Wheeljack
I couldn't help but feel anger inside my spark chamber as I sat and waited for Hope to come out of that horrible place.
How could humans be so cruel to each other? Giving one senseless beating because of a disagreement. As the minutes passed, I suddenly started to feel uneasy.
Where was Hope?
It was almost ten minutes after she had gone inside and she hadn't come out yet. Turning my holoform on, I leaned against my door and waited another minute or so. Suddenly, there was an ear piercing scream from inside. I jumped up, surprised.
"Why did I let her go in alone?" I mentally kicked myself in the aft. Running to the door, I heard another scream. I yanked on the doorknob of the front door. Locked.
So with one, two, three hard kicks, I managed to break the door down and run inside. I gagged. Everything smelled of what the humans called alcohol.
How could the fleshies consume something that disgusting? I shoved the thought out of my mind as I scanned the room, trying to find Hope. No sign of her.
"I won't do it again, I swear! Please!" Her scream came from up the stairs. I sprinted forward, anger boiling inside me. The first room on the left was where Hope sat, cowering away as a disgusting looking older man snapped down on her with a leather belt.
How dare he.
"Wheeljack!" Hope screamed, sobbing. The fleshy known as Macen turned to stare at me. He hummed.
"Well you're not the person I was looking for." he said quietly to himself before lashing out. The leather belt just missed me as I dodged and rolled to the other side of the room.
"Who are you supposed to be anyway?" Macen asked me as he stalked over to me.
I clenched my denta as he glanced back to Hope, who was sobbing and hugging herself. A large red gash ran up her arm from where Macen had struck her with the belt.
"Don't worry, Hopeless, I'll be with you in a moment. They should be here any moment to get you," He said in a sing-song voice.
Who was supposed to get Hope? Could the Decepticons be coming? I needed to get Hope out of here and back to the base as quickly as possible.
Reaching to my back, I pulled one of my katanas out from its sheath and pointed it at Macen.
Thank Primus Ratchet was able to make my holoform with my weapons. They were apart of me. And together, we sure as heck were about to kick aft.
"Who are you?" Macen questioned, snapping the belt.
"Hope's friend. And I won't let you hurt her anymore." Macen lunged and threw a punch.
I dodged him and grabbed his fist, twisting hard before pushing him forward. The man stumbled backwards before he went tumbling down with the sweep of my leg.
I immediately ran to Hope. "W-Wheeljack," She whimpered.
"Your gonna be okay, kid. We need to get you to Ratchet," I said quietly. I cursed under my breath. I couldn't get a comm link in my holoform. But no way was I leaving her with Macen.
"Jack!" She screamed as I felt a large mass slam into me. I flew into the wall, but felt hardly any pain. Macen grabbed Hope by the hair and when she screamed he slapped her right across the face.
I stood and went to run to her but there was a small click. Macen smiled evilly at me as he pointed his gun at me. There was a happy gleam in his eyes. Like he knew he won.
I held my katanas to my sides, studying him.
"Not so hero-like now, are you?" He sneered, yanking again on Hope's hair. She let out a pained squeak. I took in a deep breath.
"Now come on Hopeless. I can get my money and this fella here, whoever he is, can die." With that, he shot the gun. Of course he thought he could take me out.
Here I was, a giant, alien robot, being challenged by a fleshy. Faster than the puny human could blink, I swung my katana up, the blade hitting the bullet as it came at me. The split pieces flew by my head, but I didn't flinch. I knew they weren't going to hit me. I was just that good.
Macen stared at me, his dentas clenched and his knuckles white from how tight he grasped the gun.
"Let her go," I ordered, walking forward. Macen stepped backward before shooting the gun again. I did the same as before, but I twisted my katana in such a way that the bullet ricochets off the edge of the blade, and forced itself right at Macen.
The pathetic fleshy screamed in pain and the gun dropped. Hopes hair was also released.
"Wheeljack!" She pushed away from the older mech to come and cower behind me. I stared at the bleeding mech angrily, then glanced behind me towards Hope, who was trembling and grasping the back of my shirt.
"Hope, go out to my alt mode," I growled, though my anger wasn't directed at her.
"A-alt mode?" she stuttered.
"Go outside to me," I ordered. She made an oh, before hurrying to the window and climbing out. I turned to the human mech. "Who is supposed to be coming for her?" I asked angrily. He merely threw me a scowl.
"You frickin' shot me!" he growled. I rolled my optics.
"I'll do it again if you don't tell me what I want! Now, who is after Hope?!" I snarled, grabbing the fleshies collar and heaving him up. He narrowed his eyes at me.
Anger coursed through me at his silence, and I tightened my grip, making him gasp and sputter.
As his face began to turn purple, he gasped out, "M.E.C.H! M.E.C.H is coming!" He gulped in air once I loosened my grip. "I don't know anymore and I wouldn't tell ya'. Now, if you really care for Hopeless, then you will go out there and make sure they haven't already taken her. I've heard some stories from M.E.C.H. I wouldn't leave her alone too long, friend."
He was right.
Letting go of his collar, I kicked the gun near my feet away, in case he had any ideas of shooting me in the back, then ran out Hope's room and down the stairs. Primus, I had a lot to report to Optimus.
Unknown
The human fleshy stood anxiously, awaiting the arrival of the Autobot Wheeljack. I held back a growl. Autobot scum. They didn't deserve the power of that fleshy.
Keeping myself hidden, I studied the organic as she trembled by the side of Wheeljack's alt form. Why couldn't I just make a grab for her? Of course my orders were to just sit back and watch, while she sat there, vulnerable and weak.
My bounty was sitting right there, and I wouldn't get my fair share of energon without her. But I had to wait for the right time. Megatron had offered me a small amount of energon for the sparkling but I had gotten a better bargain from a group of fleshies also out for the femme. A whole energon mine Megatron had yet to discover!
All mine for the taking.
Megatron was furious, of course, but I'm sure he's already gotten someone to go retrieve the femme. It was a race to see who would retrieve her first.
After a few minutes of watching the sparkling, I noticed the holoform of Wheeljack appear, and the femme ran to him.
"Come on, let's get out of here," he said softly to her before he disappeared and his door opened. The femme nodded and climbed in before Wheeljack sped down the road. I gave a long sigh.
Soon, I would get my bounty and the human femme would be in the hands of M.E.C.H
