"I really regret not asking for a lift!" Hiccup said as he held on to a scuttle-claw.

"Your fault!" I teased solo flying along side him.

We're all off to see our dragons, if Toothless and (d/n) have kids, these will be the first live night fury young in years and we have to see them as eggs, so thats where we're headed.

We all had to fly on the scuttle-claws because they're to young to go off every snoggletog. Well all except me, I'm flying myself.

"There it is!" Astrid yelled.

We landed and instantly ran around trying to find our dragons.

"Toothless!" Hiccup yelled at the sight of his dragon curled up with (d/n).

"(D/n)!" I yelled running over with Hiccup.

They greeted us with a lick up the face.

Toothless then nudged us toward 2 black dragon eggs.

I let out a high pitched scream.

"OMT OMT BABY NIGHT FURIES!" I yelled.

"Quiet down you!" Hiccup said.

I dropped to my knees and hugged the eggs gently.

While Hiccup said his congratulations to the dragons and wrote down a bunch of stuff about night furies, I felt the eggs vibrate.

"They'll hatch tonight" I said.

"Well looks like we'll be setting up camp near by" Hiccup said.

"Not to close! The eggs will explode" I reminded him.

"Don't worry" Hiccup said.

I stood up and hugged the dragons.

"You guys will be parents!" I squealed.

"Stop with the squealing, we're tired" (d/n) purred.

"Sorry" I replied.

"Lets give them some rest" I said.

"Good idea, we'll set up camp" Hiccup said.

"Oh and by the way, you were right, he does love me" I said.

The dragons just laughed an 'I-told-you-so' laugh and laid down to sleep.

"Roar when they're going to hatch" I said.

Hiccup and I walked into the outskirts of the nearby woods to set up our camp, the plan was we all set up camp by our dragons so we can be around to see the baby's hatch.

And because Toothless and (d/n) have kids. Hiccup and I will be sharing a tent to be near them.

"Ok so you recon well sleep tonight?" I asked.

"Knowing my luck, nope" Hiccup said.

We put up our tent and started a fire as the sun set and cooked some fish over the fire.

We looked over at our sleeping dragons.

"You think they'll be ok?" I asked.

"They'll be fine" Hiccup said.

We finished our food and sat around for a while before getting ready to sleep.

"What do you think their names will be?" I asked, taking off my knee pads.

"Something with strike in it" Hiccup said, putting away his armour.

"Why strike?" I asked putting away mine.

"Dunno, it just sounds cool" he said.

I laughed.

"It's freezing should we keep the fire going?" I asked.

"Too risky" Hiccup said as he put the fire out "don't worry you'll probably steal all my warmth" He laughed.

I blushed because I usually do.

"Shut up" I said.

We crawled into our tent and lay down.

"Goodnight mildly" Hiccup said putting his arms around me.

"Goodnight fish bone" I said before falling asleep.

-time skip to 1am-

ROOOAARRR!

Thats a night fury!

I suddenly woke up and shook Hiccup awake.

"Come one they're hatching!" I said.

He suddenly sat up and put on his leg, I stole his coat and we scrambled out of our tent running toward the dragons.

Toothless greeted us with a nudge toward the cracking eggs.

"Step back" Hiccup said.

We took a step back.

The cracks began to glow with fire and got bigger. Then BOOM! They exploded.

We shielded our eyes from the blast and looked at the egg shells scattered everywhere along with cooling lava and two baby Night Furies, one boy, one girl.

"AWWWWWW!" I squealed.

(D/n) and Toothless smiled their gummy smiles at each other then started to talk to their kids.

"Hiccup their so cute!" I said jumping up and down.

"Woah! Calm down!" He said grabbing me and stopping me from jumping.

"They are adorable though"

Toothless wrapped his tail around us and pulled us toward the babys.

We sat down in front of them.

The girl was alot smaller than the boy.

"Looks like we have a little hiccup here" I teased at Hiccup.

He smiled and put an arm around me.

The girl had bright eyes, one blue, one green and shiny back scales.

The boy had both green eyes like his dad but his mums wings.

I picked up the tiny girl in my hands

"Her names, starshock" Toothless growled.

"Starshock? That's perfect" I said.

Hiccup picked up the boy.

"He's lightstrike" (d/n) growled.

"Lightstrike" I translated.

"I knew there'd be strike in it, it's perfect" Hiccup said.

I gasped.

"Hiccup look" I said.

Hiccup turned to look at the baby dragon

"No tail fin" I said pointing to starshocks tail.

"She takes after her dad" Hiccup smiled.

We put the babys down and hugged our dragons.

"Congratulations guys" We said.

After cooing over the babys for a while we decided to go back to sleep.

(D/n) and Toothless slept with their kids outside our tent.

We soon fell into a dreamless sleep.
