I've been at Beorns for a day now. I haven't seen any sign of the dwarves, and starting to get worried. I haven't told him about the dwarves. Cause well I don't know exactly if they are coming here. I was about to head out before beorn stopped me.

"Where are you going" he asked

"To scout, care to join" I asked getting on Thalia, he nodded and we walked out side.

"Stay close to the house, I'll go to the borders. You know the rules, don't come to me unless you need to" I nodded to him and he ran into the forest. I heard a loud raor and I went out to scout.

Its was becoming the afternoon and still no sign of the company. I heard the raor again but this one was threating. I started to run to the clearing where Beorn home was. I saw the company come running out of the forest. I smiled at the sight but I soon last it when I heard Beorn again. I started for them, Thalia ran beside me and in one movement I got on her.

Suddenly Beorn bear form came bursting through the trees.

"GANDALF GET THERM INSIDE" I shouted to him. He wasn't the only attention I gained. It was the whole company. With that they stopped running. Beorn was getting closer, so I made a decision. I got off Thalia and ran in front of Beorn

I held out my arms, trying to stop him.

"BEORN, BEORN ITS ME.....HEY LOOK AT ME" I yelled, he looked me in the eyes. He raored in my face. Making my hair blow. "Beorn please don't make me change, I don't wish to hurt you" he stood there.

"LACI MOVE" I heard Kili yell. I looked back to see him let go of his arrow. It was heading for Beorn. Again I made a decision, I jumped in front of Beorn, the arrow placed its self in my leg. I yelled out in pain as I landed back on the ground. Beorn looked at mne than the company. Then he started charging at them again.

I laid on the ground crying out in pain. Alduin landed in front of me.

"So that was a wonderful plan" he laughed

"It hurts Alduin, not funny, not funny at all"

"Can you walk" he asked. I shot him a glare "Just asking, come on if you could, you would walk so don't give me that look young lady"

"I'm older than you" I shut up by him flying away and seeing Beorn walk to me. He laid down and I got on his back the best I could and he took me to the oak tree. I saw Thorins mothers ghost standing there. He put me down and ran off.

"Now look what you did" she spoke

"Yeah yeah save it. I got the same thing from Alduin. Speaking of that little thing. Were is he" I asked

"To Gandalf, tell him that you'll be fine and return to them later"

"Well your grandson is something else" I crossed my arms

"He was trying to protect you"

"I had it under control, Beorn was gonna back down you know"

"Yes I do, but you have to thank him. He tried you know that" I sighed she was right

"Fine I will, but now you know why I'm here"

"Yes I do, do you know"

"Does it have to do with Thorin. I now know what you mean. I'm his one aren't I" I asked

"Maybe but you fear him"

"How can't I he hates dragons, and I'm half one so yes. But are you going to show yourself to him"

"You know I can't, i only come back for you. We went over this, now Beorns coming go to him" with that she disappeared and I felt Beorn pick me up. It was dark, and they were all asleep.

"Why must she do that" I asked but he shrugged. He carried me all the way back. Thalia followed close behind us. I would have rather had her carry me but I knew she was tired. He opened the door and walked with me in his hands. I looked around to find everyone sleeping. He set me on the table and went to walk Gandalf. Thalia laid under the table.

"Don't do it" Alduin sat beside me

"You know I am" with that I pulled the arrow out of my leg. I bit my lip so I would wake anyone.

"Now look what you did" I heard Gandalf say. He walked in and put pressure to my gushing leg. Beorn sat in his big chair shaking his head. After a few minutes, Gandalf good done wrapping my leg. "Should be good by tomorrow, considering you heal pretty fast" he said sitting in a chair.

