Sometimes it can get very stressful.
There might be moments where you know what's going to happen, and you know it's going to be bad.
Moments when there really doesn't seem like there's a way out.
And there isn't always one.
But if you face your troubles bravely,
If you face them with boldness,
If you face them like you know you can do this,
Then something will happen.
The situation will stay the same.
But the way you look on it will be different.
You'll find it might not be worth worrying about.
Or you'll find that the number of good things out weigh the problem.
But the very first step,
Is to stop worrying.
Is to calm down.
Don't panic.
Stay strong.
And relax.

This page is being one staying calm and relaxed... mainly in difficult situations. But I can't guarantee it is going to work. Don't be afraid to talk to the admins on this account or others on accounts like this. We're here to help, to get you through this. But it's also understandable that we might be strangers to you. So if you have a trusted friend, it can be on wattpad or in real life, or a family member or trusted person, then you can speak to them. Choose the right moment, when you're both calm and ready to talk. And you can get through the problem together.

Tips

1) Make sure you're getting enough sleep. (I might do another chapter on getting to sleep). You'll be getting a lot more stressed and harder to relax if you're not sleeping well.
2) Listen to your breathing. This is a great way to stay calm, just breath in for five seconds, hold for four, and breath out for five. Do this a few times until you feel calm.
3) Eat healthy! Try having a refreshing healthy drink, or a lovely cold apple, or something like that. Fruit juice isn't always healthy, but it can help you relax. I will say this though... sometimes sucking on a sweet calms me down, and I know that isn't healthy, so this isn't the most important tip. You should know which foods calm you.
4) Exercise. When you exercise, you just focus on that. You just focus on what you're doing. (And it's good for your body is well). It can clear your mind. Something that helps me a lot is swimming... I just leave my worries behind when I swim.
5) Repeat things in your mind. Just say: It's okay, it's okay, it's okay or something similar and concentrate on those words. You might find yourself saying them for a moment while you don't really realise it. It can help you relax.

Comfort! It's a lot easier to relax if you're not lying on rocks, in the freezing cold, with nothing to eat. (Well, That should go without saying. But depends on the person😂)
Okay...
Quiet. This is the most difficult thing (atleast for me). If you live in a noisy household you could:
-wear earmuffs (if you have any)
-sit outside somewhere (if it's nice weather)
-just try to ignore them
-breathe really loudly to block our their noise
-scream at the top of your voice: 'SHUT UP!'
Actually, you know what... scrap that last one.........
Anyway.
