I understand that you want to cheer for your team. And that's great, it really is.

But please be respectful of the other team, okay?

No degrading the other team in order to lift yours up, okay? It's simple, don't say "you're better!" (which is insinuating that the other team is therefore worse), say "you got this" or "you're great!"

Don't cheer for every little thing. That's just obnoxious. Like, yeah, wow they shot the puck no where near the goal, so why are you cheering? Did you see something I didn't? The fuck is the cheering for? Nothing. So just shut up.

Don't cheer for obnoxiously long times, please. There have been too many games where a goal has been scored - a mediocre one really - and the lines have already switched, the players have started playing, and you're still fucking cheering. Like, we get it, now shut your goddamn mouth, you're giving us a headache with your prolonged yelling. Unless the shot was like one of those impossible movie shots or you just won the game, there is no need to cheer that fucking much. It's rude to the other team, not to mention distracting and just plain annoying.

Be respectful at games, please.
