Glynda POV

"(y/n) let's go." I said as I picked up the toddler. Its been three years since (y/n) was born, he's such a sweetheart, but I had to pull him from daycare. He didn't do anything wrong, quite the opposite really I pulled him out because he was getting picked on because he doesn't have a father. "Are you ready to go to work with Mama?" I asked, "Yeah!" He said happily as I buckled him into his car seat while he played with his stuffed cat. "You know sweetie I could buy you a new toy." I said, "NO!" He said, "My kitty." He said as he held the toy close, "Alright it's your kitty I get it, baby." I said as I kissed his forehead.

"AWWW!" Ruby shouted as she stared at (y/n) who hid his face in my chest, "Miss Rose sit down! Do not forget that you are in detention!" I said sternly, "Mama, kitty." (y/n) said, "I'm so sorry honey it's in the car." I said, "Kitty." He said as he began to cry, "I could watch him for you while you go get the cat." Ruby said, "Alright, I'll be gone for ten-fifteen minutes tops." I said as I handed (y/n) over to her, "I'm trusting you with my precious baby." I said, "Don't worry he's in good hands!" She said, "Bye sweetie I'll be back as soon as I can." I said as I kissed the top of his head.

Ruby POV

"Well hi there little (y/n)." I said as he looked away, "Aww you're so cute!" I said, "Ok you three Glynda will be handling detention today!" Oobleck said as Yang, Blake, and Weiss all took a seat next to me. "He got you guys too hugh?" I said as I tried to get (y/n) to look at me, "Yeah. Um, Ruby what's with the kid?" Blake asked, suddenly (y/n) got away from me and ran to Blake, "Kitty." He said happily as he hugged her leg.

Glynda POV

"I'm back." I said as I entered the classroom, "Where's (y/n)?!" I asked worriedly, "He's right here." Blake said as she pointed at her lap, "He was tired so I let him use my lap as a pillow." She said, "I'm sorry, I can take him if you want." I said, "No no it's alright. It's actually really cute." She said as she gently petted (y/n) as he slept.

"Well good morning sweetheart." I said as (y/n) woke up, I had taken him to my office to sleep after team RWBY left, "Mama." (y/n) said groggily as he sat up in the small playpen I had set up for him. "Did you sleep well, honey?" I asked as I picked him up and sat him on my lap, he rested his head against me, "What's wrong honey?" I asked. He didn't answer, he just nuzzled against me, "Are you, hungry sweetie?" I asked, "Yeah." He said softly, "Ok let's go get some lunch." I said sweetly.

"Ok sweetie say ahh." I said, "Ahh." (y/n) said as I fed him a spoonful of mac n' cheese, "Is it good?" I asked as I took a bite of the mac n' cheese, "YEAH!" He said happily, "Mama's cooking is better than the cafeteria food isn't it?" I said as I gave him another spoonful, he nodded, I smiled and took one last bite before giving the rest to him and returned to my work. "Mama potty." (y/n) said, "Ok sweetie let's go." I said as I took him out of his high chair and took him to the restroom.
