This Is The Final End. The Final Countdown.
I opened the door, wand in hand, and walked in.
"There she is! Grab her!"
"No!"
I held my ground and looked away.
"Don't touch her!"
"Draco..." I said.
Of course he's here. Naturally.
"Rose Potter."
I stepped forward, and came face to face with Voldemort himself.
"I daresay that you have tricks up your sleeve, no doubt my...possession."
I turned out my jacket pockets, then unzipped it and pulled it off, tossing it to the side. I wouldn't need it.Then, i turned out my pant pockets, and out came the time-turner, and the ressurection stone, which dropped to the ground with a small clank.
"Excellent, excellent. Caroff, Dolsky, restrain her!"
Two buff Death Eaters came and grabbed one of my arms each, then forced me to my knees, painfully.
"Get your hands off of her!"
"Draco, stop."
"Hush, boy. For it shall be the final wish of this girl that you will ever hear."
"We all know i'm about to die, just get it overwith!" I sighed."Why do you torture-"
"You will not be the one dying so soon, Potter. For it shall be this boy, who dies first."
No.
No.
N...no.
It all happened in slow motion.
"No!" I screamed. "Get away from him!"
It was like my heart was being torn out and ripped to pieces. I couldnt stand to see him die. My world was falling apart.
They forced Draco to his knees, and i struggled against the grip of the Death Eaters.
"Draco!"
I tried to force myself out of the grip of the Death Eaters, but they just held on tighter, making my arms sore.
"Watch, Rose, as the most important thing in your life slowly dies before your very eyes."
The most important thing in my life is about to die. I can't loose him. I can't live without him.
I turned my gaze to Draco, who looked at me fearfully. Tears streamed down my face as i struggled to stand up, to do something.
"No! Take me first! Please!" I gasped.
Draco. That name was everything to me. I couldn't live without him. There wasn't a reason to.
"Stand down!"
I was forced down once more, but still fought against it.
"Don't waste your energy, Rosealine."
Time slowed down to just a millisecond, and i saw my parent's faces infront of me, apolegetic.
"Rose...Sweet Rose."
"My daughter." Dad sighed.
"You finally found love, and this is to happen." My mom sighed and shook her head.
"What has this world come to?"
"We wanted to say it will all be okay, Rosie."
"Just hang in there, baby girl. It'll all be over soon."
Mom and Dad faded away, and i struggled against the Death Eaters once more. I knew it was futile, but i did anyways.
"Avada Kadavra!"
I screamed in terror.
"Draco!"
I pulled again, grabbing my wand from the floor and ran across the room to his now limp body.
"Draco, say something! Draco! Please, Draco..."
His head lolled to the side, and tears streamed down my face.
"I love you, please, Draco don't leave me. Draco! No...i can't live without you, please!"
Voldemort laughed maniacally as he swept around the room in joy.
He had killed Draco Malfoy. He killed the boy i loved.
I had been blinded by the possibility of this. I was always blinded by the true meaning of death. By what i knew could happen, i was just in denial about it all. I thought i alone could fix this.
I couldn't fix this.
"Tom Riddle!"
I stood and said his name sharply.
"I don't know who you even are anymore!" I said, spite in my voice. "I know you come from the deepest pits of hell. You've killed the innocent and loved ones of everyone. And your about to pay for what you've done to this world!"
He laughed, taking my threat like a bunny.
"Look at me when i'm talking to you!" I yelled.
I flicked my wand and he turned around, being forced by the power of my spell.
"Did you hear me?"
"Avada Kadavra!"
We yelled the spell at the same time, and they connected in the middle of the room with a large gust of wind, knocking both of us back a few feet.
I grasped the handle of my wand with two hands, pushing against the hate and malice of his cast of the spell. It was a spell from hell.
The spells seperated with another blast of wind and a deafening roar.
It was on the other side of the room.
And i, i had no way of destroying it with just me by myself.
I'd have to take them out at the same time.
"Acio!"
The stone sailed through the air and into my palm once more, and i got ready to fire another spell.
"Expulso!" "Avada Kadavra!"
I chucked the stone into the crossfire, and an explosion greeted the lot of us.
The last thing i heard...
I heard the screams of pain, felt the pain, of everybody who had laid eyes on that stone, including the Riddle family.
Voldemort, along with the stone, dissapeared into thin air right before my eyes.
His world had ended in darkness.

"Rose, thank god! We've found her!"
"And the Malfoy boy, too!"
I clutched the fabric of Draco's shirt in my hands as excited yells were around us.
"Rose, come on. Your exhausted, come with us."
"No." I buried my face in is shirt and continued to have a meltdown.
I was pulled away some, but shuffled back so i could look at Draco's even more pale, and lifeless, face.
"Rose, he's gonna be ok-"
"Don't say that." I cried. "Don't! He's dead!"
"Rose-"
"Dead! And nothing any of you can change that! And it's all my fault!"
It was my fault.
The last week of school was hell, so far.
We didn't even have classes, for we were graduating from Hogwarts on friday.
Draco Malfoy was not among us.
He was among the dead, as far as i was concerned.
Who noticed he was gone so far?
Nobody. But it's still only monday. We have time.
Time.
I despise that word. I hate it with every fabric of my being.
"Rose, come on! You'll be late to dinner!"
Hermione pulled me from the common room, along with Harry and Ron, who noticed nothing.
His lifeless face was still etched into my mind, forever existant. I would love to remember his face as happy, but i didn"t see much of that towards the end.
"Rose, look, they have chocolate pudding!"
How he loved to eat chocolate pudding.
"So, Rose, are you okay?"
My hands tightened into fists on the table.
That same question he always asked, no matter how stupid it was.
"Why don't you go have some fun with your Slytherin gang?"
His friends ever since he had started Hogwarts. His house mates. His family.
"No. It reminds me of-"
The stories they told me about him.
"Of what?"
His smile, laugh, or red cheeks of he were to be embarrassed.
"Rose?"
"Draco Malfoy."
"Oh yeah! Where is he, anyways?"
"Have you seen him, Rose?"
His dead, lifeless body.
"Of course i've seen him."
"Where was he at?"
In the land of the dead.
"Rose?"
"Draco is...he's...he's dead!" I burst into tears, and people shot me looks.
"What now?"
"Draco's dead!" i stood from the table. "And it's all my bloody fault!"
"Rose, i'm so sorry."
"I-"
His funeral was next week.
I don't know how i was going to say something.
Words just couldn't cover what i think.
Words are never enough.

"Rose."
I flinched and came to a halt in the middle of Madam Malkins's. I had came for dress robes.
"Yes, Mr. Malfoy?" I swallowed and turned around to see Draco's parents, who looked very ill, like they had seen ghosts.
"Can we have a few words?"
"O-of course. Right away."
We went to a secluded corner of the shop, and they began to talk.
"Draco has came up missing."
"W-what? Impossible." I said.
What in the name of....
"We know. Are you sure he was actually...dead?"
I turned to Narcissa. "It was...he was...the aurors said he was. I never got a chance to really look or anything."
"I see...."
"Would you like to come to our house? We could discuss some things over tea?"
"I'd be delighted, thank you."
The Malfoy's house was brighter since the Death Eaters and co. left, but it was empty.
That feeling he had when something was missing.
Draco had indeed, been missing from his room.
Instead, he greeted us, face to face, at the front gate of the manor.
"Draco..."
I stood, mesmerized, as his mother and father suffocated him with hugs and such.
They had left shortly after, to go make some arrangements.
I stepped forward and collapsed in Draco's arms, hugging him.
"I thought you were gone." I said. "You had been..."
"It was love, Rose."
Love.
The thing that started it all.
