Elenora was the name she was given at birth. A name long forgotten by the woes of her past. The story starts as happy as they all do, not terrible as it later turns.

Elenora Cordelia Williams was her full name, a regal name for a lady born into nobility in the year of 1846, the age of fair Queen Victoria.

Her father, Lord Theodore Williams, was a humble man with the secret to his success. Her mother, Lady Anastasia Williams, a lady more loyal to her husband than ever, she too had her secrets. The little miss was an only child adored by her family, but they taught her to be respectful, unlike how some children of nobility acted. Elenora lived happily for a number of years, that is, until the secret of her family would be revealed.

During those ages, children of nobility were betrothed at a young age with a marriage soon to follow once both children were of descent age for wedlock. Elenora would not be spared from this fate, her father wanted to find a boy around her age that was of a decent family.

Her betrothed was from a family that was friends with hers. The lad seemed to be well behaved and a gentleman for his age. The two met when they were children and they seemed to get along. As the years flew by, they grew closer, from best friends, to mutual lovers.

It all seemed perfect. But perfection is never meant to last...
