Alex and Lexi had their gathering planned out as they were inviting Finn, Seth, Bayley and Sasha to celebrate Alex's return to the ring and his victory. The couple were setting up everything.

Lexi: okay, the food is all set and the drinks are in the fridge

Alex: I got my PS4 all ready to go in case Seth wants to be The Champ

Lexi: don't forget Sasha and Bayley, those two are always competitive with each other

Alex chuckled

Alex: right, so I guess everything is all good?

Lexi: yeah. Wait we don't have any desserts

Alex: I'll buy a big cup of ice cream when they get here, so it won't be soft

Lexi: okay baby

Alex: you know why I'm lucky to have you?

Lexi: and why is that?

Alex carried her which caused Lexi to yelp

Alex: because you're understanding and you care about me

Lexi smiled as she wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck

Lexi: as I said before, I'll stop at nothing to make you happy

They shared a passionate kiss which turned into a make out session, but their session was interrupted by a knock on the door which made Lexi groaned in irritation.

Alex: don't worry, we'll do it again when this is all over

Lexi: I can't wait

Alex grinned and he went to answer the door. He opened it and he greeted the group

Alex: hey guys!

Finn: hey lad!

Sasha: what's up, boo?

Bayley: thanks for the invite

Seth: do you have your PS4 ready?

The group entered the room, and they went in party mode. Seth was in gamer mode, Sasha was enjoying the food while Finn, Lexi and Alex had a conversation.

Finn: so lad, it seems everything is okay for you

Alex: yeah, I got my title back, my knee is all healed, and the best part is I have a cute girlfriend

Lexi blushed and hid her face in Alex's chest

Bayley: hey Seth, I want a turn for the TV

Seth: you'll get your turn after I beat this guy

Sasha: Lexi, Alex where is dessert?

Alex: oh right, I forgot about that. I'm gonna go by some ice cream

Sasha: that's my favorite

Lexi: baby, are you sure?

Alex: I can manage, and if some petty burglar messes with me, I'll make sure he never walks.

Alex kissed Lexi before he grabbed his keys and phone and left the room.

Finn: he loves you, so don't let him go

Lexi: that's my promise

Lexi joined the rest of the group eating and playing.

(30 minutes later)

Half an hour past, and Alex has not returned yet.

Sasha: what's keeping Alex? I want my ice cream!

Bayley: Sash, you're not the only one who wants ice cream around here

Finn: maybe he did his own meet and greet, his return was trending you know

Seth: let's just wait for our friend, and Sasha you wait for your ice cream

One hour past and Alex is still not back, and this made Lexi worry a bit

Lexi: Alex is not back yet, maybe I should call him

Finn: relax lass, Alex is a grown man, he can take care of himself. Join us at the couch, we're watching Avengers: Infinity War.

Lexi: okay...

Two hours past, and Alex has not returned yet. Lexi checked the time and it was 7 p.m. and she got even more worried.

Lexi: I'm gonna call Alex

Lexi dialed Alex's number and all she can hear is the ring tone

Sasha: he's not picking up?

Lexi shook her head and then Seth called the girls over

Seth: guys, I think you should take a look at this

They turned their attention to the TV showing a wrecked Dodge Challenger and Lexi was holding her phone trying to get through Alex.

Bayley: oh my god, I hope the driver is okay

Lexi: wait, the color looks familiar

Finn: shh, let's listen

Newscaster: eyewitness reports said that a Ford minivan collided with this Dodge Challenger as shown by our cameras here. The driver of the minivan was reportedly drunk, and he's taken to a local medical facility and police has yet to release the name. However the driver of the Dodge Challenger sustained multiple injuries such as broken ribs, a broken arm and possibly severe head trauma. Police have identified the driver of the Challenger as WWE wrestler Alex Auditore. Auditore is quickly rushed to a nearby hospital as we're reporting this story.

Lexi dropped her phone in shock as tears fell from her face

Lexi: no not my Prince

Sasha: it's okay, Lex. He'll make it through

Finn: do you want to go to him?

Bayley: the problem is we don't know what hospital Alex is

Then Lexi's phone rang

Lexi: hello?

Doctor: hello, is this Alexa Bliss?

Lexi: speaking

Doctor: I'm Dr. Jesse of Marianas Medical Hospital, I'm calling you about Alex Auditore

Lexi: is he okay?

Dr. Jesse: it's best that you come to the hospital instead of telling over the phone

Lexi: okay, thank you

Seth: who was that?

Lexi: a doctor from Marianas Medical Hospital

Finn: is that where Alex is?

Lexi: yeah, let's go I want to see my Alex

Seth: alright everybody cramp in

They left the room and cramped into Seth's van and they drove to the hospital. After 10 minutes, they made it to the hospital. Lexi, Finn, Seth, Bayley and Sasha rushed to the receptionist.

Lexi: where is the room of Alex Auditore?

Receptionist: he's in room 28

Lexi: thank you

They rushed down the hallway and found the door with a number 28. Then Dr. Jesse came out

Doctor: what is your relationship with Alex Auditore?

Lexi: I'm his girlfriend. How is he, doc?

Dr. Jesse: Alex has a broken arm, multiple ribs are broken and he suffered some head trauma

Lexi: head trauma?

Dr. Jesse: when he wakes up, he might experience a huge headache

Lexi: when will he wake up?

Dr. Jesse: that's all up to him

Lexi: can I see him?

Dr. Jesse: you can...

Lexi opened the door and tears instantly ran down her face as she saw her Prince with bandages wrapped around his head, an IV tube in his mouth and a cast for his broken arm. Lexi cried silent tears.

Lexi: baby, I hope you'll pull through. I can't live without my Prince by my side.

She gently grabbed his free hand and kissed it.

Then the others came in.

Seth: I hope he makes it through

Lexi: this is all my fault

Bayley: Lexi, it's not your fault. You didn't know this will happen

Finn: are you gonna stay with him, Lexi?

Lexi: I'm not leaving him until he wakes up

Sasha: this is an example of true love

Seth: come on Alex, it's too early for you to leave us

An hour past and visiting hours are over

Dr. Jesse: Ms. Bliss, visiting hours are up

Lexi: I'm not leaving him. Can I stay with him?

Dr. Jesse: sure, I'll go get you a doctor's gown

Lexi: thank you

She set her chair right next to the bed

Lexi: baby, I hope and pray that you'll wake up. I love you

She laid her head on the bed while holding Alex's free hand.
