Kam's POV

Just like yesterday, we are meeting up with everyone at breakfast. First thing I did was stick my arm with my insulin, then went to take a shower while Cris was still asleep.

My dad hasn't even told me what Cris and I were captains of. All he said was to wear shorts, a comfy shirt, and tennis shoes or sandals because we are going to the beach.

I wore a tank top, shorts, and tennis. Then, I just went downstairs to see who was there. This time, Bliss and Shane were early.

"Good morning, Shane. And, good morning, sis. I love your hair in a puff style. It's beautiful."

"Good morning, my fellow Fiore Crusher. And, thank you."

"Oh boy," Shane says as he rolls his eyes.

"Don't pay him no mind, Kami. I gave him a little tease last night. Do you have any idea what the event is today?" Bliss asked me.

Shane just smirked, "But I sure did have an answer for your tease, missy."

"I sure don't. I do have on my beach attire though. I don't think it is swimming."

"Good morning, ladies. You're Kam and Bliss, right? I'm Kimberly or Kimi. You guys are really fun to play games with. I love it. I can be very competitive."

"You guessed right, Kimi. I like that nickname. We could be twins - Kimi and Kami. And, that's your husband talking to Shane?"

"Yup. That's him. I'm glad Cocoa invited us. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly."

"That's us for sure. We are like a supergroup or something. Everyone treats each other like family. What's your phone number? I'll give you mine too." Bliss mentions.

Bliss and Kimi exchanged numbers. And, Kimi and I exchanged numbers. "We would love to have you come to Miami for a visit. I hope you don't mind kids. Cris and I have seven - three sets of twins. When we first got married, he let me adopt the two oldest kids. They are from a prior relationship."

"Wow! Three sets of twins? Now that is special. I love kids. I can't wait until Ryder and I have some."

"Hey, Graeme, Niko, and Griffin, ready to kick Cris' butt today?"

"We sure are. And, even I don't know what the event is. He just asked me to supply transportation. Your father is good, Kam. So are Shane's parents, not even a hint."

Shortly after, everyone started filing in Niko's entertainment room. My dad, Adrian, and Brently were the last ones.

Shane had the whole room filled with laughter after what he said, "Hmm, look who is last to enter the room now?"

We really died laughing at Adrian's reply, "Your point? You and Bliss were the ones in denial." His father was blushing.

"Before this conversation goes downhill, good morning everyone. Let's all eat breakfast first, then we will talk about today's event," my dad says.

The staff that Niko hired brought breakfast into the room. The staff served the ladies first, then the guys.

"Niko, thanks again for the amazing breakfast. It reminds me of the times my Hawaiian grandma fixed me and Noeli breakfast."

"You're welcome, Kam. I'm glad you enjoyed it."

Dad made an announcement. "Now that everyone has finished breakfast, I'll tell everyone what the event is today. Well, once we arrive at the place. Niko kindly rented a limousine bus for us to take to the beach. So, everyone please meet in front of the house within the next 20 minutes so we can get going. There is a bus for each team."

We all looked at each other, still wondering what my dad has planned for us.

I just went straight to the bus. Niko, Griffin, and Graeme were right behind me. "Niko your property is amazing! When Cris and I celebrated our anniversary last month, boy was I surprised. My Hawaiian birth grandfather, Ikaika, passed away. My grandma had my dad and uncles fix up the birth home of my grandpa. It was my anniversary gift. He was born and raised in Fiji. The home is on the water, and I love it."

I pulled out my phone and showed them some pictures we took while there. "Cris got me the boat. We are going to take the kids there soon. So, if you guys want to ever getaway to Fiji, let me know. You're welcome to stay there."

"That's a beautiful home, Kami. Thanks for the offer. I'll take you up on that offer one day."

"You're welcome, Graeme." Everyone started boarding both buses. Once everyone was loaded, off to the beach we go.

We pulled up to the beach and got off the bus. My dad still didn't tell me what we were going to do.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the event for today is beach volleyball. There will be six matches. And, since it is six, there will only be one set. Niko's team of chefs are preparing an international feast for us. Whichever team wins the most matches will win the prize and a trophy. Kami and Cris, you will need to pick two players to go against each other. Cris, since your team won yesterday, you get to pick first. Once the teams are announced, please stand with your partners."

