Ugh, where do I start with this character...

Right. Zoe Jackson was the first ever character to be cast for Lies. Being the daughter of Percy and Annabeth, Zoe immediately got the top spot for main character, since that's usually how it goes in other fanfics/stories.

Originally, I was planning on Zoe's name to be Bianca, but after a vote on my Instagram account, I realised that Zoe suited her more. Her official name is Zoë Bianca Jackson, but her parents and friends call her Zoe.

Zoe has had a bit of a rough past with bullying, but she's continued to stand strong. Out of all the characters I created, Zoe is probably my least favourite. Why, you may ask? The children of Percabeth have always been the main point in any 'Next Generation' demigod fanfic. I have tried my best to make Zoe different than the other children of Percabeth, but not much has worked in my favour.

All children of Percabeth have that warrior-like edge to them, and each take something from their parents. For example, Zoe is smart like Annabeth, but has her dad's powers. Ethan, Zoe's younger brother, is more like Annabeth (plus he doesn't like blue) but then Lily (the youngest of the three) is more hyperactive and sassy, like her dad.

I'm probably boring you. Sorry.

Anyway, Zoe has never been my favourite, but she is the most fun to work with. Here's her exclusive interview.

Interviewer: So, Zoe, how are you?

Zoe: *leans back and stretches casually* I'm good, ya know? Sun is shining, sky is blue. All that good stuff.

Interviewer: *straight face* That's nice. How are your friends?

Zoe: *uncomfortable* Oh, well, they're partying now that the quests are over. *cracks a grin* They're mostly fine, but they've changed a lot since the beginning.

Interviewer: How have they changed?

Zoe: Well, Alex is a but more laid-back. She's more fearless than before, I guess Tartarus has changed her. Her brother Charlie's stronger now too. He's not as cute as he was, he's more, well, handsome. *blushes* I mean, he always had been handsome, it's just that he's a lot better to talk to. Sammy hasn't really changed, beside the fact that he can control his powers easier now. And Michael ... he's just grown up so much. His determination has really inspired me. I mean, he always has, it's just that now he's more manly. *brushes hair out of face*

Interviewer: *leans forwards eagerly* You blushed when you were talking about Charlie. Are you two dating?

Zoe: *blushes even more* Well, I can't really tell you much, but we've grown a lot closer. It's hard to believe that there were years in my life without him.

Interviewer: *disappointed* How has your life been since Tartarus?

Zoe: A bit rocky. I still get the occasional flashback to the quest, but they're slowing down now.

Interviewer: You saved Olympus, Zoe, how much more do you think you can accomplish in your lifetime?

Zoe: I don't really want to think about that. *shrugs* I'm just going to live my life and then watch it pass on.

Interviewer: Do you deny any reports that Alexandra and Samuel are going out?

Zoe: Um, well I guess they've always liked each other. I don't deny it, but I also deny it as well because they would kill me if I said anything. *laughs*

Interviewer: Right. How're Lily and Ethan doing?

Zoe: Lily is still a pain. She may be nine, but her sarcasm rates are way to high for even a twelve year-old! And Ethan is boring. He wants to be an architect like mom, so of course, he's always studying. Typical Ethan.