"You haven't told them yet have you" Gandalf asked, I snapped my fingers and a red dragon formed from it. I smiled and it went away

"Only Balin knows, cause he kinda asked me about my past. He read some of the books in my room couple moons ago"

"Good, well get some sleep and we'll tell tomorrow. The sooner the better" I nodded and laid down next to Thalia under the table. I soon fell asleep.

~~~Next Morning~~~~

I woke up to a quite house. The dwarves were still asleep and Beorn was making so food. Gandalf was talking to Alduin about something, that I didn't want part in. I sat up and let Thalia outside to look for food. I walked back to the table and started eating.

I finished eating when Balin walked into the room.

"Morning princess, didn't think to see you again"

"Master Dwarve, I'm a part of this company now no matter if anyone doesn't like it" he nodded

Next the two brothers walked in, they sat on either side of me. Then all the other dwarves walked in. Some were shocked to see me and others gave me a mean look. I brushed it off, cause well I could care less. Thorin was the last one to walk in. He started at me for a minute than took a seat.

"Listen I'm sorry about the arrow thing" Kili said, I looked at him and gave him a smile

"Its okay but thank you I know where your heart was yesterday. You were trying to protect me. But Kili don't do that again unless I'm in real trouble" he nodded and finished eating. The hobbit walked in and I gave him my seat. Gandalf pulled me a side.

"Better sooner than later" he said

"Do I have to" I sighed

"Yes" than he walked in "excuse me all of you but Laci has something to tell all of you. Keep an open mind and please don't be stubborn" with that I walked in and stood on a bench so they all could see me.

"Well umm I'll start here. Balin first found out what I am. I'm nor dwarve, human, elf, wizard, skin-changer or anything else out there. I'm an ancient race, Balin, Gandalf, and Beorn know of what I am. And well here it goes I'm the last of the dragonborn" I said with a smile. Most of them mumbled something and looked angry.  One including Thorin

"Wait what's that" Kili and Fili both asked

"When my people are born a dragon gives it soul to the child it chooses. We don't have a regular soul. If we don't have a dragon soul, we die. We can't live without a dragon soul. Do you care to see" I asked

"Yes" they both shouted

"Not in the house" Gandalf said "she must go outside, you may watch from the door" with that they all got up and went to the door. I walked out so they wouldn't Gert hurt but also so they could still see"

I sighed and called the dragon inside of me out, to show it self. My head went back and I was lifted into the air. I saw a white dragon come in front of my face. There was a white ball of light that was between us. I waited a little longer and then it returned into me. I fell to the ground. I heard Kili yell my name but Gandalf telling him he couldn't run to me. I soon got up and walked back inside. I got up on the bench again

"So" I asked the boys

"That was cool" said Kili

"Can we get one" they asked together. I laughed at them

"No, no you may not. If a dragon chooses you than yes but other than that no. Yes its cool but it is harder than it seems. Why do you think there was only a race that dragon's gave themselves to us. The strongest breed of people. We can keep the dragons inside of us. That what you just saw, I aloud that to happen. And as you saw it almost killed me" they looked scared and I sighed

"Are there like you or are you the last one like Beorn. The last of his race" the hobbit asked

"Sadly I'm the last"

"I sorry I didn't mean too"

"No your good umm"

"Biblo, Bilbo Baggins" he nodded

"Do you want me to explain how I got with Mr.Goblin Man" they all nodded

"This will be good" I heard Thorin whisper to the baled dwarve

"Listen" Beorn poked him

"Its was my fifth birthday, me and my friend Amaroth were down by the river. When he pulled my back inside the walls. Goblins and Orcs appeared for the forest. We ran until he told me to run to my father. That I did telling all the guards to go to the gates. My father left to make the last stance. My mother took my into the castle. I watched and heard my people die and didn't do anything. I watched my mother die. Then the Goblin queen found me, she saved me from dying that day. She took me back there which I stayed until now"

"Wait so how did you meet" Biblo asked "Gandalf and Beorn" I sighed