Cris had a devious grin on his face.

Cris - "I want four of the biggest trash talkers in these games - Bliss/Ryan vs Janiyah/Shane."

Bliss and Ryan traded high fives.

"Guess what hubby - me and Graeme against you and Tatianna."

"You enjoy torturing me, don't you?"

"Hey, when I get the chance, why not? You are fortunate it is Graeme and not Marco."

Cris - "Okay the next teams are Reyes/Marco vs Layla/Cam."

"Next, it will be Cocoa with Niko against Sophia/Ryder."

"Prepare to lose, Kostopoulos, and Calabro. I was a volleyball champ in high school and college. Kelley and Ellis are winning this one." I didn't know Sophia had that in her. Griffin was laughing, hard.

Cris - "Next two for me will be Kimi Ellis with Griffin against Noeli and Cris A."

"Kami, the last team will have an extra person. So, it will be Carly/Mason/Austin vs Kimona/Andrea/Julian. Adrian will judge two matches, Brently will judge two matches, and I will judge two matches. For the first match, Adrian will choose which match to judge. Teams, please pick your defender and blocker." I already know which one Adrian will pick first too.

Adrian's POV

Brently sighed because he already knows which match, I am picking.

"Bliss, Ryan, Janiyah, and Shane step on the court."

After stepping on the court, Shane opened his mouth first. "Ready to lose, shorty?" He was referring to Bliss.

"Ready to be lonely, Landes? Ryan, let's do this!"

I knew what Bliss meant when she said that. Shane is going to be very bored tonight if he loses.

"Bliss, how about you be the blocker? I'll defend." Ryan and Bliss nodded in agreement. Shane and Janiyah died laughing.

"Shane, did Ryan seriously ask Bliss to block? We are practically the same height? How about I defend, and you block? This is going to be easy," Janiyah countered. Shane agreed.

Shane let Janiyah serve the ball first. Ryan hit the ball over the net, then Janiyah hit it back. Bliss hit the ball near Janiyah. It went back and forth until Bliss was able to spike the ball right near Shane.

"How about that, Landes? Just like Sophia, I too was a volleyball champ. Why do you think Ryan put me as the blocker? He came to support the games we played."

Shane and Janiyah had their mouths wide open. "Looks like height doesn't matter, Shane," Ryan countered.

It was a great match - game-wise and trash talk wise. Bliss let Shane have it when he hit it out of bounds. He took it like a good husband.

"The winner of the first match is Bliss and Ryan."

"Hmm, Ryan looks like the Fiore Crushers win this one," Bliss then said to Ryan.

Ryan replied, "We sure did. But Shane and Janiyah were good sports."

They all shook hands, then walked off the court. "Next judge is Brently."

Brently's POV

And, I thought Shane was a trash talker. Bliss got him good. Even I gave her a high five. "Shane won't ever call you shorty anymore. Good game, everyone."

"Cocoa, Niko, Sophia, and Ryder, please take your positions."

"Sophia, since you are a volleyball champ, which position would you like?" Ryder asked her.

"You can be the blocker. I'll defend."

"Okay, since Bliss and Ryan won their match, Cocoa and Niko get to serve first." Niko let Cocoa serve.

Niko and Cocoa won the first point of the set. "Mrs. Kelley, I thought you were the 'volleyball champ?'" Niko says with an evil grin.

All Sophia did was smile back. "Sorry about that, Ryder. I let that one slip. We WILL win this match."

Sophia wasn't kidding about winning the match. She even spiked the ball on Niko.

"Hmm, Fiore Crushers, Kelley and Ellis got this match. Let's go, Ryder. Great match, Niko and Cocoa."

Niko went back to his side, in shock. "Niko and Cocoa, sorry about the loss. I should have warned you that Sophia played volleyball. She even has a trophy room," Griffin said while consoling his teammates.

"Kalani is the next judge."

Kalani's POV

"Graeme, Kami, Tatianna, and Cris, you're up next. And, Kami don't think just because I am your father you are winning this match. You are going to earn it."

