(15 year old Y/n's P.O.V)

Today me and the Strauss siblings had a S class mission that can go wrong on both ways. One, Mirajane is the only S class member and two, Elfman is out of control. He can't handle his magic and now is rampaging the village.

"Damnit! He's going to destroy the whole village if we don't do something!" I shouted.

"Well think of something!!"

I looked around the people and realized Lissana was nowhere to be found.

"Where's Lissana?" I panicked and run around, looking for her afraid that she's lost in the crowd.

"Shit shit shit shit!"

Few minutes in and I saw her standing behind an injured Mirajane spreading her hands at her brother.

"Oh no. What is she doing?"

"Please, brother. Stop this. We can do this together."

I glanced at Elfman and saw his left arm starts moving. Is he going to-

"Come on Elfman-nii. Let's go home." After she said that, I sprinted towards her with lightning speed.

"Lissana, duck! He's gonna swing at you!!"

Lissana looked at me. No don't look. Just duck!

The arm was about to hit her. Time slows down.

(3rd P.O.V)

Five.

Y/n uses his magic to go faster.

Four.

Lissana turned her head to Elfman.

Three.

Y/n jumps at her.

Two.

He pushed her away while the hand was at his face.

"Ah shit."

One.

Y/n was smacked hard by Elfman, flying across the forest, hitting a couple of trees and rolls around face up at the cloudy sky.

"Ow." He grunted in pain. He then noticed thunder above him.

"Welp. Time to recharge." As soon as he said that, lightning had struck him.

(Meanwhile at Mirajane)

"Oh my gosh!! Y/n!!!" She was shocked to see her crush pushed her sister to safety from a brutal death that was knocking on the door. But Y/n was launched into the forest. She swore she heard trees breaking too.

"Onee-san. Did you see that?" Lissana said terrified by her almost death.

"Y/n...saved you. But.." The sisters she that Elfman is continuing to riot. "My magic is nearly drained. Master will come here anytime soon. But I don't know how long?"

Suddenly, they heard a huge thunder behind them.

They turn around and saw Y/n flying with his dragon wings and is sparkling with electricity.

"Y/n?"

He then flew at Elfman trying to stop him.

"Lightning Dragon's Roar!!" He fired out a beam of electricity at Elfman full force. The huge beam making him paralyzed, but still moving.

He fly around the beast-magic user and keeps firing at him until he was weakened.

The sisters are watching him in shock at his magic. They know it's Dragon Slayer Magic like Natsumi, but it's different. It feels more powerful than usual.

Upon the fight, Y/n keeps attacking Elfman until he was down.

"Can you please faint? I'm so exhausted." Y/n said breathing heavily.

He roars.

"I guess that's a no then."

But after he did that, he suddenly fell down, turning him back to normal.

"Well that was anticlimactic." He then feels himself very heavy and falls down too. But he fell faster, hence a small crater was created.

"Y/n!! Elfman!!" The sisters rushed towards the unconscious boys.

"They're still breathing! We can save them! Come on help me out!"

The other guildmates have arrived at the scene and carry them to the infirmary.

(Timeskip)

(In Y/n's mindscape)

Y/n is standing on the meadows with old Mavis next to him.

"Hello again Y/n. I see you used all of your magic."

"How did you know that?"

"I always know my guild. Especially you. But I must say that Dragon Slayer Magic of yours is incredible. Your Dragon Slayer Roar is very powerful. Powerful enough to stop him."

"Mavis. I've been thinking. Who's him you're talking about?"

"It's... an old friend of mine." Her cheerful side now turned sad.

"Oh. I'm so sorry for that."

"It's okay. I was the one who made you curious about him."

"Anyway. You're about to wake up. Goodbye again, Y/n." She kissed his cheek and left.

"Wait Mavis."

(Infirmary)

Y/n slowly woke up from exhaustion. He looked around and saw Mirajane and Lissana sleeping on the side of the medical bed and Elfman sitting in front looking at the floor.

"Hey. Hey." He nudged the girls waking them up and he see their eyes are puffed up red, trails of tears are still there on their cheeks.

"Y/N!!!" They hugged him immediately.

"Uhhh hey. Mind telling me why am I in infirmary?"

"You blacked out after stopping Elfman." Lissana wiped her tears. "But before that, you saved me and ended up flying into the forest. It's my fault that I hurt you. I should have listened to you."

"No Lissana. It's my fault. I was foolish for taking that mission and can't protect you all." Mirajane said out of character.

"No Nee-chan. It's my fault. I was the one who caused all this from the start. Please forgive me Y/n."

"It's okay. It's not your fault."

"But-"

"Elfman. Be like a man and accept the apology."

"Like a man." He muttered the same words.

"We were so worried about you. We thought you died."

"Well I didn't." He then was smacked by both girls at the back of his head.

"Be at least concern about your over usage of your magic."

"I guess I need more training. I mean, that was a powerful move."

While he was talking, the girls realized he was topless, revealing his bandaged abs. Lissana blushed while Mirajane subconsciously licks her lips.

"Hey." He snaps his fingers. "My eyes are up here."

"Oh sorry. We were..." Lissana twiddling her fingers.

"You look hot."

"Onee-san!!"

"What? It's true."

Y/n blushed a bit.

"You think I'm hot?"

"Of course. Why do you think we and Erza loved you so much?" She realized what she said and cover her mouth.

"What?"

"The truth is... We love you Y/n." Lissana said blushing. "I loved you back from where you help us and nursing Happy."

"And I love you because you saved me from the horrible villagers and help me controlling my undiscovered magic. At first I thought you were just some goodie two shoes who help me out of pity. But after you defeated me, I realized the love grew on me more."

"Girls." Then out of nowhere, Mirajane kissed him on the lips. Then Lissana was next.

"From now on, we'll be the ones who protect you."

He smiled at them.

"Thanks girls."

Then he heard a cough. It was Elfman and Master Makarov standing there.

"You lovebirds done sucking your faces? If so then I want to speak with Y/n for a moment."

All three of them blushed from embarrassment. They forgot people are still there.

Y/n slowly got off the bed and exiting the door.

"..." The Strauss sisters looked at their brother standing there, processing what just happened.

"Onee-chan. I'm gonna talk to Y/n about this."

"No Elfman. You are not hurting our boyfriend."

"Yeah."

( With Makarov and Y/n)

They're now sitting in Master's office.

"Y/n. There's something I need to tell you."

"What is it Gramps?"

"You know that I see my guildmates as my children right?"

Y/n nodded.

"But when I saw you, you almost resembled my grandson, Laxus."

"That jerk is your grandson?"

"It is shocking to believe, no pun intended, but he is a part of my family. So I'll ask you this, child."

"Will you be my grandson as well?"

Y/n was shocked. He never had a family once besides his father-figure/mentor Zapador. He always wanted to have a family. So this is a gift for him.

"Yes." He cried softly. "I want to be a part of your family."

"Then give grandpa a hug, grandson."

He slowly approach the Third Master, kneel and hugged his now grandfather. He cried his tears onto his shoulders. The old man pat his back to calm down.

"Welcome to the family, Y/n Dreyar. My golden grandchild."

Outside of the room, we see the guildmates are crying their tears out.

"This is so beautiful."

"What a happy ending."

"I'm glad Y/n now has an actual family."

That's right. Y/n now truly is a part of the family. Both Fairy Tail and Gramps's.
