He was truly a mystery unsolved

Kim Taehyung's memories were filled with nothing but sorrow, suffering, and sadness caused by others who ruined his life. He indeed started to feel as if though he was ruining his own life too. The rumors, the bullying, the times where he got beaten up because he was weak, the times where he would get betrayed by people he thought were his friends. They all contributed to his own mystery that even everyone dies to know about.

Who was Kim Taehyung?

He walks over towards her right when he finishes his set of photos. He only smirks at the sight of her baffled expression, how she looked so shocked to see him in the flesh. He stops to stand in front of the computer to look at his photos.

"Kim Taehyung," he turns over his shoulder to see her looking straight at him. He raises an eyebrow questioningly, turning his whole body to face her. "Is that really you? It's been so long!"

He squints his eyes at her, feeling his lip twitch. Park Jiyeon, the girl who was a photography freak. She's also known as the girl who dropped everything, including her sacred camera that was worth at least one thousand dollars, just to stop the bullies from hurting him, teasing him, making fun of him. She's a complete angel, completely selfless and cared for others, especially him.

But he can't.

"Sorry, do I know you?" He asks, and he sees her smile falter. But I do know you, I promise. I know you inside out, it's me. It's me, Kim Taehyung, has it really been that long?

"Oh, I just—nevermind." She mumbles, "s-sorry, I must have been mistaken."

He watches her go back to her own work, looking through her camera to take the next set of pictures of the next model. He falls in a trance, his lips itching to smile. She's still the same Park Jiyeon. The way her long hair was now cut to medium-length, curled into waves that framed her chubby face beautifully. Her doe-like eyes were still innocent, and her personality still the same. Bubbly, caring, genuine, selfless, a hero that wore no cape.

Don't worry about me, Jiyeon-ah. I'm okay now, I'm much more better than the last time you saw me.

"V-ssi," he turns towards his makeup artist for touch-ups, and from the corner of his eye, he sees Jiyeon tilt her head in confusion, mumbling his name underneath her breath.

Once he had finished his touch-ups, he feels a light tap on his shoulder. He glances at Jiyeon who has an apologetic look planted on her face. He purses his lips into a line.

"Yes?" He asks sternly. "What do you want?"

"Oh, uh—I just wanted to say sorry again for what happened a while ago," she apologizes sheepishly, "I mistook you for a close friend of mine, haven't seen him since."

"You don't need to apologize for being unprofessional. You should know your models and their names." He says, a serious look glaring at her. "But it's okay, I can tell it's your first day. Not everyone is perfect."

"I guess we should start over then," she gulps nervously. "Hi, my name is Park Jiyeon and I'll be your new photographer. And you are?"

He smirks, seeing her reach out her hand for him to shake. He completely ignores her hand, looking at her with a smug look. She retreats her hand when she notices him reject it.

"My name is V."
