On the Normandy the after report was sent to the council informing them that Lilith got info on benezia and let the rachni queen live to the dismay of the council and 6. Down in the cargo bay 6 was praying to God much to the surprise of many. "Dear heavenly father, it's me again. I have but a favor to ask. If the rachni are not essential in your grand plan then please burn them in fiery depths where they belong. Amen."

"Didn't realize you were religious 6." Ashley said coming over as he finished up.

"Sometimes that's all you had in the wasteland. That and a gun." 6 said pulling put his Bible that he got from Joshua.

"When do you usually pray? This is the first time I've seen." Ashley asked as he got up.

"Only when I need to. Usually when asking for forgiveness or mercy on a soul." 6 explained as he took off his coat and armor. "So what's the plan for today business as usual or to the citadel?"

"That's another reason I came over. I and some of the crew are having a poker night wanna join?" Ashley offered as he laughed. "But fair warning some of the crew go heavy in bets."

"Oh I'm in. When are we playing and whose playing?" 6 asked as he followed Ashley to the elevator.

"In half an hour when John and Lilith join. But Chakwas, Garrus, and trying to get Liara to join to help her socialize." Ashley explained as they got to the cafeteria where chips and dip were set up while places were marked by beer and poker chips.

"Reminds me of the Atomic Wrangler." 6 says before shuddering as he remembered a certain robot."Never again." 6 sat down at the end of the table pulling out a deck of cards.

Ashley didn't question it as she sat down. John and Lilith arrived sitting next to Ashley as garrus arrived sitting next to 6. Minutes later Chakwas joined. "Alright everyone's here whose dealing?" John asked before seeing 6 masterfully shuffle the cards. "Okay then."

"You all know the rules. Any stakes or just money?" 6 asked as he dealt everyone their hand as Garrus passed out the chips.

"Yeah you not checking out my sister." John stared at 6 as Lilith looked at John and back to 6.

"Then your sister shouldn't be so hot." 6 retaliated as everyone seemed not sure what to say. John pursed his lips as Chakwas spoke up.

"How about just money for now boys?" Chakwas said as 6 finished looking at his hand. Nothing good. He knew it would be a long night as he kept a straight face.

"So Garrus what was being a police officer like?" 6 asked as he tried to make conversation.

"It was bureaucrat bullshit. Raise." Garrus said as he threw some chips in the pot.

"Really I mean you gotta have some good stories." John spoke up intrigued.

"Well when I first started out I thought I was taking down a small time red sand dealer that turned out to be an entire drug ring operation." He said as Ashley folded her hand.

"Oh how did that happen?" Lilith asked.

"I stumbled upon it while looking for evidence. Set up a sting and boom bunch of red tape came after." Garrus spoke as John folded.

"Well good job." 6 said as he raised throwing chips in.

"How about you courier what grand adventures have you had?" Chakwas asked as everyone seemed to spin their heads to him.

"Hmmm to stay on topic of drug relatedness," 6 said folding out, "i took out 3 fiends leaders who were insane. Cook-Cook a pyromanic that deserved more than death."

"Why say that?" Lilith asked intrigued. "Did he rival you with his flame thrower?" She joked as 6 got a dark look.

"No he was a cannibal that I suspect had an itch for kids in a very bad way." 6 stated as the table grew quiet. "But then their was driver Nephi. He was a piece of work. Glad to have first recon watching my ass."

"And what was he?" John asked with little enthusiasm.

"Rapist with a 9 iron." 6 answered smiling fondly. "The way his head looked when Betsy popped his head. I'll never forget."

"You said 3 who was the last one and how dangerous were they?" Garrus asked folding as Chakwas took the winnings of about 1,000 chips.

"Oh Violet just had a bunch of drugged up dogs that listened to her." 6 shrugged. "Nothing too note worthy."

"You lived in a nightmare." Lilith said as 6 dealt out new cards.

"Meh I did what needed to be done so justice was served." 6 took a long drink from his own beer.

The night went on just like that but less was asked of 6s adventures due to concern about the details. Chakwas won about 5,000 chits at the end of the night when everyone adjourned to their bed. Lilith stopped 6 before he left.

"So do you really mean what you said?" Lilith asked catching him off guard.

"I said alot of things what are you meaning?"

"About me being hot and when you were super drunk." Lilith said as 6 sighed.

"Maybe I did what of it? You looking for a relationship?" 6 asked trying to keep his nerves in check.

"Is that an offer?" Lilith asked as 6 smirked.

"It might be if you said yes to it." 6 smirked feeling confidence come back. Lilith smirked and grabbed his shirt bringing him into a kiss surprising him enough to melt into it.

"We can't do anything really crazy yet so feel free to stop by and cuddle if we're free at anytime." Lilith said before walking away as 6 was watching her hips sway.

"Did that just happen?" 6 asked looking over at a wide eye Kaidan who had been watching the entire interaction go down.
