^Lia's Outfit

LIA's POV

Today is the day of the grand reunion. It is a lovely Saturday morning. I stood up around 10am, on weekends we are allowed to sleep in unless we have something planned.. I took a shower and got dressed. I wore a tank top and some sweatpants since the reunion is in the evening...

I went downstairs finding everyone and some of the family...

"Uhhh, Good Morning?" I said in the state of a question

"Oh my gosh, come here, look at you so grown, the last time I saw you, you were just 10 years... My my you look beautiful" My aunt Rosalia said hugging me

"Of course she is beautiful, she has my genes" my dad says

"O Damien shut it no one needs your cockiness this early" grandma Ariana says

The rest of the family laughs as dad pouts wiping away fake tears

"You were always the actor" Uncle Robert says (Aunt Rosalia's husband)

"Morning" my cousins say greeting me with hugs

So in the living room: Grandma, aunt, uncle, parents, sibling, cousins- Ryder, Rome, Silvia, Selene are all aunt and uncles...and this is not even half of the family...

"Mom, what time and where is this event?" Ryder asks

"It starts at 6pm and it's at this huge building don't remember the name, but it will fit everyone"

"Okay in the meantime can we go take a nap because it was a long ride?" Silvia asks

"Sure, Dullon can show the guys to their room and Dal you show the girls to theirs" My mom answers

"This way" We head upstairs and split as the guys went to the left side and us to the right

I led them to a room next to mine

"We are here" I say as I open the room..

The room has two beds, a dressing table, bathroom and walk-in closets

"Thanks" the girls said going over to the beds after putting their bags down and making themselves comfortable on the beds

"I'll wake you girlies at 5pm to get ready yea?"

"Yes please, Thanks Dalia" Silvia says before drifting off

I closed the door than head downstairs again to go to the kitchen. I made some bacon and eggs for us all. I dished for myself and pour some juice before going to the dining room setting the food down on the table and going to the living room

"I made some bacon and eggs if somone wants" I say before going back to the dining room to eat...

After eating I opened my phone to see the group chat is active

Gina: Guys I am bored...
Jay: So, how is that our problem?
Flo: No really, go to your boyfriends house:)
Yas: You do know that he is also in the group right?

George: O yes, still atleast she has someone to visit:(
Ashley: That's why you need to find yourself a girl..
George: Because you have?
Ashley:  You know mos:》

Dullon: We don't need you to debate, please change of topic
Dalia: So I need an opinion, black or dusty pink?
Jay: For what cara mia?

I wanted to be funny so...

Dalia: A date in a few...
Gina,Jay, Yas and Flo: Whaaat!!!!
Dullon: You're kidding right??
George: You go gurrll:♡
Ashley: O this is interesting:))

Dalia: Why are you all negative? Well expect you George..

My phone rang, i laughed before answering without checking the caller id

Dal: Hello?
Jay: Tell me you are not serious?
Dal: I am, why

I heard a sharp intake of breath

Jay: Please cara, honestly...

He sounded so serious and i swear I could hear the hurt in his tone as if my answer broke him and for some weird reason I didn't like it, I mean it's my crush so I decided to end it

Dal: Okay fine, geez I was joking, i just wanted to see you guys reactions...

I said the last sentence in a kinda sad soft tone

Before he could talk, Dullon came in rushing and fury in his eyes

"Dalia, are you serious?? Tell me you're joking, honestly how are you so oblivious seriously!!!" He shouted so loud enough I am pretty sure Jay heard

"I'll talk to you later" I said to Jay before hanging up

"I am sorry, yes I am joking, you know if i were to go out you'd be the first to know" I said looking down as tears start to form

"Don't ever do that, i told you that someone likes you and you saying that might ruin your chance, i know I usually don't allow you to date and all but with this guy you two make each other happy and which brother doesn't want their sister happy" He said lifting my head and hugging me

He pulled away before wiping my tears, "Go get ready, it's 5pm" giving me a kiss on the forehead before going up the stairs

I went upstairs, woke up the girls before going to my room to take a shower from head to toe..

Once done I got dressed in a dusty pink cocktail dress,curly up-down hairstyle, some nude lipstick, a bit of make-up and black heels. I got my phone and purse before going down

When I got there, everyone was ready. We had to dad's car and got in before driving off

We reached a very huge building surrounded by many cars. We got out and head inside. Once inside, i saw my friends gathered except Jay at a table, i nudged Dullon pointing to them before we both head their way

"Hey guys" We greeted them

"Oh my gosh, Dal is that you? Flo ask

"Yep"

"You look beautiful" The girls say in unison

"Yes, you do, shortie" George says giving me a hug and mumbled something like wait till he sees you

"Dal don't turn yet" Ashley says

"Wha..." he cut me off by counting

"In three, two, one, you can turn now" Ashley says

I was turned around by George since he was still hugging me. When i fully turned around, i saw him...

He looked at us before he really looked at me. We both stared at each other taking in what each of us are wearing before we gazed at another till someone decided to break it...

"Guys, you know there's something called talking or are you mentally connecting" Dullon says

"Yea Jay, you can close your mouth" Yas said lifting his jaw

"Hey" I say

"Hey cara, You look gorgeous"  He said whilst hugging me

"You don't look bad yourself" I say hugging him back

Honestly he looked handsome, he wore a white tee, black dresspants and black shoes ...

Our parents called us before introducing us to other families.
Although one stood out...
