Date Night

Ratchet and Rivet were in their room. They'd finished their fanfictions for the evening. And they were looking for something to do now.

Rivet wanted to go to dinner, see Turbo and go to the arcade. Ratchet thought it was a good idea except for the movies. They should bring RJ and Roy along to enjoy the experience with them. But they should go to the arcade to play games.

Rivet wore a red buttoned-down blouse, white pants, and her blue Air Force 1s. Ratchet wore a black PlayStation t-shirt. Blue jeans and red and blue Air Force 1s.

"Let's take our skateboards babe." Rivet said, fixing her white G-SHOCK on her left wrist.

"Sounds like a plan, Riv. Let's go," he said, kissing her. They both grabbed their skateboards.

Ratchet's skateboard had a blue lightning design, with a black background and it had a very big, classic PlayStation logo in the middle of it.

Rivet's was blue and it had yellow lightning on it with a Pikachu.

Ratchet and Rivet could take their cars but—they don't want to; they rather skateboard and walk downstairs. Skateboards in their hands. Then, Roy walked up. The purple Lombax looked at them. Roy was seven and RJ was eight at the time.

"What's up, man?" Ratchet asked. "Are you going out, dad?" he asked, big blue eyes staring at him and his tail bushing up. Ratchet nodded as he knelt. "Yeah, we are a little man. What's up?" Ratchet asked. "Are you okay, dude?" Rivet asked, kneeling beside him too.

Roy smiled and nodded. "Yep, have fun!" the little Lombax said.

Ratchet smiled and held out a fist for his younger son, Roy bumped it.

"Let's go, babe." Ratchet said. They opened the door and walked out of their house in Beverly Hills.

They stopped their skateboards at Wally's Beverly Hills. They walked into the restaurant

When they finished eating, Ratchet smiled at her and held her prosthetic hand. Rivet smiled, she put her phone down, showing her Instagram on the screen. As Ratchet was—Rivet was also Verified on Instagram, getting the blue check next to her name. Which was RebelLombax. Her picture was ratchet wearing a LAKERS snapback, Rivet was wearing the same. Roy and RJ are in their arms standing by the Hollywood sign.

Rivet was looking at her posts. Then she went to the recent one. It Was Ratchet holding a box for a new PlayStation 3

21637 Likes Rivet tagged her husband, whose Instagram handle was; Pokémon_fan_132. Rivet clicked on it. The profile picture was of him and Britney Spears. He met her once at a hotel in LA back in 2004 when Rivet was pregnant with Roy. Ratchet was at the hotel because they were holding a press conference for his new game, Ratchet, and Clank; Up Your Arsenal that year.

Dave & Busters was packed that night, Ratchet handed the cashier a hundred dollar bill for the game card with the most points. Then they played some games.

Ratchet and Rivet came back home. It was almost midnight. They took off their shoes and went upstairs holding them, along with their skateboards. Ratchet opened the door to their room and saw the cutest sight ever. Roy and RJ were both asleep in their bed. The TV was on as Despicable Me was playing. They'd just finished the movie, the end credits playing softly coming out of the speakers.

Ratchet walked up to Roy and picked him up. Roy wrapped his tail around Ratchet's waist gently. He smiled as he took him to his bedroom, Rivet took RJ to his bedroom. Ratchet smiled and kissed his wife. "Love you..." he said. Rivet smiled then they walked into their room. Ratchet changed into his PJ clothes which were shorts and a LAKERS Jersey. Rivet got into bed and grabbed her MacBook Pro, which was sitting on her bedside table. She put it on her lap, logged in, and continued typing.

Ratchet picked up his Diary Of A Wimpy kid book and continued reading. The Los Angeles night was peaceful. Ratchet and Rivet just loved it here so much, at one in the morning. They both went to bed.
