"Well, here are three perfectly calibrated ion warp disposition capsules...with a setting of 137? Blimey, thats some advanced tech for any human, at least not until 2309... when did you say you were from again?"

"2015, well, that's when I left, at any rate. So, can you take me back... or can I come with you?"I plucked a rock from the grass at my feet. "OI! TINMAN!" I tossed the rock at the Cyberman.

"Names have no effect on Cybermen"

He marched across the field to the Doctor, Martha and I. Then he lifted his wrist to his face, like he was speaking into a Walkie talkie. "I have located resources. Cyber king what are your orders?"

A crackling sound came from the Cyberman's wrist "Bring the Humans to Headquarters. They shall be upgraded!"

" Prepare for transportation" the Cyberman stepped towards me. Then a bright light filled the courtyard. I must have blacked out for a bit, or maybe the light tech had knocked me out because when I came to, I was snapped to what seemed like an operation table. [~This time skip was brought to you by team trench coat~]

"LET ME OUT OF HERE!" There was a ton of freaky machinery above me. I needed to find the Doctor and Martha. I checked my restraints. weirdly, they were looked to be made from leather belts. the Cybermen must be low on materials. How to get out...? I had two hair bands on my wrists. very slowly and with much effort I got the hair band on the latch and tugged up. The latch came up.I pulled my wrist out, and then undid the other latches.

I pushed the door open and headed out into the hallway. It was mostly white, illuminated by LED's on the ceiling. Two Cybermen walked out of a door. Shoving myself against the wall, I listened to their conversation.

"Have you reported to the boss of the escape of the time lord?"

"No, he is looking for his associates. he will come to us"

So Martha was still stuck here. I had to get her out, or she would be converted. These rooms were all for assimilations, or upgrades, or whatever the Cybermen called them. The Cybermen clunked past me, and I began to check all of the rooms.

209...empty. 210... empty. wow, it was really convenient for the Cybermen to label them all. I opened 218, and Martha was strapped to one of the tables, looking up at the machine above her head fearfully. " Terri? Thank god! How'd you get out?"

" With style. Apparently the Doctor's already broken out. We should probably get a move on before the Cybermen return. "

We dashed through the halls, looking for the Doctor, a control room, or maybe a way out. Actually, a control room would probably be our best bet. If the Cybermen all build things systematically, then a control room would be at the centre. Then the Numbers would get higher if we were closer, right? 305...umm right here, left there.

Two Cybermen walked down the hall, and spotted us.

"You shall be upgraded."

"Sorry, nope!" I cheerfully walked up to the first Cyberman. "So sorry, but this will hurt" I flipped a switch in the abdomon of the cybersuit, and the creature before me began to wail in pain. I walked over to the next one. I didn't take a step back, or anything, but I flipped the switch that it had and it fell to the ground with its comrade.

"what did you do to them?" Martha asked, aghast.

" I made them feel again. "

Finally, we found the control room. Martha and I had been deprogramming Cybermen as we made our way through the maze, so the five Cybermen in the control room weren't that much of a problem. Once all the Cybermen in the room were deactivated, I flipped just the right brass switch and the Cybermen fell over, deactivated from the feelings that had flooded through them.

We dashed back, finding an exit, and burst into a clearing. I heard Martha dial a number into her flip phone. Moments later, a big blue box that said police on it appeared. The acronym appeared in my mind: TARDIS.

The Doctor stepped out of his TARDIS.

"Defeated an army of Cybermen in..." he looked at his wrist, where I assumed a watch was."... 46 minutes and 98.03416 seconds. I think you could've done it faster."

"Never would've left Martha, but my record's 38 minutes and 12.4 seconds, but that was with Sontarans, so I don't know if it counts."

"Anyways, I'm flying around, normally being a tourist-" Martha rolled her eyes at that remark " but I was wondering if you'd like to come along-not as an add on or anything-"

"Sure! I'd love go! This'll be awesome!" I ran through the doors on the TARDIS only to see that it was..." Bigger on the inside... why not?" And with that remark, and an odd feeling of recognition, I pranced with glee into my third new life. Little did I know that it was closer to my thirteenth.
