to snatch my pencil but he holds it out of my reach. "Ask any of the girls in this room and they'll say yes."
"I don't want any girl," Hoseok pouts and stands up so I can't reach. "I want you."
"I don't care what you want," I jump up. "Stop acting like a child and give me back my pencil!"
"It's not my fault you're short," Hoseok smirks, holding the pencil higher. "Grow taller or where heels."
"I swear, Hoseok, if you don't give me back my pencil I-"
"You'll what?" He sticks his tongue out, making me more annoyed. "Take me on a tour and I'll give you you're pencil back."
"This is blackmail," I give up trying and sit down. "I could call the police."
"Over a pencil?" Hoseok sits down. "It really is easy to annoy you, you look cute when you're angry."
"Just give it back," I sigh, holding my hand out. "I am not in the mood for your games."
"Take me-"
"Fine!" I say loudly. "Fine, I'll take you on a stupid tour."
