I haven't uploaded a chapter in this book in a long time . I've been so busy with school work that I haven't had time to really do much. That's why I'm uploading today. There's one topic that I feel everyone should hear about : procrastination.

I know first hand how bad procrastination can get. I currently have a Spanish country project , an government project , a chemistry lab report , and an entire chapter of math to do. I've had these assigned since three weeks ago and I have just now started. DONT BE LIKE ME !!

I was scrolling through pinterest and I saw a post. It said
" Even if you wont be able to finish , do it halfway ." I know for a lot of people procrastination leads to anxiety. We think that because we procrastinated so late we won't be able to finish and we often get discouraged about doing it. That quote has been my motivation for everything. Sometimes mental health issues get in the way of doing a project early and you could even feel like you're going to fail. All you have to do is do it halfway. I encourage you to complete it but if you don't , don't let it ruin your life. A fifty is better than a zero.

With that being said , I want to give you some tips so you don't procrastinate :

01 ) As soon as you get an assignment , schedule an appointment , plan a meeting , write it DOWN !! I swear to you , in the long run , this will save your life. Once you right it down and you look at it you are more likely to get it done.

02 ) Work on an assignment the day that it is assigned. Even if you don't finish. That way you will have less work to do in the future.

03 ) Work on the assignment each day. I have a whole chapter of math to do and If I would have worked on it each day than I would have been done a week ago.

04 ) Last but not least , DONT PROCRASTINATE !! I know it's hard but it'll make you feel better and less stressed in the long run. Not procrastinating is a good habit to pick up when you are young.

Now if you excuse me , I have to go finish a project that I procrastinated on. Again, be better than me !
