"AS FAR AS WALNUT BAKE LOAVES GO, that wasn't bad." Tony said, spluttering the remaining of the treat into a small plastic bin. He then went on to looking around Peter's room, almost in a criticising manner. He picked up a piece of experimental machinery, "Oh, what do we have here, retro tech, huh? Thrift store? Salvation Army?"

"The garbage, actually." Peter replied, avoiding Tony's eye contact.

Tony raised an eyebrow. "Oh, so you're a dumpster diver?"

Just as Peter was about to speak, Holland interrupted. "Shut up, dad." She looked towards Tony. "He's only teasing you." She added, "This is some seriously cool stuff you have here. Ever think of joining the STEM club? I'm sure you can, we have plenty of room."

"Actually, I am part of that club. I don't really think you would have noticed me. I'm not that noticeable of a person." Peter said, fumbling with his fingers.

"Well, at least I have a new friend for next time." Holland smiled.

While Tony and Holland had both made contact with Peter in the last five minutes or so, Malea had remained slightly quiet. Peter seemed to be the one to notice it.

The reason for that uncomfortable silence between them two, was probably because Malea had encountered with him a couple times more. But not with him, with Spider-Man.

And the reason Peter was so quiet, was because he knew he met with Malea, as Spider-Man. He knew it, but he didn't know that Malea now knew he was the 'Friendly Neighbourhood Spider'.

"And because you guys are making this silence so uncomfortable, I shall be the saviour to break it. That's you, right?" Tony held up his phone, with a video of Peter, well, Spider-Man on it.

Peter rubbed his hands together, trying to get rid of the sweat that was gathering. "Um, no. What do you,-- What do you..."

"--Amazing reflexes! Look at you go. Wow! Nice catch. 3,000 pounds, 40 miles an hour. That's not easy. You got mad skills." Tony spoke, interacting with the video.

Even though they all found it futile for Peter to continue defending his identity, he still continued. "Yeah, but that's like, edited right? On YouTube. 'Cause you know that's all fake, it's edited." Tony muttered in response. "It's like that.."

"–the UFO over Phoenix?" Tony cut in, advancing towards Peter's wardrobe. Peter of course, had his attention diverted elsewhere, and had no idea. "What have we here?"

By this point, Peter's attention had been attracted towards Tony, but a few seconds too late. Tony prodded a stick on a lid in the ceiling, and a bunched-up red and blue piece of fabric revealed itself.

     The Spider-Man suit.

Peter took immediate action, and kicked the suit out of Tony's hands and headed straight for his wardrobe. "Whew." He sighed to himself.

Tony took a couple of small strides towards Peter. "So... you're the Spider... ling. Crime-fighting... spider. You're Spider-Boy?"

"S-Spider-Man." Peter folded his arms, almost in sheer embarrassment that his secret had come out to none other than Iron Man.

"Not in that onesie you're not."

"It's not a onesie." Peter said defensively, then flopped on his bed. "You know, I was actually having a really good day, Mr Stark. This video player was just sitting there, and algebra test, nailed it."

"Who else knows? Anybody?" Tony asked. Peter shook his head.

      "Nobody."

"Not even your.. unusually attractive aunt?"

"No, no. No. No. If he knew she knew, she would freak out, and when she freaks out, I freak out."

There was a small silence. "You know what I find cool? This webbing." Tony threw a tube of webbing fluid at Peter, who caught it without flinching.

"Did you seriously make all of this yourself?" Malea finally spoke. She stood up, going over to Peter's desk, looking impressed.

Peter gave her a side glance, "Yeah, I did."

She smiled at him slightly, before slowly inching back to her seat.

"WHOA! Can you actually see in these?" Tony held up the goggles on Peters suit.

"YES!" Peter grabbed his suit from Tony, slightly annoyed. "Yes, I can! I can-I can see in those. Okay? It's just that.. when.. whatever happened, happened, it's like my senses have been dialled to 11. There's just way too much input, so they kinda just help me focus."

