Pinkie Pie joined the Queens' army, along with some other young girls. Uncertain and confused, Pinkie befriended many of them, but when several of the girls had breakdowns during the night, Pinkie also made one enemy.

Twilight Sparkle

I hug the sobbing girl. She looked so sad. I didn't blame her. Sunset gave her quite a tongue lashing. "I'm Twilight." I say, "and I'm sorry about Sunset, she's not very nice."

She laughs without humor, "You think?"

Eventually, her sobs subside. "Feeling better?" I ask.

"Yes," She says and gets up. "Thank you. I'll go to my room now."

I let her leave and the full weight of what had happened falls on me. I had friends. I had friends. I didn't know their names. "What's your names?"

The cowgirl slips one corner of her mouth upwards, "Applejack."

The athlete smiles cockily, "Rainbow Dash."

The shy girl looks down, "Fluttershy"

The pink haired, pink skinned, blue-eyed girl who was crying says, "Pinkie Pie"

The rich-looking kid flips her hair, "Rarity"

Starlight smiles, looking at ease. "Finally made friends, huh? You already know who I am, but in case you forgot, I'm Starlight Glimmer."

I smile, apologetically, "I didn't forget." She beams, and I can tell I made her day. Well, night, anyway. "Good night!"

I wake up to hear singing from outside. Lovely, gentle, loud singing. I groan and drag myself out of bed. Pinkie is singing despite last night's mishap. I whisper to her, "Quiet, remember Sunset's warning."

Her eyes widen and she nods, her song stops. "Oh. Sorry, I just wanted everyone to start the day with a smile."

I smile, weakly, causing her to beam, "It's ok?"

A knock on the common room door. It's Queen Celestia. Or possibly Queen Luna. The door opens. It's Luna. My shoulders sag in disappointment. I shrug it off, though.

Queen Luna smiles awkwardly, "On behalf of your mentor Celestia, I'd like to commend Pinkie Pie, for making friends and helping everyone get comfortable. Also, Starlight Glimmer, for acceptance, and making friends. Last but not least, Twilight Sparkle, for defending her friends from Sunset."

Would you rather I made the first chapter into one chapter now or when I go through editing? Because this book is very long (for me). Over a hundred pages.
