I woke up beside John. I looked over and saw my clothes thrown on the floor.

I looked over and saw John asleep with his arms around my waist.

"Oh no..." I got up and quickly threw my clothes on "I'm sorry John..." I mumbled kissing his forehead before leaving.

I waited in the lobby. A taxi pulled up and I got in.

"Where you running off to?"
"I'm not running.." I sighed

John p.o.v. (Only proper way to end the book)

I woke up and looked around. I didn't see Charles. I got up and got dressed before going to the living room "Charles?" I asked. I looked in the kitchen and the bathroom. I looked everywhere.

"Charles!" I yelled

How did I know?

"That's quite the story" the lady sitting beside me at the bus stop said.
"Yeah...he sent me a letter. Why I'm here actually.." John mumbled "this letter said to meet him on Henry street. One of the apartments."
"Then why're you at bus stop? Henry streets right down there" she said
"Oh...nice talk!" I grabbed my stuff and ran down the street

I knocked on the apartment door the letter said. Charles answered.

"Charles.." I mumbled
"John! It's good to see you!" He smiled "come in!"

I stepped inside.

"How've you been?" He asked
"Okay.."
"It's been almost four years now. We should catch up" he smiled
"Uh Huh.." I mumbled still a bit awestruck

A lady knocked on the door once before opening the door. She handed Charles a six year old kid before leaving.

"This is John" Charles said holding the small kid in his arms
"Like me.." I mumbled
"I named him after his dad" Charles smiled at me. I looked at him confused.

"Can I watch tv?" The kid asked
"Sure" Charles set him down and he ran into the living room.

"John please...I want you to be with me and raise John with me.....I'm really sorry" Charles said. I nodded and looked at John watching tv.

"You can go see him" Charles offered

I nodded and went over to him.

"What're you watching?" I asked
"Muppets" He said looking at the tv

Me and Charles sat on a bench by the park.

"John...I don't want to be apart anymore. I want to get married. Make it official" he said

"Charles!" I hugged him and sobbed into his shoulder
"I love you" Charles said
"I love you too" I said

We're finally back. For good.