Tony nodded his head. "You're in dire need of an upgrade. Systematic, top to bottom. 100-point restoration. That's why I'm here. Why are you doing this? What's your MO? What gets you out of that twin bed in the morning?"

Malea was fascinated at this point. It had never occurred to her, why Peter had delved the other part of his life to being a crime-fighting hero. Especially, because he kind of reminded her of herself, in a way. Because they both had been affected in an accident by some way.

"Because... because I've been me my whole life... and I've had these powers for 6 months. I read books, I build computers. And yeah, I could play football. But I couldn't then so I shouldn't now."

"Sure. 'Cause you're different." said Tony.

"Exactly." Peter continued. "But I can't tell anybody that, so I'm not. When you can do the things that I can, but you don't...  and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you."

"So.. you're just helping out the little guy?" Tony spoke, trying to put things into perspective.

"Yeah! Yeah, helping the little guy.."

Tony moved towards where Peter was sitting. "I'm going to sit here, so you move the leg." He sat down, once Peter made room for him. "You got a passport?"

Peter shot his head upwards. "Uh, no. I don't even have a driving license."

     "You ever been to Germany?"

     "No."

     "Oh, you'll love it."

Peter's eyes widened. Tony was practically signing him up to go to Germany, which was something he had not expected. "I can't go to Germany!"

     "Why not?"

"I got.." Peter hesitated for a second. "..homework."

Tony rolled his eyes. "Alright, I'm gonna pretend you didn't say that."

"I'm- I'm serious! I cant just drop out of school!"

"Might be a little dangerous. Better tell Aunt Hottie I'm taking you on a field trip."

As soon as Tony's hand touched the doorknob, a sticky fluid glued his hand to it. Everyone's eyes travelled back to where Peter was standing, more specifically, the web-shooter on his wrist. "Don't tell Aunt May."

Tony looked from his wrist, to Peter again, impressed. "Alright, Spider-Man. Now get me out of this."

Peter realised what Tony was talking about and bustled through his stuff, trying to find a pair of scissors. "I'm sorry, I'll get that."

Once Tony was free of the webbing, Peter asked, "So, when are we going to Germany?"

"Uh-uh. Not yet. You can't go to Germany without any sort of preparation." Tony spoke.

"So.. what? You're going to.. train me?" Peter asked in a confused manner.

Tony took a couple of seconds before answering. "Not me. She is." Tony's finger travelled to the two girls in the opposite end of the room, only his finger skimmed past his biological daughter, and instead, to Malea Danbury.

This took her by surprise. "I am?" She looked towards Tony, who had a pleading, but at the same time, a look that you could only but abide to. "I am, by the looks of it." She said this time, with more certainty.

Peter folded his arms, preparing to speak. His eyes skimmed over Malea, who looked almost as lost as he was.

"No offence.. but what exactly makes you so special? I mean, we are basically the same age." He asked.

Even though Malea still had no idea as to why Tony gave her the task, she had a small thought. "I mean, I have powers, like you."

"You do? What are they?"

She laughed. "Look behind you, Peter."

Peter's head swivelled round, and saw his Spider-Man suit hovering in the air, with Malea's hand gesturing straight towards it.

"Whoa! Can you do anything else?" Peter asked, his eyes widened in amazement.

Without saying anything, Lea's eyes looked towards her finger, where a small flame was hovering above it. This only impressed Peter more.

"What about you, do you have any special powers?" Peter asked Holland.

"Compared to my dad and Malea, I'm as normal as they get." Holland smiled. "Well, give me a bow and arrow and I may be able to prove that wrong."

"Uh, so, Mr Stark, when do we begin training?" Peter asked out of curiosity.

"We can start from next week. And we'll be going to Germany in two weeks time, so you will have around one week of training. That means you," Tony looked at Malea, "are going to have to get your best teachings into a pack. I'm counting on you for this, Mal."

"Don't worry Tony, we'll be fine and I'm sure we'll get along great." She smiled at Peter, who gave an awkward nod in return.

"Great. Then I'll see you soon, Mr Parker."
