He said he loved me before. Before I left, he liked me. After 2 months of being away I decided to go back and check on everyone. I wish I didn't. I jumped onto that balcony at the wrong time.
  Michael came with me. I guess he was worried about me. Michael jumped onto the balcony right after me and saw how much pain I was in. He saw Laurence proposing to some women. And saw her say yes. And saw them walk into his room doing god knows what.
  I was leaning over the bridges ledge, crying and making ripples in the water. My tears never stopped.
  "Are you ok? "
I turned my head to see a man with long black hair that was tied up and beautiful blue eyes.
"No" I said sobbing.
"What's wrong" the man asked.
"Long story. "
"Some one hurt you" he asked.
"I should be use to it" I said.
"I should be too" he said looking at his hand.
  "Why" I asked glancing at him.
"I lost my parents, my best friend, and my home" he said and leaned on the bridge with me.
  "What's your name" I asked looking at the water.
  "It's Kyo."

We stood there talking for about an hour until Michael came and found me.
  I turn around and started walking but some one grabbed my hand. I turned back around and saw Kyo holding my hand.
  "Meet me in the fields tomorrow at noon" he said and let go of my hand.
  "Ok" I said and Michael took my hand and pulled me away.
  I looked at Michael and he didn't look happy.
I look down noticing his hand was bruised and bleeding.
  "What happened to your hand" I asked.
  "I punch a tree" he said.
  "Why" I asked.
"Because I got mad."
"At me?"
"No. At Laurence. He acted confused when I mention the proposal. That jackass" he said get madder.
  "Let him act. He's not seeing me again so screw him" I said.
  "Are we still training the guards tomorrow" Michael asked.
"Yeah. It might be fun" I said.
"I'm glad you see it that way. Any way,  Diane found a place we can stay at."
"That's good. I'm tired" I said with a yawn.
"Me too" said Michael.
 
I get to the training ground early. Setting up equipment. The guards are late by 20 minutes.
The guards finally get to the training grounds and are looking at me in surprise. Like they've never seen a girl guard.
  "I'm glad you ladies can make it. What took you so long" I asked scolding them all. "Did you have to redo your makeup?"
  "It takes time to have a beautiful face" said one of the men.
  "So wasting my time is fine with you" I asked the man who spoke up. "I have places to be too. I don't have to be here making sure your doing stuff right" I yelled.
  "Sorry miss" said the man.
"My names Abby. I might be a women but I'm stronger than all of you here. I'm here because I want you to live another day. So all the smart ass comments might want to go or you'll be running. No sprinting. Do I make myself clear!"
  "Yes ma'am!"
"Then let's get started" I said.

I walked away from the train grounds and towards the bar.
  "Abby" yelled a man behind me.
I turned around to see Tadashi.
  "Hey" I said.
"I heard what happened to you and Laurence. Are you ok" he asked.
  "Which side did you hear."
"Michael actually. He came to me and told me. "
"I'm fine,  thank you for worrying. Do you know Kyo by any chance" he asked.
  "Yeah. He became a guard shortly after Travis and I. Why" asked Tadashi.
  "Just wondering. We meet last night is all."
  "Ok. Any way if you need to talk I'm here" Tadashi said and waved me good bye.
  I walk pasted the bar and to the fields. There where so many different types of flowers.
I sat down in the flowers and picked one. It was a bright purple. It was so beautiful and it reminded me of my old room at Arashi.
  I look up and saw Kyo sitting on a tree in front of me. He looked at me and looked away blushing.
  "Hey" I said getting up and walking towards the tree.
  "Hi" he said.
He was holding a flower in his hand.
  "Is that a tsubaki flower" I asked.
  "Yes."
I took a seat next to him and looked at the flower.
  "My mother use to pick those all the time when I was a kid. She would put them in a vase and my father would get mad because they would be everywhere" I said smiling.
  "My mother would do that too but she would put them In her hair" he said chuckling. 
  "I wish she was here. I would tell her all my problems."
  "Like Laurence" said Kyo.
  "Yeah" I said looking down.
"Are your ok" he asked.
"I'll be fine."
"I want to seriously punch Laurence right now" he said.
  "You could if you wanted to" I said teasing him.
  "Look at me real fast" Kyo said.
I looked at him. He leaned in and put the tsubaki flower in my hair and pulled out a necklace with a shell on it.
  "My grandma gave this to me when my parents passed away" he said and opened the shell to reveal a folded up piece of paper.
  "Your parents wrote you a letter too"I said.
  "I guess I'm not the only one."
  "No one's alone. Especially if you feel alone" I said glancing at him.
  "That's probably the nicest thing a women has ever said to me.  Thank you" he said and kissed me on the cheek.
