Nino's POV:
     He woke up with a cough.

    He was sick.

  Yes, that was it.

 There was no way he could play at the concert.  

    "I have to stay home."

    Nino calls the others in the band and lets them know he was ill.

    He hangs up feeling worse than he did before now.

   Great, now how was he supposed to patch things up with Alya?

   Alya's  POV:

  She decides to forgive Nino.

  After all, they are friends.   

  She gets ready and arrives on time.

   Strange, she does not see Nino anywhere.

After the concert, Alya speaks to another band member.

   "Oh, Nino. Did not you know?"

   "Know, what?" 

   "He called in to say he could not make it. He sounds like he has a bad cold or the flu. The poor fellow.  It is too bad too."

    Alya's POV:

    Alya runs out the door. She goes to Nino's place.

  She does not knock. She rings the doorbell twice.

   When Ashley answers the door, she goes to speak to Nino.

  One glance in his direction, and she notices he is burning up.

    "Nino, you look awful."

    She hears him groan. She places a hand on his forehead. 

    "Whoa, you are h-hot."

  "You must have a fever or something."

    Ashley laughs from the doorway.

    "Hey, it is not funny!" Alya scowls.

    Ashley's  POV:
      Ashley thinks it is so adorable how Alya worries about Nino.

     Maybe he will see how great she is for him. Perhaps, one day she will be his girlfriend.  

     She walks away. She shakes her head.

      Too bad her brother is too stubborn to realize it now.