Kami and Graeme chose their side. Cris and Tatianna did as well. Tatianna whispered something to Cris. I'm guessing she played volleyball back in school as well because she was the blocker, like Bliss. I bet they were on the same team.

"Let's win, this Kami. Sorry, Cris and Tatianna."

"Harrison, choose your words carefully. You and Kami will be the ones crying on the bus back to the house! Cris, let's do this."

Bliss, Sophia, and Tatianna came to play, and they didn't even know the event. Cris and Tatianna kept Kami quiet the whole match. Kami and Graeme didn't even get a point. Cris and Tatianna traded high fives the whole match. Cris didn't even gloat, but Tatianna sure did.

"Fiore and Kostopoulos win this one. Bliss and I played on the same team at NYU. Bye, bye losers! Our teams were 4-time champs!"

"Adrian will judge her next team."

Adrian judged Reyes/Marco vs Layla/Cam. Brently judged Kimi Ellis with Griffin against Noeli and Cris A. I judged Carly/Mason/Austin vs Kimona/Andrea/Julian.

Reyes and Marco won their match. Kimi Ellis and Griffin won their match. Carly, Mason, and Austin won their match.

"The Fiore Crushers are the overall winners of Beach Volleyball. Kami, come get your team's trophy."

Kam's POV

"Great job, team! Everyone on both teams played excellent today. Bliss, Tati, and Sophia were totally awesome. What other secrets are you ladies hiding? Seriously, it was just as awesome as yesterday. Niko, thanks again for this occasion. I have not had this much fun in a long time."

"You're welcome, Kami. Let's board the buses. I'm sure everyone wants to shower before we eat."

Niko is right. I walked over to my hubby. "Tatianna was on point today. You both were awesome. I couldn't say a word."

"She really was. That was what she whispered in my ear. How about a private celebration later, Mrs. Fiore?"

"You wait until after dinner, Mr. Fiore. You are going to tired by the time I am through. See you later." I blew Cris a kiss, then got on my bus.

Niko's POV

"Before we eat dinner, I have a surprise for Shane's team for winning the bowling contest yesterday. I totally forgot. Everyone on Team B will now receive a medal. Applaud yourselves on a great team win. And, I want to introduce my bro and sis, Matti and Aiesha, who came to join the festivities. They will be passing out the medals."

Matti and Aiesha passed out the medals. The food was then brought out by the chefs. It will be buffet style.

Once they were done, Matti and Aiesha stood next to Kalani.

"And, now Kam's team will each get a medal for winning beach volleyball. Matti and Aiesha will now hand out those medals."

Matti and Aiesha then passed out the medals. Once they were done, they took a seat near Kalani.

"The reason why I asked everyone for their favorite dish is because tonight we are going international for dinner. We have Italian, Irish, Caribbean, British, Greek, American, Hawaiian, Spanish, and Brazilian. Bliss, some of the dishes do have shellfish in them, so the chefs made sure to label them. Same thing for you, Sophia. Also, Kami and Cris are Diabetic, so the chefs did the same for you also. Everyone, please help yourselves. There is plenty."

"Thank you, Niko."

"Niko, that was sweet. You have spoiled all of us. I can't wait to tell the kids how much fun we had. Thank you."

"You're welcome, Bliss and Kami. Ladies, you all can go first."

Kami's POV

"Everything looks delicious. Even though we played only one set, that was a workout. I am definitely hungry."

"It sure was, Kami. Breakfast is long gone. I am ready for this feast. And, I am going to try every dish that was prepared. Well, except the ones with the shellfish."

"I'll let you know, sis." I didn't fill my plate up because I portion what I eat. So, I am going to take my time. Niko even had a beverage station with whatever anyone wanted. I just want water now.

After picking my bottle of water, I went back to the table. Once the ladies were done, the guys went to get their food.

The guys came back to the table fast. Men, meh.

"Now that everyone has their dinner, it's announcement time. The captains for tomorrow's event are Sophia for the Fantastic Finishers. And, The Kelley Crushers, meaning Griffin. And, I am not telling anyone what the event is. I will tell you that the judges will include Niko's brother, Matti. And, Tatianna's sister, Aiesha. May the best team win."

"We will, dad. The Kelley Crushers will win."
