Suga got dressed for bed and sat next to Daichi who was currently looking a little worse for wear. His face was pink, he was sweating  and couldn't sit still. "I have a really bad feeling about this", Suga thought. He realised that something wasn't right with his best friend as he was looking at the floor and fiddling with his fingers.

SUGA - Daichi, what is it you're making me really nervous.

DAICHI - Suga, please promise that you won't think badly of me and that you'll continue to be my best friend.

I don't like where this is going, Suga thought

SUGA - I promise

DAICHI - I've fallen for someone and I don't know how to tell them

Suga thought, I knew that this day would come eventually but it's still going to be really hard seeing him with her. The silver haired buy could feel tears forming but tried to stay looking at the ground

DAICHI - They are one of my closest friends and I thought that I could get over them but I can't and it's driving me crazy. I can't hold back any longer.

SUGA - (stood up and ran towards the door crying) Please don't tell me anymore. I can't stand the thought of you and her being together it would be like torture

Suga felt Daichi grab his wrist and pull him into his arms

DAICHI - Suga, what are you talking about? I'm in love with you. It's always been you

Daichi lifted Suga's chin with his index finger and thumb so that he could look into his eyes.

DAICHI - I love you Suga (he brought their lips together and kissed him

Suga couldn't believe it but went along with the kiss. Both boys felt their hearts pounding and butterflies in their stomach's

SUGA - Daichi, I love you too but I thought that you were in love with Yui

DAICHI - I've felt like this since the first moment that I saw you on our first day at volleyball club but I thought that someone as beautiful as you, both inside and out, would never love me.

SUGA - It was exactly the same for me but I thought you were straight. I'm so happy

Daichi and Suga held each other in their arms all night and they were the 'first couple to get together' to be announced.

Kiyoko, Yachi and the teams celebrated with them at lunch on the following day.
