Cassidy's POV

"There's Jack!" Kaitlyn exclaimed as she pointed towards a tall guy with light brown hair.

"Aw, he's cute!" I smiled.

"Oh my god! I forgot to tell you." I gasped as I turned to face Kaitlyn. We were sitting down in the gym watching the two basketball teams warm up for their game.

"Dylan is my boyfriend!" I blurted out happily.

"Really? I definitely saw that coming. Good for you Cass!" Kaitlyn said as she pulled me into a hug.

The buzzer boomed throughout the gym. That was the end of the game. Unfortunately, the other school beat our team by 3 goals but it was a pretty close match.

"Good game." I said as I approached Dylan on the court.

He smiled and wrapped his hand around my waist.

"Ew gross, you're too sweaty." I laughed as I pushed him off  me.

I looked at him for a split second before deciding I was just going to go for it. I wrapped my hands around his neck and connected my lips onto his. I definitely caught him off guard. He replaced his hands around my waist and moved his hands up and down my back. It was everything I could of asked for.

The whole gym erupted into applause and that's when I broke off the kiss and buried my head into the crook of Dylan's neck out of embarrassment.

I like being spontaneous.