"Biblo, It was the day Erebor feel. Thorin your mother was in our dungeons. Two years early she was traveling to the blue mountains as you know. She was sick and dying. I was gonna let them go until one killed the Goblin Queen. That night was never the same for me. All the men died to a fest the goblins had. I can still hear there cries for help. I saved your mother that night from dying. But she stayed there for two year. She died the day Erebor fell, she gave me her necklace and crown. I came here that night, we buried her under the large oak tree out there. That night I stayed with Beorn and met Gandalf. He told me to leave but I couldn't, so he made me promise him that if he killed the King I must follow him"

"Your lying" Thorin whispered

"No I'm not Thorin"

"Prove it then" he yelled

"Your sisters name is Dis and Brother is Frerin"

"Anyone could have told you that" he spat. I ran my hands through me hair thinking.

"Got it.....You and Frerin one day put your mothers dresses one and acted like girls. When your father saw you he yelled. You got into a fight with him and you accidentally stapled yourself in the chest. You almost died that day but you were saved by a girl you didn't know. But she wasn't real. You only told your mother about the girl" I crossed my arms

"Fine, whatever. Continue" he said

"What" I asked

"You didn't tell us about Beorn and you" Fili answered

"Oh yeah.....um...well at some point of living with the Goblins, I had to get engaged to Azog. It was about 60 years and we still haven't gotten married. Thalia is a gift from him, but anyways. I stayed with the orcs for awhile. They captured all the Skinchangers. I helped most of them escape one night. Beorn was one of them and he told me that he would find me and protect me. Thee night I let them go I paid for it. Beorn you or Gandalf don't know about this until now. That night Azog saw me, and I was beaten by him. I was unconscious for days, then I woke up. When he found out I was awake he cane to me. And gave me this" I lifted my shirt to show and A carved into my hip. "He told me I needed to remember my place, against him" I said putting it back down.

"Why didn't you tell us" Gandalf asked

"I didn't have the heart to. I knew you guys would pull me away from him" I asked

"Yes we would have" Beorn yelled

"You both know what would have happened if you did. He'd kill this works looking for me. Ive let enough people die as is, I couldn't let it happen again" I shouted at them

"Laci calm down, your eyes" Gandalf said gently

"So wait your married to that thing, but you saved us" Kili asked

"No I'm not married to him, we never had the chance to. I saved you because I'm the only one that can kill him, and have to kill him"

"Why " Thorin asked

"He was my friend once, his real name is Amaroth. I know all of his attacks and I can counter them. I'm also the strongest one that can kill him. My powers make me that way, plus I must fight for my own will. I've been trained for the moment to happen. And if any of you are wondering, he would've have had the same power I have if the orcs didn't take him."

"So your saying no one else can kill him" the dwarve next to Thorin asked

"No Im not saying that, I'm just saying that I would rather have it be me"

"Enough with that stories, can we stop this" Thorin asked, I sighed and walked to the door. "Where are you going" Thorin asked

"To the only person who still cares for me. Who's willing to listen unlike you" I said turning into the hall. I stopped at the door and heard Thorin again

"Who would that be" he asked

"Your mother Thorin. Though she is dead, her ghost comes back to her when she needs her. Laci has Beorn and I yes. And we love her as if she is our own. But there is a reason your mother comes and talks to her. They have a connection, Laci cared for her. Laci healed her to try and save her from dying, but it was no use"

"Why does she even like her" Thorin asked

"Because before your mother died she gave her, her necklace and told her to find you and your siblings. That you all would welcome her. But now you are showing her that your mother was wrong. Thorin Laci had no mother at all, yes the Goblin Queen was there but your mother treated her different. She was a mother to her, she loved her and still does." I smiled at that.

"You will leave tomorrow, I'm afraid she'll be out there all day" Beorn said. With that I left the house.

I walked out to the tree, I sat on her grave. I started to cry, I brought my knees up to my cgesrt and burried my face in my knees. I cried for about ten minutes before I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Why do you cry" I heard her asked
