It's hard to believe that a month has passed already and that it is February. I still hadn't been released yet, mostly because they wanted to check and make sure I was fully healed before being sent home, aka Percy's house.

I woke up to the sound of the hospital wing door opening. I set up and saw Fred walk into the room, a giant grin on his face. He looked around and then his eyes landed on me and his grin got bigger.

"Hey, brought you a gift." He said as he walked up to me.

"For what?" I asked as I took it from him.

I raised an eyebrow and opened the box up to see candy. Inside was Acid Pops, sour apple bites, chocolates, and Exploding BonBons.

"Happy Valentines Day." He said with a half smile.

"Thank you, means the world to me." I said as I closed the lid.

"So me and George talked it over and you'll be happy to know you are moving in with us." He said cheerfully.

"Fred-"

"No buts. I'm not letting you out of my sight, not to mention that Percy's house is to small for you and he is never home. Me and George never even leave home, so we won't have to leave you." He said as he set down beside me.

"Fred, I can't stay with you. Not after what happen."

"Don't worry bout it. It's in the past. I won't say I don't still love you, because I do and probably will for the rest of my-"

"I love you too." I said cutting him off.

His eyes went wide and I held my breath.

"I had always thought that I loved you, but when I heard you say it-"

Next thing I know he has grabbed a hold of my face and pulled me into a kiss. I let out a sigh and instantly kiss him back, my arms wrapping around his neck.

"I seem to be interrupting something." A voice said making me pull away from Fred.

We both turned to see Tonks and Remus watching us.

"Want to tell us what is going on?" Tonks asked with a smirk.

"Just two friends talking." Fred said quickly.

"Friend? I didn't know friends kiss like that?"

"Don't mind Tonks, she is over protective. Fred, it's good to see you again." Remus said shaking his hand.

"Yep, good to see you-"

"Hurt her and they won't find your body." Remus said pulling him towards him.

"Yes sir."

My face heated up and I grabbed my blanket and screamed into it.

"So you two are... together?" Tonks asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Not yet... but I... hope we can." Fred said as he looked at me.

I gave him a thumbs up and kept my face covered. I rolled my eyes and smiled as I looked over at Fred, who had a giant grin on his face.

"Coming thru!" A voice called.

We all turned and saw Ron being carried into the hospital wing.

"What happen?" I asked in shock.

"He was poisoned." Harry explained as they set Ron down on the bed.

Harry explained everything to all of us and Dumbledore and McGonagall.

"Quick thinking on your part, Harry. Using a Bezoar. You must be very proud of your student, eh, Horace?" Dumbledore asked looking over at Slughorn, who hadn't spoke a word.

"Hm? Oh. Yes... very proud." Slughorn mumbled as he stared down at Ron.

"I think we all agree that Mr. Potter's actions were heroic. The question is: Why were they necessary?"

"Why indeed." Dumbledore said with a frown.

Dumbledore took the half-empty bottle of mead and handed it to Snape.

"This appears to be a gift, Horace. You don't by chance remember who gave you this bottle, do you?"

"Which by the way possesses remarkably subtle hints of licorice and cherry when not polluted with poison." Snape said sniffing the bottle.

"Actually I had intended to give it as a gift myself." Slughorn explained.

"To whom might I ask?"

"You, Headmaster." Slughorn said with a frown.

The doors open and I watched as Lavender Brown rushed into the room.

"Where is he? Where's my Won-Won! Has he been asking for me?" She asked looking around the room.

Lavender stopped upon seeing Hermione and glared daggers at her.

"What's she doing here?" She asked angrily.

"I might ask you the same." Hermione said angrily.

"I happen to be his girlfriend."

"I happen to be his... friend."

"Don't make me laugh. You haven't spoken in weeks. I suppose you want to make up with him now that he's suddenly all interesting."

"He's been poisoned, you daft dimbo! And for the record, I've always found him interesting."

Ron starts to stir and Lavender smiles in victory.

"Ha! See? He senses my presence. I'm here, Won-Won. I'm here-"

"Er... My... Nee... Er! My! Nee!" Ron grumbled in a daze.

Ron, in a haze, reaches out blindly and I watch as Hermione took his hand. Instantly, he falls unconscious again. I watched as Lavender ran out, causing me to laugh.

"Ah, to be young and feel love's keen sting. Come, everyone, I think Mr. Weasley is well tended." Dumbledore said as he walked out of the room, Snape and McGonagall behind him.

"Bout time, don't you think?" Ginny asked with a laugh.

"I've always cherished my students. They're my life..."

Slughorn left leaving us all alone. Both me and Harry shot Hermione a look, while Remus and Tonks left the room.

"Oh shut up." Hermione mumbled shooting Harry a glare.

He raises his hands and went to leave the room, but stopped.

"Wait why is your face so red?" Harry asked with a frown.

"I kissed her." Fred said with a giant grin.

"Bout time. Me and Hermione thought you guys would never get together."

I grabbed my pillow and threw it at Harry causing him to rush out of the hospital wing. Fred shook his head and quickly leaned down and pecked my lips once more.

"I'll just follow him out. See you later, Happy Valentines." Fred said as he turned and rushed out of the room.

Hermione sent me a look and I let out a groan.

"Mrs Weasley."

"I could say the same bout you."

"I'm keeping my last name I'll have you know." She said with a laugh.

"And I'm keeping mine... maybe don't know. Not a fan of Potter." I said with a laugh.

We both laughed and shook our heads as she turned back to look at Ron.
