"Charlie I wanna take you somewhere" John smiled. A real beautiful smile.
"Ok" I smiled back. His was more beautiful though.

John grabbed my hand. We got in his car and he drove to the lake. There were lights strung around the area and it was beautiful. Almost as beautiful as John.

Almost.

"John this is beautiful!" I said in awe. John lead me to a bench by the lake. I stared at the lake, a few fish darted by. I felt John wrap his arms around my waist. It was perfect.

"Close your eyes~" he whispered. I closed my eyes.

"Open them.."

When I opened my eyes John was on one knee. He had a box. Oh fRicC.

"Will you marry me?" He asked
"Um...John I-"

I love him but I'm not ready to get married! True our wedding probably wouldn't be for like a year...Should I say yes? What do I do! It's not everyday I get asked to marry someone.

"C-can I think about it-?" I stuttered. He nodded.

We were sitting on the bench, I was half asleep. We'd been there awhile.

I looked up to see John crying.

"Baby what's wrong? Don't cry..." I said wiping away his tears. John hugged me.

"You're too beautiful to cry"
"But-"
"No buts. You're beautiful. End of story." I cut him off. John giggled. I stared at him a moment.

"John." I said deep in thought
"Yes love?" He asked smiling
"I-I'll marry you" I stuttered
