*2 days later*
We could finally take Nathaniel home with us. I was dressing him as Steve was packing our stuff.
Nathaniel's outfit:

When we were done I placed Nathaniel in  the Maxicosi, Steve grabbed the Maxicosi and we walked out of the hospital and to the car. I sat in the back of the car with Nathaniel when we drove home and when we arrived I took Nathaniel to his room and placed him in the bed. I turned the baby monitor on before taking a picture and walked downstairs. I dropped down on the couch. "Good to be home." I said as Steve sat with me. "Sure is." He said as he pulled me closer to him. "How are you feeling?" He asked and I looked up at him. "Tired but the happiest in the world." I said and smiled at him. I grabbed my phone and sent the picture of Nathaniel in the group chat.

I smiled and put my phone away as I laid down against Steve. "Wanna watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S.?" I asked and Steve nodded. He grabbed the remote and put it on. After 2 episodes Nathaniel started crying, Steve got up to get him and I watched through the baby monitor. "Hey there buddy, what's going on?" Steve asked softly as he carefully took Nathaniel out of his sleeping bag and felt the diaper. He changed the diaper and took Nathaniel downstairs. "Look there's mommy." Steve said as he handed Nathaniel to me. "Hi honey." I said as I sat up and laid Nathaniel on my lap. I played with his hands as Steve sat down. Nathaniel started crying again and we put his pacifier in but he quickly threw it out. "Aww are you hungry?" I asked and took off my shirt before taking my breast out and taking Nathaniel in my arms. He quickly searched for my nipple and started drinking. "Can you grab a burp cloth?" I asked Steve and he quickly went to grab it as I focused back on Nathaniel. Steve sat back down and we both just looked at Nathaniel in silence. After Nathaniel was done I let Steve do the burping as I went and cleaned up a little. I went back and sat down again only to see Steve has fallen asleep with Nathaniel.

Sorry for this chapter being so short. This is the final part of the whole story, I have no idea what else to do with this story and it's a happy ending. :) I'll be writing another story soon so stay tuned :)
