Many years passed and the two were in high school.

On the first day of school in SM High, Ra In was being avoided by people. Apparently someone from the orphanage who also attended her school had spread the fact that she could read minds.

Every morning from then on, people would create path in the middle of the hallway for her to walk. Ra In always felt embarassed and hurried to her locker, but the moment she unlocked her locker, a heap of letters fell.

"Those hate letters again. Not worth my time." She picked it all up and threw into a nearby recycling bin, dusting her hands afterwards.

She then took her books for the first few classes before slamming it shut, scaring the boy beside her.

"Aish YOU SCARED ME!" The deep voice shouted. Ra In froze. 'That voice...' She thought.

"Yah, can you not slam it so hard? You could spoil the locker in no time." He huffed as he closed his locker door. Not expecting to see her, he was taken aback.

"R-Ra In? It's you Ra In right?" He peered and looked at her as if he saw her for the first time. Ra In took cautious steps back and nodded her head.

"I knew you would be here! They gave you scholarship right? Waaaahhh the or-" She slapped his mouth and covered it while looking around. She then glared, telling him not to say anything aloud.

"Sorry! My bad." He spoke into her hand. Ra In took away her hand in disgust and wiped her hand on his uniform before walking away without a word.

"What is with that girl... She wasn't like this." Chanyeol mumbled with a confused face as he walked off.

"Ayo man, welcome to our school." His friend he made at the cafe he worked at and a student in the school came up to him.

"Hey, Baek. Seems good. The school's not that huge but I think I'll get lost here." Chanyeol joked. He just transferred from another school as this school was closer to his home.

"Stay away from that girl. She's an alien. You wouldn't want your mind to be read by a freak, would you?" Baekhyun looked at her with disgust and displeasure. Chanyeol was a little unhappy on how he described her but decided not to say anything to ruin this good day. He finally found her. And he was elated.

"Let's go, our timetables are the same so we will be in the same class throughout. Waahhh this is gonna be so fun man." Baekhyun dragged his friend along.

"Yea..." Chanyeol mentally scolded himself for not asking her for her timetable.

"The rest of EXO is there, same class. Did I tell you we are in the special class?" Baekhyun questioned.

"Yes. Dude, you told me like a hundred times." Chanyeol rolled his eyes at his friend.

EXO was the group they called themselves when they all worked in the cafe.

They don't work as waiters, but entertainers. Many people go there to watch them.

They reached the classroom just as the bell rang and they quickly took their seats before their homeroom made his 'grand' entrance.

"Okay class, today you have two free periods. Do use the time to study for the exams that is coming up in three months." And with that he left.

"Study? What does he take us for? Fools? Psh." Luhan scoffed and turned around to talk to his equally sassy friend, Sehun. The two were unbreakable.

I looked around and realised Ra In was just sitting at the back corner of the room.

"Oppa, hi!" A girl with two ponytails at each side approached him with a (flirty) wave. Minions at her back twirled their hair.

"Hah, hi." Chanyeol awkwardly said hi, obviously uncomfortable with her presence. Her skirt is AWFULLY short ewwwww... Don't block me! I need to see her! Chanyeol panicked when the intruder blocked his view from all sides with her body.

"Oppa, from now on, you are mine." She claimed and clung to his side.

"Yours? W-what? Who are you to claim me? Psh. If you not gonna get lost I'm gonna hit you with no mercy." Chanyeol threatened.

"Hmph. You are still mine. Don't you girls touch him. Don't even let that alien touch him. I'm Jemma by the way." She winked flirtatiously before going out.

"She's not even from our class... Tsk tsk." Baekhyun who was sitting around, watched with his arms crossed, disgust clearly shown on his face.

"That, is Jemma, the Queen. That's what she calls herself but she isn't. She's as stubborn as a mule. I wonder why she isn't expelled for bullying and seduction." Baekhyun shuddered.

"She's the niece of the DM of course she wouldn't be expelled. Her uncle is always supporting her, speaking up for her. He's as evil. The DM is Kim Young Min. He despises us Special Class because we too good and always create a ruckus." Kris explained with a bored expression.

"Girls always oogle over us. You'll be like us in no time. Bless yourself." Suho pointed out. Chanyeol shuddered.

Maybe joining them wasn't good.

He looked at Ra In again and she was totally engrossed in reading her book.

Just then she looked up and they made small eye contact. But the small eye contact was enough for her to read his mind.

It was nice seeing you again Ra In-ah.
