~MILLIE'S POV~
Were could I go? Who would I meet? Would I meet anyone? I asked my self as I was about at walking home from school. I hated being at home. That was the last place I wanted to be. I walked around my school looking for places to walk. I then see this walk way out of the corner of my eye. I started to walk over to the opining and while I am doing so my boyfriend Romeo hugs me from behind. "Hey millie." He said kissing my neck. I hate how it feels. His lips feel like sandpaper just in general. "Hey." I said forcing a smile. "Were you going?" He asked me. "Um... Well I was walking around school then I saw this pathway and I wanted to see were it takes me." I say push Romeo off of me. "You ok babe?" He asked. When he calls me babe it feels like fire to my hart. "Yeah... I'm gonna get going now... Bye" I said then started to walk again.
~Finn's POV~
When well I have friends? Why can't I talk to anyone? I do talk but not to some people. I said to myself as I was walking to my spot. "Why is this so amusing?" I ask myself out loud knowing no one was around me. I looked at my feet as I walked to the most 'beautiful post' in the world. I am in 10th grade and I have one friend. Noah. He is a good person but he gets so annoying sometimes. I walked over to a bench and sat down and looked at the water fountain. I was like a secret garden that- I was in beep thought until I got cut off by a short haired girl. "Oh my god. I am so sorry I will leave if you want." She asked me if i wanted hereto leave. "Um... Y-y-you c-can s-stay." I said. I suck I can't talk to her.
~Millie's POV~
I walked to the end of the trail I found earlier and there was a very pretty water fountain and a boy. I asked him if her wanted me to leave and... basically said I could stay. He sat in the only seat there so I sat next to him. The seat was big enough for maybe 6 people so it was not like we were squished. "W-what is your n-name?" he asked me. "I am millie. Millie brown." I say very happily. "T-that is c-cool. I a-am Finn. F-Finn Wolfhard." she seem nice but scared. "You ok?" I asked him just to make sure every things is ok. "Oh um... Yeah i-it is that I never talk to people." he said. Ok so now I am sitting with maybe a freak and I have no idea what I am getting myself into. "You wanna do something fun with me later?" I asked him, maybe he is not as such as a freak as he comes off as. "Sure... W-what you want t-to do?" He asked and an idea came to my head. "Um we can go to a party later." I said he then looks at me with a smirk on his face. I had forgot that my Maddie and Sadie invited me so I asked him if he wanted to go with me. "Sure i will go."
